Check in was easy. All of the staff members from the check in to security to housekeeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our stay at this establishment super enjoyable. The room was excellent and very clean. The gambling areas were always clean and well maintained. The show was great and so was the food that was served during the show. Recommend this establishment.
A more mature property that has a great location for hockey and football games. Great pool and clean. Staying for the weekend. Looking forward to exploring some more. 1st time out here. Walkways to other places are cool. Great food options. Nice staff.
The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are old but well maintained. We liked the fact that we checked in the hotel online and the app allows you you create a virtual Bluetooth access to the room door. We didn't visit the lobby to ask for physical cards to access the room. They have a spa and pool area too. The bathroom pipes need some maintenance but, in general is a good place to stay. Very clean...
Good location but not the best hotel. The casino wreaked of cigarettes. The lobby staff was either nice or rude, no in-between. We tried to talk to someone about an early check in and were just spoken about buying tickets to shows, so we weren't listened to.The hallway of the hotel rooms smelled like a mix of cinnamon and a cleaning solution that was overwhelmingly strong. The room smelled like chlorine...

I read the reviews before I went and they had me scared. But honestly room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yes it was a bit dated but your not in there all day. The hotel itself was really nice loved exploring it. It' a walk to the action of the strip but it's the right spot for sports.
I’ve stayed here several times. I honestly do love the Luxor. I’ve stayed in the pyramid and the tower. The pyramid has shown some wear with wall paper peeling from the walls an what not. I’d say for cleanliness I’d give it a 4 out 5 in the pyramid. I’ve seen the shows and exhibits there and have enjoyed them. The good across the resort Is good. No complaints. Service is great and have gotten some...
I stayed at the Luxor and really enjoyed the experience. It was really awesome being inside the giant pyramid and seeing all the Egyptian architecture artifacts. I do wish that there was some better food options but the location is very convenient and the people that were in service of us were extremely polite. It made me enjoy the Las Vegas experience and I had no real complaints.
Although this is not a "5 star hotel," I'm giving it 5 stars for the $. It was clean except the food court night experience (and the smoking). Appreciate the easy check in and out. After a 3 night stay, I was finally getting the lay of the land. Maybe downloading the hotel map would have been helpful.
I had a great time staying at the Luxor Hotel in Vegas! Check in was easy. The staff were great very friendly and accommodating! Driving in was a bit confusing once I figured out what to do, then it made sense. Michael in Valet was very helpful and did his best to explain how it works. I think it was me. I don't travel much. Kevin Johnson helped with my luggage. Very nice. Cloe helped check us out...
Stayed here for two trips now and I will return. Again! Good location, good prices, nice rooms , cool structure! They also have a great rewards program that I suggest signing up for the minute you arrive! The staff is very nice and helpful! The building has everything you need to get you're night started! Convenience store with large beers and other drinks at a good price. Aspirin to heal you from...

My favorite place is to go into the mystic falls area. So peaceful. Love all the plants and sounds as if you're in a central park type location. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet but they do look really neat. Overlooking the inside of the mystic falls area. I love the gift shop there and the buffet when it was open, but do to the pandemic it's currently closed. The food was really good. They do have...
Been there twice now. Rooms are nice, inexpensive, and super-clean. Friendly staff. Love the park in the center. Easy parking at no charge. Roberto's has great food. T G.I. Friday's is iffy, but not horrible. Low-key atmosphere. Great home base to explore Vegas from.
We loved the surprise show outside our hotel window at night, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom could've used a bit more cleaning detailed attention, but was still clean. We enjoyed breakfast at Friday's, and coffee and donut holes at DD. Valet and Bell desk were both friendly and attentive. Check in was ready and quick. We loved seeing some of the western souvenirs around the casino. ...
The hotel itself is very nice. I really liked the waterfall show in the atrium. Check in was a bit tough however, as I arrived at around 7:30PM and my room still wasn't clean and ready. Jamal at the front desk kept getting someone to check and clean the room, but ultimately was able to switch rooms for me after about an hour wait. Staff shortages are everywhere, but hopefully they're looking for more...
We have stayed here twice now and we really liked our experience. We love the atrium/garden in the middle. Makes property feel fresh and without the smoke smell, property and rooms are clean and the service has been good! We have been here with kids and they like to see the water show in the garden area. Nice little extra. This last time we stayed on the deluxe rooms and it was so worth it. Nice view...
Nicely refurbished rooms! Stone bathroom counters, large dressers (plenty of drawers for a change) and large screen TVs. Beds were good, if a bit firm. We like this place because the smoke is much less bothersome than other casinos and the "park" center atrium with full skylight is lovely. Be aware that the "park view" rooms facing the atrium also get the noise and laser lights of the water shows at...

