Reviews
The first thing was that the loud music played until 2AM so if you're trying to sleep then you won't be able to. The speakers were so good we can feel the vibrations from the bass from our room on the 30th floor. We LOVE music and usually is ok with it but by 1am, I was hoping for a little shut eye.
The second is that we were trying to dine in at the restaurant on the second floor but it wasn't open. We check a few times but it was still closed. We ended up buying some sandwiches and drinks from the coffee stand but those sandwiches were dry and hard. We decided to eat elsewhere on fremont street.
Third, we were disappointed that there was no microwave nor mini refrigerator in the room. The door had a gap underneath that was too wide. Pictures included.
The hotel itself was great, they provided complimentary parking in their garage. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
Inside, the experience unfortunately did not improve. Miss Emma swiftly walked by our table with a noticeably rude tone, asking if anyone wanted drinks in a way that felt more like an obligation than a courtesy. When we politely asked if we could also get a cigarette, she gave a dismissive look and said “no” as she walked away.
For a quiet Monday night with very few guests, I expected a more welcoming and attentive atmosphere. Instead, the service felt indifferent and unaccommodating. As someone who lived in Las Vegas for two years, I understand that hospitality is what sets this city apart—but this experience left a very poor impression.
Needless to say this was the worst of it. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable as well. As a hotel it met the expectations but as a casino it was a disappointment!
Also - The casino area stunk of cigarettes and regret and was a chore to walk through each time we wanted to venture out to Fremont Street. I felt bad for the table-top dancers that were in the casino each night - not because of their chosen career, but because every one of them looked so unhappy to be there. Same with the various dealers and table attendants; if they didn't have any customers they would just stand there with this vacant "i wish I was somewhere else" look on their faces.
