I read the reviews before I went and they had me scared. But honestly room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yes it was a bit dated but your not in there all day. The hotel itself was really nice loved exploring it. It' a walk to the action of the strip but it's the right spot for sports.
I’ve stayed here several times. I honestly do love the Luxor. I’ve stayed in the pyramid and the tower. The pyramid has shown some wear with wall paper peeling from the walls an what not. I’d say for cleanliness I’d give it a 4 out 5 in the pyramid. I’ve seen the shows and exhibits there and have enjoyed them. The good across the resort Is good. No complaints. Service is great and have gotten some...
I stayed at the Luxor and really enjoyed the experience. It was really awesome being inside the giant pyramid and seeing all the Egyptian architecture artifacts. I do wish that there was some better food options but the location is very convenient and the people that were in service of us were extremely polite. It made me enjoy the Las Vegas experience and I had no real complaints.
Although this is not a "5 star hotel," I'm giving it 5 stars for the $. It was clean except the food court night experience (and the smoking). Appreciate the easy check in and out. After a 3 night stay, I was finally getting the lay of the land. Maybe downloading the hotel map would have been helpful.
I had a great time staying at the Luxor Hotel in Vegas! Check in was easy. The staff were great very friendly and accommodating! Driving in was a bit confusing once I figured out what to do, then it made sense. Michael in Valet was very helpful and did his best to explain how it works. I think it was me. I don't travel much. Kevin Johnson helped with my luggage. Very nice. Cloe helped check us out...
Stayed here for two trips now and I will return. Again! Good location, good prices, nice rooms , cool structure! They also have a great rewards program that I suggest signing up for the minute you arrive! The staff is very nice and helpful! The building has everything you need to get you're night started! Convenience store with large beers and other drinks at a good price. Aspirin to heal you from...

Check in was easy. All of the staff members from the check in to security to housekeeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our stay at this establishment super enjoyable. The room was excellent and very clean. The gambling areas were always clean and well maintained. The show was great and so was the food that was served during the show. Recommend this establishment.
A more mature property that has a great location for hockey and football games. Great pool and clean. Staying for the weekend. Looking forward to exploring some more. 1st time out here. Walkways to other places are cool. Great food options. Nice staff.
The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are old but well maintained. We liked the fact that we checked in the hotel online and the app allows you you create a virtual Bluetooth access to the room door. We didn't visit the lobby to ask for physical cards to access the room. They have a spa and pool area too. The bathroom pipes need some maintenance but, in general is a good place to stay. Very clean...
Good location but not the best hotel. The casino wreaked of cigarettes. The lobby staff was either nice or rude, no in-between. We tried to talk to someone about an early check in and were just spoken about buying tickets to shows, so we weren't listened to.The hallway of the hotel rooms smelled like a mix of cinnamon and a cleaning solution that was overwhelmingly strong. The room smelled like chlorine...

Spacious and well appointed rooms. Love the giant tub in the bathroom! Great location just off strip so it's quiet at night. Good value and great location.
Accommodations are very nice. The location is close enough to the strip to walk, but far enough to be free of the noise and traffic. The service is great, we arrived early and the resort was able to get us situated quickly anyway.
Love the hotel! Great room. Very spacious and complete amenities! It has spacious rooms, comfy sofa and great TV. We happened to stay in 1 bedroom Villa with 1 King bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and the dining room is spacious. The pool is nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Happy to be back!
This place is beautiful . The staff is great our bed was too hard the first night so we ask for mattress topper which they brought up immediately. Our fireplace pilot light was out and they had someone come up immediately to fix that. The front desk housekeeping maintenance they were all amazing. The amenities here are great. I would give it a 5-star rating except for the fact that the last two days...