I live here, Tasha and Felisha are the best! Never a bad day! The place is beautiful, clean quiet and very Safe! Alex the maintenance guy is very knowledgeable, does a great job. I love thanking them everything I see them.
A very pleasant place to be! We’ve been here almost a year now, and I have not seen a single bug. My neighbors are pleasant and respectful. The front office and all the staff are wonderful. The hallways are maintained very well on a consistent basis and the units are neat and clean. The laundry facility is clean and convenient. The pool is a wonderful perk and also well maintained. Having an outside...
I called to get monthly and weekly rates for one and two bedrooms and had the pleasure of speaking with Tasha, the receptionist. She was not only polite had great information on all properties but she was refreshingly sweet and kind. She gave me the website so I can look at not just the property that I called that but others across the valley. She was empathetic to my situation and had all information...
The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing! Felicia and Carmela went above and beyond to get us into a unit, when we had to relocate much sooner than we expected. The complex is quiet and clean and so is the unit. They have been so helpful with everything and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
My wife and I have moved there over the summer of last year and we both love it. The staff there are kind, fun and very professional as they help us whenever we had issues or if something wasn't working. They fix it and resolve the issue as fast as they can. The units here are spacious and clean, a good place to stay for short term or long term. The security is great!! It's really a good place to live...
I think they charge too much for a weekly rate. The 2bdrm that I stayed in was ok nice. Not great but nice. I like the full kitchen with dishwasher. The countertop has been painted instead of replaced. It could use to be upgraded. Overall it's a decent place to stay.
Room was comfortable and bed great, though they could do a better job with how they change the sheets. No complaints Yes Always helpful and friendly

Better then expected. Great service at front desk on check in, maybe the best in the month I was in Vegas. Tower was located directly next to pavilion where I was playing poker which was perfection. Room was basic but nice, bed was good, water pressure was ok... all in all great option great location on the strip.
Stayed here for 3 days in April. The room is nice! Spacious bedroom but the bathroom was small! Clean and neat. The check in process was very easy its all automated and there is a person to help us there if we get stuck. checkout was quick. On day 2 we had a issue with out key we couldn’t get inside the room. We reached out to the lobby and they got the locksmith to work on the door and everything...
Room was fine. Minor things like dusty vents and scuffs on the wall, but basically clean. The hallway frequently smelled like weed. However, it had a great location and felt safe. Room was generally clean, and I didn't see any bugs. If you want to stay in a luxury hotel or plan on spending a lot of time in the room, I would stay elsewhere, but if you want an economical room centrally located on...
Been staying at this hotel/casino for over 10 years! I truly love this spot, per location & affordability. I have not once had any issues. Great service, room is always clean. I love the upgrade room with spa tub (Amazing.) One thing I will say is that the drink service on the floor is very minimal. This may be due to employment, but otherwise GREAT!!!
4 stars because of price. they helped me out, A LOT, by accepting my company's per diem rate. the rooms are a little old, but hey - so is Vegas. for the prime location (and just how much time do you plan on spending in your room, while in Vegas, anyway?), and awesome room service - 4 well-earned stars. the great and friendly staff bring it home. it isn't an exclusive luxury suite, but it certainly...
We ended up at Bally's a lot on our trip, but the most notable experience was BLT Steaks for an anniversary dinner. The menu was comprehensive without being overwhelming. Great location for dining options if you do not want to eat in. Clean and frontdesk could have been a bit more welcoming as guests walked in or out of the hotel. They are like the eyes to the hotel as they are right in the front and sadly a few times there were no lookups to even acknowledge of us or anyone. The restaurant is darling and delicious and there was a slight snafu in our order but there...
The hotel was centrally located to all the destinations that i needed to go to. The room included 2 queen size bed. AC was blowing ice cold which was great. Front desk service was great, called down to get some extra towels and sheets and the items were promptly delivered.
The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was also very good with restaurants in the surrounding area.
The staff were very personable. I will add though I wasn't told if you came in after a certain time I have to use my room card to swipe myself in and the night staff member was a little rude about letting me know. That doesn't take away from all the other staff that were so helpful and kind. One bad apple does not spoil the whole bunch!
Met my expectations. Comfortable, clean and neat large room with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Conveniences like the guest coin-operated laundry are useful. I felt the mini store was a bit pricey. No buffet breakfast but food is made to order at the Bistro for a reasonable price. Starbucks coffee can also be purchased there. Nearby food and entertainment options are abundant. It's about...

