I read the reviews before I went and they had me scared. But honestly room was clean, bed was comfortable. Yes it was a bit dated but your not in there all day. The hotel itself was really nice loved exploring it. It' a walk to the action of the strip but it's the right spot for sports.

I’ve stayed here several times. I honestly do love the Luxor. I’ve stayed in the pyramid and the tower. The pyramid has shown some wear with wall paper peeling from the walls an what not. I’d say for cleanliness I’d give it a 4 out 5 in the pyramid. I’ve seen the shows and exhibits there and have enjoyed them. The good across the resort Is good. No complaints. I stayed at the Luxor and really enjoyed the experience. It was really awesome being inside the giant pyramid and seeing all the Egyptian architecture artifacts. I do wish that there was some better food options but the location is very convenient and the people that were in service of us were extremely polite. It made me enjoy the Las Vegas experience and I had no real complaints.

Although this is not a "5 star hotel," I'm giving it 5 stars for the $. It was clean except the food court night experience (and the smoking). Appreciate the easy check in and out. After a 3 night stay, I was finally getting the lay of the land. Maybe downloading the hotel map would have been helpful.

I had a great time staying at the Luxor Hotel in Vegas! Check in was easy. The staff were great very friendly and accommodating! Check in was easy. All of the staff members from the check in to security to housekeeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our stay at this establishment super enjoyable. The room was excellent and very clean. The gambling areas were always clean and well maintained. The show was great and so was the food that was served during the show. Recommend this establishment.

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are old but well maintained. We liked the fact that we checked in the hotel online and the app allows you you create a virtual Bluetooth access to the room door. This place is beautiful . The staff is great our bed was too hard the first night so we ask for mattress topper which they brought up immediately. The ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing! Felicia and Carmela went above and beyond to get us into a unit, when we had to relocate much sooner than we expected. The complex is quiet and clean and so is the unit. They have been so helpful with everything and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

My wife and I have moved there over the summer of last year and we both love it. The staff there are kind, fun and very professional as they help us whenever we had issues or if something wasn't working. They fix it and resolve the issue as fast as they can. I think they charge too much for a weekly rate. The 2bdrm that I stayed in was ok nice. Not great but nice. I like the full kitchen with dishwasher. The countertop has been painted instead of replaced. It could use to be upgraded. Overall it's a decent place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room felt like a studio apartment than a hotel room. Very comfy beds and they even provide ear buds(walls are somewhat thin). The couch there is nice as well as a functional desk with outlets. Closet was not wide enough that the hangars didn't event hang straight.

No frills hotel in a great location. Super close to the convention center and some great restaurants. If you don't mind walking, it's only about a mile from the strip, but you can also catch the hotel shuttle (during their daytime operating hours), take the monorail or catch an inexpensive ride over. The bed was comfy. There was an extra wide tub and plenty of room in the shower. As others have said, there is a kitchen with full-size appliances.

Lovely place tucked in behind the Hawaiian Marketplace. Highly recommend the one bedroom suites: comfortable, clean and they have a full kitchen. Staff are friendly and eager to please. Steps away from the entrance to the Miracle Mile shops. Pool on the roof is only there feet deep but there is a hot tub and great views. Children's pool and play area is down in the ground.

Booked this hotel half a year ago and the service provided there is spectacular! The lobby looked amazing/welcoming, our rooms were nice/spacious. The five star rating is for the Cal Coffee Shop open 24 hours. Awesome Hawaiian home style food. Oxtail Stew, Oxtail Soup on Friday night after 11:30 and Saimin noodles all the time. We love staying at the California. The amenities are great and service is wonderful. The casino is newly renovated, is spacious and there is a game for everyone. Their B-connect program provides fantastic room, food and casino incentives. They offer a shuttle service to other properties as well as to the outlet mall. I came here for dinner at their Hawaiian inspired restaurant ( can't recall the name ) and it was excellent. The oxtail soup was amazing! Very diverse menu. Staff was friendly albeit a little uneducated on menu items. They still went above and beyond to answer any questions. I would def. recommend this place to a friend.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a weekend get away and to see Cher in concert i read several bad reviews but booked the hotel anyways the price was great, location was off the strip about 20 minutes, the hotel was nice, room was very nice and clean, if you stay here visit the sourdough cafe make sure to sign up for the hotels ACE card to get 10% off your meal. Sat down at the Sour Dough Cafe for breakfast. Seems the menu was re-done, I found it simplified with basic items, and can order add-on's as needed. Was comfortable, nice folks, families and kids. The Casino looked more clean and people seemed happy. Thought the price was a little high for what we ordered, but coffee was good.

We went here to gamble one night. I play craps and the table minimum is $10. We played for a while and also played on the craps machines. The craps machines have a $1 minimum so my Mom likes them better. It is a little smoky but not too bad. We had fun.

The Gold coast is a great place. It's away from the main strip, so the hustle and bustle are a step down. We were lured in by the low cost buffet. This hotel is great. The staff there are so friendly and very helpful. Mary at the front desk is awesome. She was able to get us the same room for next year and printed up our airline tickets which really helped us at the airport . The room is nice and clean with a new bathroom. We loved the surprise show outside our hotel window at night, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom could've used a bit more cleaning detailed attention, but was still clean. The hotel itself is very nice. I really liked the waterfall show in the atrium. Check in was a bit tough however, as I arrived at around 7:30PM and my room still wasn't clean and ready. Jamal at the front desk kept getting someone to check and clean the room, but ultimately was able to switch rooms for me after about an hour wait. We have stayed here twice now and we really liked our experience. We love the atrium/garden in the middle. Makes property feel fresh and without the smoke smell, property and rooms are clean and the service has been good! We have been here with kids and they like to see the water show in the garden area.