I live here, Tasha and Felisha are the best! Never a bad day! The place is beautiful, clean quiet and very Safe! Alex the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable, does a great job. I love thanking them everything I see them.
A very pleasant place to be! We’ve been here almost a year now, and I have not seen a single bug. My neighbors are pleasant and respectful. The front office and all the staff are wonderful. The hallways are maintained very well on a consistent basis and the units are neat and clean. The laundry facility is clean and convenient. The pool is a wonderful perk and also well maintained. Having an outside...
I called to get monthly and weekly rates for one and two bedrooms and had the pleasure of speaking with Tasha, the receptionist. She was not only polite had great information on all properties but she was refreshingly sweet and kind. She gave me the website so I can look at not just the property that I called that but others across the valley. She was empathetic to my situation and had all information...
The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing! Felicia and Carmela went above and beyond to get us into a unit, when we had to relocate much sooner than we expected. The complex is quiet and clean and so is the unit. They have been so helpful with everything and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
My wife and I have moved there over the summer of last year and we both love it. The staff there are kind, fun and very professional as they help us whenever we had issues or if something wasn't working. They fix it and resolve the issue as fast as they can. The units here are spacious and clean, a good place to stay for short term or long term. The security is great!! It's really a good place to live...
I think they charge too much for a weekly rate. The 2bdrm that I stayed in was ok nice. Not great but nice. I like the full kitchen with dishwasher. The countertop has been painted instead of replaced. It could use to be upgraded. Overall it's a decent place to stay.
Room was comfortable and bed great, though they could do a better job with how they change the sheets. No complaints Yes Always helpful and friendly

Better then expected. Great service at front desk on check in, maybe the best in the month I was in Vegas. Tower was located directly next to pavilion where I was playing poker which was perfection. Room was basic but nice, bed was good, water pressure was ok... all in all great option great location on the strip.
Stayed here for 3 days in April. The room is nice! Spacious bedroom but the bathroom was small! Clean and neat. The check in process was very easy its all automated and there is a person to help us there if we get stuck. checkout was quick. On day 2 we had a issue with out key we couldn’t get inside the room. We reached out to the lobby and they got the locksmith to work on the door and everything...
Room was fine. Minor things like dusty vents and scuffs on the wall, but basically clean. The hallway frequently smelled like weed. However, it had a great location and felt safe. Room was generally clean, and I didn't see any bugs. If you want to stay in a luxury hotel or plan on spending a lot of time in the room, I would stay elsewhere, but if you want an economical room centrally located on...
Been staying at this hotel/casino for over 10 years! I truly love this spot, per location & affordability. I have not once had any issues. Great service, room is always clean. I love the upgrade room with spa tub (Amazing.) One thing I will say is that the drink service on the floor is very minimal. This may be due to employment, but otherwise GREAT!!!
4 stars because of price. they helped me out, A LOT, by accepting my company's per diem rate. the rooms are a little old, but hey - so is Vegas. for the prime location (and just how much time do you plan on spending in your room, while in Vegas, anyway?), and awesome room service - 4 well-earned stars. the great and friendly staff bring it home. it isn't an exclusive luxury suite, but it certainly...
We ended up at Bally's a lot on our trip, but the most notable experience was BLT Steaks for an anniversary dinner. The menu was comprehensive without being overwhelming. Awesome place! Not too close nor too far from the strip. The bus driver picked me up from Terminal 1, Ground level to the hotel. Front service was very efficient, my check in very fast and easy. Rooms were clean and tidy (slept like a baby). Breakfast was buffet style, and to be honest this is by far one of the best I’ve had in a long long long time (see pic). Overall it was a very good experience...
Nice and the breakfast was very good and had many options!!! Hard to find at first if it’s your first time here bc there are three entrances from the street! The staff was nice and free water in the lobby! Clean room and pull out couch in the sofa when our room we had a king bed and it was nice. No issues !!! I would stay here again!
Could have been a better place for the money charged. Pros: The breakfast was quite good with enough food for my partner who eats everything as well as me though I eat only veg with no eggs. The pancakes were great with the add-on strawberry preserves and maple syrup. My partner had enough options for eggs (I think scrambled eggs, boiled and 1 more variety). Oatmeal, yogurt and coffee and tea. Cons...
Nice middle class hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good! We were there for an event that was across the street so we came back for lunch. It was very friendly and it was quite convenient to have lunch delivered to the dining area since the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Also a comfortable area to hang out later after the event to decompress and chat
Really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Very comfy beds and they even provide ear buds(walls are somewhat thin). The couch there is nice as well as a functional desk with outlets. Closet was not wide enough that the hangars didn't event hang straight.
Nice place location is great, just off the strip. FREE parking NO RESORT FEE! Saved me over $60 per day?Free breakfast too. I spent 7 days here for work and play. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at every turn. A lot of perks. How could you complain about this place. Clean rooms, awesome staff, great rates!!!! I will always stay here when I am in town.