Nice location food is standard casino food no complaints oyster bar was not as great as others made it seem but it was good. Leticia cocina is good food especially for a casino. Only complaint is that I don't smoke so leaving there I am doused in the smell but that's most casinos
Santa Fe...Hometown feel for a hometown crowd. All in all a decent place to visit. Don't expect a decked out pool or strip like amenities. But if no crowds and chill is what you are looking for...head on down. As far as the gaming is concerned..can't say they don't pay out like anything else, spend what you can and stay positive 😎. Lots to do and decent amenities. Enjoy 😊
I go to Sante Fe to see movies often. I have stayed in the hotel a few times as well. I like the theater and the new feature to have your snacks and drinks delivered to your seat…pretty dang cool!! The seats also relax back and the feet kick up for the ultimate comfort and viewing experience. I would bring a little throw because it can get cool in the theater. The hotel is also nice, my rooms are always...
Century movie theater in the Santa Fe station was really wonderful. My employer gives us a party when they hand out our bonus checks twice a year. The last 3 or 4 have been held at the bowling center at Santa Fe Station Casino. My employer pays for our dinner sodas and the bowling. It has always been a great time. When the food or pitchers start to run low, the staff are very quick to bring out more.
Been here several times and always had a pleasant experience! The staff is all very friendly and service oriented. The buffet had an excellent selection and the food was fresh and delicious! Have also eaten in the grand cafe a few times including late at night. Always had great service and the food is consistently good!
Toilet located too close to sink in room bathroom. No towel racks or hooks. To many people obviously smoking marijuana on our floor.

Breakfast was perfect Cab called from the reception Bus to go to the airport
We had a quiet stay before starting our week long hiking trip. I was surprised by the quiet atmosphere as the hotel had no vacancy and was really close to the airport. The breakfast nook is poorly designed as a galley that is difficult to use when busy. Also within walking distance of Naked City Pizza which was delicious. Front desk was very helpful providing options for dining.
Ricky is awesome. His customer service is incredible. 307 is a great room. Located on a 1 way street, breakfast is located in a very small section so getting food is a challenge, and they have no hot tub. Other than that, the hotel and every staff member i've seen/talked to are awesome. The lady that stocked the breakfast area was very nice as well.. Great crew
Very clean rooms and property. Their breakfast has always been fresh with a nice selection. Newly remodeled rooms and lobby area has spruced the place up nicely. It can get noisy at times due to proximity to the airport. Their parking program where you stay a night and park for a week is sweet. Have stayed there six or seven times in the last four years. Thanks!
The Best Western McCarran Inn was clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Good selection for breakfast. Close to the airport. Friendly staff. Walking distance for us to the Las Vegas Strip. The sound of the planes didn't bother us but they do provide ear plugs.
Great location - walkable to South side of strip (MGM). Breakfast was very good with amazing and friendly staff. Front desk staff were also great and super helpful. Gym is well equipped and airport shuttle staff were helpful and efficient. We loved our stay here and would have it given it 5 stars but the house keeping team let it down - biscuit all over the floor in room when we arrived and we felt...

Moderately average experience for a hotel in its class. Decent food selection. I liked that the staff check IDs and the security watched the elevator traffic for party crashers. Clean enough. Gift shop had a bit of trouble with math. Overall very convenient location on the strip. Will have to revisit and try again.
The tower we stayed in for our visit was really starting to show its age. However, there are much nicer rooms available in the other towers. The casino floor is on the small size for a Las Vegas casino and it feels cramped most of the time. The tables and other games are too close together to really be all that comfortable. The ceiling is low in most areas and the stale cigarette smell is manageable...
I'm utterly shocked at the redesign. The only thing that looks the same is the logo! My room was impeccable, contemporary, luxurious, comfortable and perfect appointed. The staff have always been great, the food was delicious and the parking is convenient. I was pleasantly surprised regarding the rooms at Harrah's. The rooms must have been renovated pretty recently. The decor is much more modern with glass bathroom doors and new light fixtures. I LOVE the fact the rooms have a small vanity with it's own light up mirrors, perfect for girls to put on their makeup! The room was very reasonably priced and is pretty much on the strip. Such a wonderful hotel! The buffet flavors is so good right on the main floor of the hotel. Early check-in is only $30 which was awesome because I got in at 10am. The bed was so comfortable the bathroom was amazing and the room service was great. You are close to so much food options as well and the Linq is literally right next to the front door!
It is located on main Lag Vegas Boulevard, which is the most famous street in Vegas. The room was perfectly clean.

