The hotel is very well located, the room was very good, however the pillows are all very high, they should put 2 high and 2 low. Check in was fine. The pool and the service are quite good, however it has so much chemicals that it gave us skin allergies. The restaurants are not good, I do not recommend them.

Everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly we were getting married. They even gave us a food comp since we were there to get married. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the beds were great. I had a excellent view. The volcano was so much fun.

I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s on the edge of being a budget hotel on the strip, with lower prices than some other options, but much nicer than those budget options. Our room was clean, well stocked, and the location is close to everything. The service is quick, and they are all very friendly.

It's nice, don't get me wrong. The rooms are modern. The casino floor is quiet elegant. Along with marble floor for the lobby. But they don't allow deliveries to your room. And no coffee maker or microwave to heat things, in the standard room. The pool is closed during winter seasons, and the gym is only open from 6am to 8pm.

Love to stay at this casino! We always have one of the Sky Villas on top of the resort. With 24/7 butler service and private pool, how can you go wrong?! Check in was easy and polite. Room booked through Expedia was in a high floor, clean, functional, comfortable with everything in perfect working condition. My husband and I were married there 28 years ago. We go back to visit every couple of years. The rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing. I just wish that they hadn't taken the pirate ships away. That added so much to it.

Our room was overbooked so they offered us an upgrade. It was incredible. We've been to a lot of hotels in the area and were incredibly impressed. We still enjoy hotels without casinos because we have children, but this was very manageable. Room was clean in Vegas standards though I still wouldn't walk barefoot. Was just passing through, never had been to that hotel/casino before. The floor plan was open and spacious and look well kept ( because I do believe that is one of the older hotel/casinos). Planning on seeing pictures of the room and possibly planning to stay there! Location was good. Super fun. It's one of the older casinos in downtown Las Vegas (it seems like you win easier here than on the strip). They have tons of slots, and table games. I love that Vegas has these locals casinos. It's a One-Stop place where you can bowl, have a drink, gamble, eat at a good restaurant, or watch a movie. Also once in a while they got some good events that I go to. There's also a very interesting crowd there since they tend to Target the cowboy demographic.

The cab ride to the Strip is a little costly but there are shuttles from the hotel that are more affordable (YOU MUST RESERVE ONLINE or at the desk). Nice room down a very very long hallway. Was told by a bartender that they’ve recently removed all the water fountains from the hotel and prohibited their staff from refilling bottles - presumably to sell more $12 bottles of water. Room faced the roller coaster which was loud all night. Appreciated the parking pass working at other MGM properties.

I give this hotel 5 stars because of the self-serve option to check in and get your keys. We arrived at almost midnight so that option worked out great. As far as the stay portion I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Location is just as good as anywhere on the strip.

The New York-New York is a fun place to visit. They have a great casino, tons of restaurants, a roller coaster, Hershey's World, etc. I love being in the casino at night when they've got the dueling pianos going at the "Bar At Times Square". They play songs that most people know and encourage people to sing a long. Everyone has a great time, whether you are in the bar itself or just enjoying the music...

I was there in early March of 2025. I had a great experience. The rooms were clean and a nice size. We needed more towels and pillow they were sent up in less than 5 minutes! There was a really great store and place to order food. But my most favorite part was the spa and the masseuse, James!!! He was awesome.The spa manager was also really nice an accommodating.

While the rooms are nice and it is a huge hotel they have a rinky dink pool and one small hot tub tht has mostly been full of children. Before last week it had been years since I was at the Hard Rock. Lots has changed but the experience was as positive as ever. Great service from bartenders, chefs, and wait staff. We went to the Oyster bar and the oysters were absolutely delicious as was the lobster roll I split with my friend. I can't wait to come back here again and to stay at the hotel. I visit the Hard Rock quite a bit for concerts. It is top notch due to the amount of venues and ability to host more than one show at a time. For instance I was attending the Nothing More show at Vinyl and Nine Inch Nails was playing at the joint. Parking is amazing. Service is great. Bar selection is great. I had an excellent stay starting with the friendly and helpful front-desk agent. The room was a bit dated but more than adequate and had an great view. Some friends and I decided to take Monday off and take advantage of the nice weather. We ordered a couple of pitchers and some finger food. This is a good deal and parking is FREE! Minor annoyances are people who didn’t get a cabana, getting into our designated area to chat and climb in the jacuzzi. Overall we had a good time.

The rooms in Fantasia Tower are amazing. But if you plan on using the pool good luck. Was at the hotel for a week and every single day they had only one pool open and it was over packed. Letting locals in or non guests is just bad, because paying guests are not able to enjoy the amenities. The gym in the morning was the something packed to the gills.