Our team came for a tournament and I am the chaperone. We love the layout of the room and full kitchen! We save so much money in Vegas making all our food in our room! We did have a broken tv but called maintenance and they came to fix right away! There also were really dirty curtains (like with blood) but again we called and they came to clean so while there were issues they were all handled appropriately...
Loved the room and the ability to do laundry. What the resort had to offer outside of the suite. Plenty of deals at check in. Customer service was fantastic. Definitely recommend staying here.
Wonderful experience! 21st floor and the perfect room. Felt safe to walk around at night. It was 40F and windy the entire time we were there so i can't say much about the outside. The only downside is they give you a free lunch if you listen to a representative of vacation village. This was great and all until the lady, Brenda, flipped a switch or something. Went from decent to rude and unpleasant...
We've stayed here 3 times more with our time share and i can honestly say I'll never stay anywhere else in Vegas ever again. The rooms are huge and with every amenity imaginable. The staff is so polite and helpful. They practically beg you to take gifts and utilize all your advantages. Last time we stayed we even bought another time share! Love it here.
Nice resort homes with all facilities and quite big bedrooms and bath room, perfect kitchen and dining + living room all in one package. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We checked in at very late hours but still they were very good to us and also helped out a lot. Have lots of parking space and multiple key entrances make it more secure. Only reason gave. 4 star is because of slight...