Nice and the breakfast was very good and had many options!!! Hard to find at first if it’s your first time here bc there are three entrances from the street! The staff was nice and free water in the lobby! Clean room and pull out couch in the sofa when our room we had a king bed and it was nice. No issues !!! I would stay here again!
Could have been a better place for the money charged. Pros: The breakfast was quite good with enough food for my partner who eats everything as well as me though I eat only veg with no eggs. Nice middle class hotel. Breakfast buffet is very good! We were there for an event that was across the street so we came back for lunch. It was very friendly and it was quite convenient to have lunch delivered to the dining area since the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Also a comfortable area to hang out later after the event to decompress and chat
Really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Very comfy beds and they even provide ear buds(walls are somewhat thin). The couch there is nice as well as a functional desk with outlets. Closet was not wide enough that the hangars didn't event hang straight.
Nice place location is great, just off the strip. FREE parking NO RESORT FEE! Saved me over $60 per day?Free breakfast too. I spent 7 days here for work and play. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful at every turn. A lot of perks. How could you complain about this place. Clean rooms, awesome staff, great rates!!!! Loved the room and the ability to do laundry. What the resort had to offer outside of the suite. Plenty of deals at check in. Customer service was fantastic. Definitely recommend staying here.
Wonderful experience! 21st floor and the perfect room. Felt safe to walk around at night. It was 40F and windy the entire time we were there so i can't say much about the outside. I've loved coming to this casino since my ex and I came here for a week vacation 4 years ago. It's not upscale but it's not a dump so it makes you feel comfortable to just go and enjoy yourself without worrying about looking out of place. This place was a bargain, but not without reason. A stay a Polo Towers results in a never ending barrage of time share solicitations. In theory, it's "on the strip," but it's really about a block behind the strip, and accessible only by...
It's in a convenient location. Parking is included plus valet. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything on the strip. We stayed in a one bedroom villa. It was very nice. The bed was comfy. There was an extra wide tub and plenty of room in the shower. As others have said, there is a kitchen with full-size appliances.
Its a great hotel, only thing that shows its age is the showers. You have a nice kitchen full size appliances, king sized beds lots of pillows. Right on the strip, easy access to EVERYWHERE. Computers to use, awesome fitness area, kids play area. I give it 4 stars, best value on the Strip.
Service was well above expectations. EVERYONE I came in contact with was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms feel like you're in the lap of luxury with full kitchens and very clean. Steps away from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shops. Pool on the roof is only there feet deep but there is a hot tub and great views. Children's pool and play area is down in the ground.
Booked this hotel half a year ago and the service provided there is spectacular! The lobby looked amazing/welcoming, our rooms were nice/spacious. And to top off all this they have a pool on top that has a amazing view on top! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family along with them. Can't wait to come back to Vegas & book my hotel again.

I like the Cal. it's not extravagant, but has everything I want in Vegas, great table games, great slots and decent rooms after this latest remodel. my only issue is with the sports book staff and cashier's. if you don't know exactly what terms to say, they give you nothing but grief. crusty Jim at sports needs to be replaced with a machine. they don't eye roll and say Jesus after placing 4 small ...
The five star rating is for the Cal Coffee Shop open 24 hours. Awesome Hawaiian home style food. Oxtail Stew, Oxtail Soup on Friday night after 11:30 and Saimin noodles all the time. Price is very affordable, each entree large. Their Prime Rib dinner was tasty, tender and very nice portion. I asked for 'rare' which you never every get but pretty pink so I was pleased.
We love staying at the California. The amenities are great and service is wonderful. The casino is newly renovated, is spacious and there is a game for everyone. Their B-connect program provides fantastic room, food and casino incentives. They offer a shuttle service to other properties as well as to the outlet mall. The Fremot experience is just a block away.
I came here for dinner at their Hawaiian inspired restaurant ( can't recall the name ) and it was excellent. The oxtail soup was amazing! Very diverse menu. Staff was friendly albeit a little uneducated on menu items. They still went above and beyond to answer any questions. I would def. recommend this place to a friend.
I love visiting the California Hotel. It always feels safe and comforting. The staff is helpful and happy. They really know how to go above and beyond to treat each guest as ohana without making you feel like a"customer." Great food and amenities. Love the vibe here! Always cheerful and positive. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Hot showers, huge TV, and big, clean comfy beds! ☺️ I will...

