I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth, with friendly staff throughout. I felt very safe during my stay—security measures were in place without being intrusive.
The amenities were great, indoor shopping and restaurants, cafe, everything….
I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!
A special shoutout to concierge desk for helping arrange airport transfers and restaurant reservations. I’ll definitely return—this hotel is a gem for both business and leisure travelers.
They charge extra which is surprising and after complaining 2-3 times they start to work out