No frills hotel in a great location. Super close to the convention center and some great restaurants. If you don't mind walking, it's only about a mile from the strip, but you can also catch the hotel shuttle (during their daytime operating hours), take the monorail or catch an inexpensive ride over. Would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed here before and have never had a problem and so we stayed here again. Once again no problem. Very reasonably priced quiet room. Quite large with a couch and sitting area so she could do her thing and I could do mine. Restaurant and staff were very nice. Actually all the staff were nice. Our room was clean, quiet and everything worked. It was off the strip so we did not have to pay the...
This is a sweet little hotel, despite lacking a bit in the "amenities" department. The location is pretty lively and not too sketchy. The casino and bar area provide for mingling with fellow guest, should that be your desire. And the pool, hot tub and courtyard area are really nice. The rooms are not only quite spacious, but they are clean & comfortable and not to shabby looking. The mini fridge...
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... don't understand why all the negative reviews. This is one of the most value for money deals you'll ever get. Yes, it's a bit far to walk all the way to the strip, but if you have a car or using the tram - that's a great deal. Again, rooms are outdated, Yes - it's nothing...
I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel! Vegas is usually a pretty sketchy place and we were driving through LATE. This hotel was recommended by some friends. The rooms were surprisingly clean, with two queen beds and a bathroom with separate sink area. There was a small kitchen with a mini fridge and sink (no microwave). Sheets were crisp and white, floors were free of chunks, no stains. The price...
The price is right and the location is very convenient to the convention center. There is also a great tapas restaurant just down the street within easy walking distance. The rooms are pretty spacious, but the hotel is definitely in need of some renovations. Carpets are very dirty and worn, bathroom fixtures are all beat up and well used. Great staff! Amazing bartender makes an unbelievably good bloody marry, free Sunday mornings at happy hour! Only thing to note, they do not clean the rooms daily, as this is a timeshare and only clean the rooms halfway through your stay if you are staying a week, or when you check out. The staff is great and will bring you anything you need tho during your stay! Very accommodating and super helpful
In general a very nice hotel. Nothing special. It's definitely not a place to have a drink or hang out. The suites are quite big with comfortable beds. It's all clean as well. Very close to the strip and still a somewhat quiet hideaway. No gambling here. Not truly serving breakfast. I've come here 4 times now and will probably visit again.
I stayed at the Desert Rose Resort in January, my experience was mixed. My rating of the facility is 5 stars. (Clean, in working order/ maintained). My review of the staff was a mixed one. I encountered some brute behavior and also some behavior that allowed me to believe that some of the staff members were racist. Grisselda, was amazing! Completely professional and friendly! The room was clean...
I highly recommend the Desert Rose Resort. The location is perfect for those that want to be close enough to the strip to walk (10-15 minutes to MGM & New York New York) yet far enough away to have some peace and quiet away from the chaos. The 2 bedroom suite was very roomy, recently renovated and had a full kitchen along with a small private balcony. My roommate also accidently left his wallet in...
Great place to stay in Las Vegas if you want to be close to, but not right on top of all the action. Clean, spacious condo suite with small balcony, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, complimentary coffee, cocoa, and microwave popcorn. Friendly, helpful staff. We appreciated that it provided some peace and quiet after the hustle and hubbub of the strip, and was completely free of the smell...
Great place to stay. Not on the strip as billed but close. If you stay here you will need rental car and budget for parking.very nice resort with many amenities and concern for guests comfort. Does not have casino, clubs, shopping of major chains which can be a plus or negative depending on what you are looking for. If you want to get away to quiet this is it. We had the 2 story suite for 3 of us. It was really cool. A few things like the tub looked like they hadn't been revamped since the 80's but for $107 for a suite like this it made up for it. This is my new favorite Vegas hotel.
Great location not by heavy traffic. Good rates. Room is spacious, clean, quite. Bed comfortable. Walking distance to shop and eat. Most importantly easy access to the airport and car return hub. Most definitely going to stay here next time in Las Vegas.
Location is not too bad. Across the street from the hard rock and only minutes from the strip. Rooms are very spacious and up to date. Low pet fee and resort fee. 3 pools but usually only 1 or 2 are open. There's a bar (not recommended) and a gym. There's also a gift shop with moderate prices. Staff is very friendly. Cons is the noise from the airport. No more continental breakfast. Area is kind of...
Nice clean and spacious rooms. Construction crews parking equipment anywhere and limiting movement in parking lot was a bummer. But I'm sure that's only temporary. We blocked and occupied over 30 rooms for a team event. Staff was awesome and helpful. Would stay here again.

I like playing the slots at the Downtown Grand, always seem to do well! I enjoy the quieter atmosphere and it is clean. The drink service while playing is super. Husband and I have never stayed here, as offers from other hotels have been better (free). We were some of the first...
Rooms are really nice for the price. Would come back here again. My only complaint would be the casino. The word on the street is the machines don't pay out. Don’t be fooled by the low prices of the rooms here, because this is an really nice hotel. The rooms are huge, the appointments are up-to-date and the staff is exceptionally friendly. We stayed at the Downtown Grand for three evenings and were very pleased. Our room was clean, chic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My friend had the Pan Roast, level 5. Meal was delicious. Noticed the face of the hotel has been worked on since last we visited Vegas. Nice to see they are modernizing the look.
I've loved coming to this casino since my ex and I came here for a week vacation 4 years ago. It's not upscale but it's not a dump so it makes you feel comfortable to just go and enjoy yourself without worrying about looking out of place. Staff in casino and hotel have always been helpful and polite. And the games are always being updated and fun to choose from since they have a decent variety. I...
Their buffet offers affordable Sunday dinner pricing at $11.99 with player's card. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking as it felt very generic and cafeteria style with nothing of interest to note. Average casino with good selection of both slots and table games. Twin Creeks Steakhouse is very good and reasonably priced. The Bass-Pro Shops attached to the casino is excellent. I take my dogs there to walk during the hotter summer months. All-in-all a nice place for locals and visitors to see.
Fun, old west themed casino. Nice and clean, not too crowded, with friendly staff. A nice respite from the strip while still having all the casino games you want. I would definitely return. Also has a farmer's and artists market Sundays in the parking lot.
Been here four times the last two years. The bowling alley and bartenders in that section are amazing we had a few people both times but Brandon talked us into having a blast the first time and play the bowling. Thank for the recommendation. Now we come out to gamble and bowl lol We'll keep coming back to see Silverton as long as they keep the trailer bowling and great bar staff.
Had a great stay here! Good music by the pool! Room service was excellent. Enjoyed the variety of food choices. The only suggestion I have is to offer free or inexpensive coffee daily to hotel guests. Starbucks at $3 per day gets expensive! Also, the machines were tight...I rarely got any play bonuses, and I spent $400 on penny machines. Overall, we had a great time staying a week here!
Been here twice, one time stayed in the hotel. Slots are fun and not too tight, won some! Coffee shop is open all night with good food and buffet is good on seafood night, hot and cold crab. The noodle house is always busy, so will try it next! If you stay here, get the top floor for less noise. We could hear people upstairs rolling bowling balls or moving furniture or whatever they were doing at midnight...