Spacious and well appointed rooms. Love the giant tub in the bathroom! Great location just off strip so it's quiet at night. Good value and great location.
Accommodations are very nice. The location is close enough to the strip to walk, but far enough to be free of the noise and traffic. The service is great, we arrived early and the resort was able to get us situated quickly anyway.
Love the hotel! Great room. Very spacious and complete amenities! It has spacious rooms, comfy sofa and great TV. We happened to stay in 1 bedroom Villa with 1 King bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen and the dining room is spacious. The pool is nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. Happy to be back!
This place is beautiful . The staff is great our bed was too hard the first night so we ask for mattress topper which they brought up immediately. Our fireplace pilot light was out and they had someone come up immediately to fix that. The front desk housekeeping maintenance they were all amazing. The amenities here are great. I would give it a 5-star rating except for the fact that the last two days...

love coming here. BEST casino for locals! My man won big last weekend. The staff is always friendly. Even if we're not playing we stop in to eat at ping pang pongs! Two people can get full on one meal.
I just wanted to stop by to relax and do a little gaming. But I have to say, the cocktail waitress was One of the best and nicest I've ever come across. She suggested a wonderful beer with a lemon. Was so good! and was very tentative to everyone as she worked the area with a southern bell smile. Combine that experience with the nice clean atmosphere and easy to park Casino, and you have a great place...
Love this place! Just a short distance west of the Strip, this classic Vegas feel casino has stood the test of time. Very large gaming floor, which includes the newest slots, and the oldest. Also large selection of table games. Very large SportsBook. A great Bingo Hall on the second level. Two excellent Chinese Restaurants. 3 large bars. A very nice gift shop. Employees are friendly, helpful & professional...
We went here to gamble one night. I play craps and the table minimum is $10. We played for a while and also played on the craps machines. The craps machines have a $1 minimum so my Mom likes them better. It is a little smoky but not too bad. We had fun.
The Gold coast is a great place. It's away from the main strip, so the hustle and bustle are a step down. We were lured in by the low cost buffet. It's much harder to find those good deals on meal prices these days! The buffet was well stocked with plenty of choices and the food was very good. After eating, we stayed for a few hours checking out the casino. While it was nothing spectacular, it is well...
This hotel is great. The staff there are so friendly and very helpful. Mary at the front desk is awesome. She was able to get us the same room for next year and printed up our airline tickets which really helped us at the airport . The room is nice and clean with a new bathroom. Can't wait till next year.

It's old school Vegas baby and that has definite charm. However my single king bed was small and my bathroom was just bigger than a closet. Plus you can see the age in the room, hallways. The casino is nice, plus you don't have to be a millionaire to gamble there. They have a lot of $5 options. The staff was extremely friendly and the Magnolia restaurant serves nice food st s reasonable price. Plus...
Quaint resort casino on Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas. Good gaming with reasonable payback rates. Home of Hugo's Cellar, quite possibly. Vegas' best kept culinary secret. Hugo's has the best food and service I have seen in a very long time. Pricey but very well worth the money.
Friendly staff, fun casino, great restaurants... right in the heart of Downtown Vegas. This is one of the few hotels in Vegas that don't charge resort fees. The rooms are clean and comfortable, good value for your money. It's Vegas... how much time do you really spend in your room, anyway? I stay here 3 times a year and they never disappoint.
Fun environment. Friendly waitresses and casino staff. Games are new from last year and had awesome payouts. Magnolia's restaurant is clean and great portion size for an affordable price. Service was great and we had 14 in our party. Server was knowledgeable and efficient.
Convenient location, good cocktail waitresses, good variety of slot machines. It's an older building but how much time does anyone really spend in their room in Vegas. Just long enough to sleep and shower. The shower is good and hot. The bed is comfortable. What more do you need. Me just coffee in the morning and they have small coffeemakers in the rooms.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This place is the best. My favorite place to stay in Fremont Street. No resort fees. They do have some smoking rooms. Great views. Magnolia's has food that tastes like your grandmother cooked it. It's the best. The country fried steak is downright addictive...
