The hotel was under renovation with a large scaffold in the lobby. The bar was staffed with one person who had to make drinks and go get food orders. And if the all wasn't enough, when I woke the following morning I discovered a used pantiliner in our bed. I cannot express how gross and unsanitary that is. Plus it shows that the housekeeping staff didn't change the sheets which is beyond gross and disgusting.

Where do I start? First of all when upon arrival when we entered the bathroom the toilet wasn't flushed, when I tried to flush it I realized that it's because the toilet barely even flushes until you hold the lever down for 30 seconds. I plugged my charger into the wall and it immediately fell out of the socket because it was so loose so I was forced to use a very inconvenient charge location. I went out on the deck and found every other room had table and chairs but we did not. When I approached the staff in the hall about this I was informed that if you have 2 beds in the room then you don't get a table and chairs only rooms with one bed get those so apparently if there's more people in the room that means you dont want to sit outside?? Not logical. I then entered the bathroom again to shower and found out that water pressure isn't included in the room either and had to shower portions of myself at a time under a dribbling shower head. Icing on the cake when we wanted to complain about the problems no one answered the hotel phone at the front desk when we were calling from the phone provided in the room. Next morning went down to the breakfast that wasn't included, cost $16 dollars each. There were potatoes and eggs, no meat at all, no bacon, no sausage, no corned beef, nothing. The scrambled eggs were so watery and runny I could have drank them with a straw it was very undesirable. The coffee was surprisingly good, so I filled up two cups before I left the dining area because it was the only good thing I could get my hands on in this place.
