Check in was easy. All of the staff members from the check in to security to housekeeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our stay at this establishment super enjoyable. The room was excellent and very clean. The gambling areas were always clean and well maintained. The show was great and so was the food that was served during the show. Recommend this establishment.

A more mature property that has a great location for hockey and football games. Great pool and clean. Staying for the weekend. Looking forward to exploring some more. 1st time out here. Walkways to other places are cool. Great food options. Nice staff.

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are old but well maintained. We liked the fact that we checked in the hotel online and the app allows you you create a virtual Bluetooth access to the room door. We didn't visit the lobby to ask for physical cards to access the room. They have a spa and pool area too. The bathroom pipes need some maintenance but, in general is a good place to stay. I read the reviews before I went and they had me scared. But honestly room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yes it was a bit dated but your not in there all day. The hotel itself was really nice loved exploring it. It' a walk to the action of the strip but it's the right spot for sports.

I’ve stayed here several times. I honestly do love the Luxor. I’ve stayed in the pyramid and the tower. The pyramid has shown some wear with wall paper peeling from the walls an what not. I stayed at the Luxor and really enjoyed the experience. It was really awesome being inside the giant pyramid and seeing all the Egyptian architecture artifacts. I do wish that there was some better food options but the location is very convenient and the people that were in service of us were extremely polite. It made me enjoy the Las Vegas experience and I had no real complaints.

Although this is not a "5 star hotel," I'm giving it 5 stars for the $. It was clean except the food court night experience (and the smoking). Appreciate the easy check in and out. After a 3 night stay, I was finally getting the lay of the land. Maybe downloading the hotel map would have been helpful.

My wife and I have moved there over the summer of last year and we both love it. My employer gives us a party when they hand out our bonus checks twice a year. The last 3 or 4 have been held at the bowling center at Santa Fe Station Casino. My employer pays for our dinner sodas and the bowling. It has always been a great time. When the food or pitchers start to run low, the staff are very quick to bring out more.

We had a quiet stay before starting our week long hiking trip. I was surprised by the quiet atmosphere as the hotel had no vacancy and was really close to the airport. The breakfast nook is poorly designed as a galley that is difficult to use when busy. Also within walking distance of Naked City Pizza which was delicious. Really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Very comfy beds and they even provide ear buds(walls are somewhat thin). The couch there is nice as well as a functional desk with outlets. Closet was not wide enough that the hangars didn't event hang straight.

Our team came for a tournament and I am the chaperone. We love the layout of the room and full kitchen! We save so much money in Vegas making all our food in our room! Lovely place tucked in behind the Hawaiian Marketplace. Highly recommend the one bedroom suites: comfortable, clean and they have a full kitchen. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Steps away from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shops. Pool on the roof is only there feet deep but there is a hot tub and great views. Children's pool and play area is down in the ground.

Booked this hotel half a year ago and the service provided there is spectacular! The lobby looked amazing/welcoming, our rooms were nice/spacious. And to top off all this they have a pool on top that has a amazing view on top! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family along with them. Can't wait to come back to Vegas & book my hotel again.

The five star rating is for the Cal Coffee Shop open 24 hours. Awesome Hawaiian home style food. Oxtail Stew, Oxtail Soup on Friday night after 11:30 and Saimin noodles all the time. Price is very affordable, each entree large. Their Prime Rib dinner was tasty, tender and very nice portion. I asked for 'rare' which you never every get but pretty pink so I was pleased.

We love staying at the California. The amenities are great and service is wonderful. The casino is newly renovated, is spacious and there is a game for everyone. Their B-connect program provides fantastic room, food and casino incentives. They offer a shuttle service to other properties as well as to the outlet mall. The Fremot experience is just a block away.

I came here for dinner at their Hawaiian inspired restaurant ( can't recall the name ) and it was excellent. The oxtail soup was amazing! Very diverse menu. Staff was friendly albeit a little uneducated on menu items. They still went above and beyond to answer any questions. I would def. recommend this place to a friend.

Spacious and well appointed rooms. Love the giant tub in the bathroom! Great location just off strip so it's quiet at night. Good value and great location.

Accommodations are very nice. The location is close enough to the strip to walk, but far enough to be free of the noise and traffic. The service is great, we arrived early and the resort was able to get us situated quickly anyway.

Love the hotel! Great room. Very spacious and complete amenities! It has spacious rooms, comfy sofa and great TV. We happened to stay in 1 bedroom Villa with 1 King bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and the dining room is spacious. The pool is nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Happy to be back!

This place is beautiful . The staff is great our bed was too hard the first night so we ask for mattress topper which they brought up immediately. Our fireplace pilot light was out and they had someone come up immediately to fix that. The front desk housekeeping maintenance they were all amazing. The amenities here are great. We went here to gamble one night. I play craps and the table minimum is $10. We played for a while and also played on the craps machines. The craps machines have a $1 minimum so my Mom likes them better. It is a little smoky but not too bad. We had fun.

The Gold coast is a great place. It's away from the main strip, so the hustle and bustle are a step down. We were lured in by the low cost buffet. This hotel is great. The staff there are so friendly and very helpful. Mary at the front desk is awesome. She was able to get us the same room for next year and printed up our airline tickets which really helped us at the airport . The room is nice and clean with a new bathroom. It's old school Vegas baby and that has definite charm. However my single king bed was small and my bathroom was just bigger than a closet. Plus you can see the age in the room, hallways. Quaint resort casino on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. Good gaming with reasonable payback rates. Home of Hugo's Cellar, quite possibly. Vegas' best kept culinary secret. Hugo's has the best food and service I have seen in a very long time. Pricey but very well worth the money.

Friendly staff, fun casino, great restaurants... right in the heart of Downtown Vegas. This is one of the few hotels in Vegas that don't charge resort fees. Fun environment. Friendly waitresses and casino staff. Games are new from last year and had awesome payouts. Magnolia's restaurant is clean and great portion size for an affordable price. Service was great and we had 14 in our party. Server was knowledgeable and efficient.

Convenient location, good cocktail waitresses, good variety of slot machines. It's an older building but how much time does anyone really spend in their room in Vegas. Just long enough to sleep and shower. The shower is good and hot. The bed is comfortable. What more do you need. Me just coffee in the morning and they have small coffeemakers in the rooms.