This place was a bargain, but not without reason. A stay a Polo Towers results in a never ending barrage of time share solicitations. In theory, it's "on the strip," but it's really about a block behind the strip, and accessible only by...
It's in a convenient location. Parking is included plus valet. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything on the strip. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was very nice. The bed was comfy. There was an extra wide tub and plenty of room in the shower. As others have said, there is a kitchen with full-size appliances.
Its a great hotel, only thing that shows its age is the showers. You have a nice kitchen full size appliances, king sized beds lots of pillows. Right on the strip, easy access to EVERYWHERE. Computers to use, awesome fitness area, kids play area. I give it 4 stars, best value on the Strip.
Service was well above expectations. EVERYONE I came in contact with was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms feel like you're in the lap of luxury with full kitchens and very clean. The beds were oh so comfy cozy and inviting. The living room was gorgeous! The bathroom was spotless and the maid service was wonderful! I can't thank them enough for a comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable experience...
Lovely place tucked in behind the Hawaiian Marketplace. Highly recommend the one bedroom suites: comfortable, clean and they have a full kitchen. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Steps away from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shops. Pool on the roof is only there feet deep but there is a hot tub and great views. Children's pool and play area is down in the ground.
Booked this hotel half a year ago and the service provided there is spectacular! The lobby looked amazing/welcoming, our rooms were nice/spacious. And to top off all this they have a pool on top that has a amazing view on top! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family along with them. The five star rating is for the Cal Coffee Shop open 24 hours. Awesome Hawaiian home style food. Oxtail Stew, Oxtail Soup on Friday night after 11:30 and Saimin noodles all the time. Price is very affordable, each entree large. Their Prime Rib dinner was tasty, tender and very nice portion. I asked for 'rare' which you never every get but pretty pink so I was pleased.
We love staying at the California. The amenities are great and service is wonderful. The casino is newly renovated, is spacious and there is a game for everyone. Their B-connect program provides fantastic room, food and casino incentives. They offer a shuttle service to other properties as well as to the outlet mall. The Fremot experience is just a block away.
I came here for dinner at their Hawaiian inspired restaurant ( can't recall the name ) and it was excellent. The oxtail soup was amazing! Very diverse menu. Staff was friendly albeit a little uneducated on menu items. They still went above and beyond to answer any questions. I would def. recommend this place to a friend.
I love visiting the California Hotel. It always feels safe and comforting. The staff is helpful and happy. They really know how to go above and beyond to treat each guest as ohana without making you feel like a"customer." Great food and amenities. Love the vibe here! Always cheerful and positive. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Hot showers, huge TV, and big, clean comfy beds! ☺️ I will...

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a weekend get away and to see Cher in concert i read several bad reviews but booked the hotel anyways the price was great, location was off the strip about 20 minutes, the hotel was nice, room was very nice and clean, if you stay here visit the sourdough cafe make sure to sign up for the hotels ACE card to get 10% off your meal. I read several bad reviews...
Nice place to hang out. Not fancy...good food, good staff and lots of penny slots. Prices are reasonable...so many hotels are so outrageously priced. Thanks Arizona Charlies!
Sat down at the Sour Dough Cafe for breakfast. Seems the menu was re-done, I found it simplified with basic items, and can order add-on's as needed. Was comfortable, nice folks, families and kids. The Casino looked more clean and people seemed happy. Thought the price was a little high for what we ordered, but coffee was good.
very clean with plenty of game options. super friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour bingo parlor also very cool. only knock would be the much older clientele but otherwise 2 thumbs way up
Good breakfast. Steak and eggs good deal. Good greasy spoon. Clam chowder on Friday is good.
Very good experience every single time I stay there. Bingo 24/7 is the best!!! And the little restaurant serves very good food for a very affordable price

love coming here. BEST casino for locals! My man won big last weekend. The staff is always friendly. Even if we're not playing we stop in to eat at ping pang pongs! Two people can get full on one meal.
I just wanted to stop by to relax and do a little gaming. But I have to say, the cocktail waitress was One of the best and nicest I've ever come across. She suggested a wonderful beer with a lemon. Was so good! and was very tentative to everyone as she worked the area with a southern bell smile. Combine that experience with the nice clean atmosphere and easy to park Casino, and you have a great place...
Love this place! Just a short distance west of the Strip, this classic Vegas feel casino has stood the test of time. Very large gaming floor, which includes the newest slots, and the oldest. Also large selection of table games. Very large SportsBook. A great Bingo Hall on the second level. Two excellent Chinese Restaurants. 3 large bars. A very nice gift shop. Employees are friendly, helpful & professional...
We went here to gamble one night. I play craps and the table minimum is $10. We played for a while and also played on the craps machines. The craps machines have a $1 minimum so my Mom likes them better. It is a little smoky but not too bad. We had fun.
The Gold coast is a great place. It's away from the main strip, so the hustle and bustle are a step down. We were lured in by the low cost buffet. It's much harder to find those good deals on meal prices these days! The buffet was well stocked with plenty of choices and the food was very good. After eating, we stayed for a few hours checking out the casino. While it was nothing spectacular, it is well...
This hotel is great. The staff there are so friendly and very helpful. Mary at the front desk is awesome. She was able to get us the same room for next year and printed up our airline tickets which really helped us at the airport . The room is nice and clean with a new bathroom. Can't wait till next year.

My favorite place is to go into the mystic falls area. So peaceful. Love all the plants and sounds as if you're in a central park type location. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet but they do look really neat. Overlooking the inside of the mystic falls area. I love the gift shop there and the buffet when it was open, but do to the pandemic it's currently closed. The food was really good. They do have...
Been there twice now. Rooms are nice, inexpensive, and super-clean. Friendly staff. Love the park in the center. Easy parking at no charge. Roberto's has great food. T G.I. Friday's is iffy, but not horrible. Low-key atmosphere. Great home base to explore Vegas from.
We loved the surprise show outside our hotel window at night, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom could've used a bit more cleaning detailed attention, but was still clean. We enjoyed breakfast at Friday's, and coffee and donut holes at DD. Valet and Bell desk were both friendly and attentive. Check in was ready and quick. We loved seeing some of the western souvenirs around the casino. ...
The hotel itself is very nice. I really liked the waterfall show in the atrium. Check in was a bit tough however, as I arrived at around 7:30PM and my room still wasn't clean and ready. Jamal at the front desk kept getting someone to check and clean the room, but ultimately was able to switch rooms for me after about an hour wait. Staff shortages are everywhere, but hopefully they're looking for more...
We have stayed here twice now and we really liked our experience. We love the atrium/garden in the middle. Makes property feel fresh and without the smoke smell, property and rooms are clean and the service has been good! We have been here with kids and they like to see the water show in the garden area. Nice little extra. This last time we stayed on the deluxe rooms and it was so worth it. Nice view...
Nicely refurbished rooms! Stone bathroom counters, large dressers (plenty of drawers for a change) and large screen TVs. Beds were good, if a bit firm. We like this place because the smoke is much less bothersome than other casinos and the "park" center atrium with full skylight is lovely. Be aware that the "park view" rooms facing the atrium also get the noise and laser lights of the water shows at...
