Ramada by Wyndham Miami Springs/Miami International Airport

We got to hotel early since our flight arrived early. They do not have check in until 3pm. We asked about early check in and there was a cost but also a wait. I was ok to pay, and while we waited We went to Tom's bar inside hotel to eat. 3pm came and went with no word. Went to desk and she said maid staff was behind, but they had one room available on 2nd floor, BUT they had no elevator! At this point we are tired so we accept this room. We dragged 4 suitcases up stairs, which was not fun. We get into the room and I kid you not, it is the tiniest room I have ever seen. The bed takes up the entire room. Looks nothing like the pictures they show online. To close the bathroom door, I had to step into the shower to do so! I know they have bigger rooms, but somehow we got stuck with tiny room. We made do since we only were staying 2 days. Also this hotel charged for everything, including breakfast buffet which was advertised as free when I booked. 12.99 per person! It was a continental breakfast...so not worth it. They also charged 10 dollars a person to shuttle to cruise port. Which we paid, and was cheaper than Uber, but still...

Good for one night before the flight. Big room with 2 king beds. Wi-Fi did not work everywhere in the room. Decent breakfast was included in the room rate. You need to ask the reception for breakfast vouchers.

This place is good for a night. The lobby is very nice, modern,and clean. The receptionists are nice, well dressed, and very helpful. There is a free airport shuttle that departs at the top of the hour and came in use. The hallways are nice, but the carpet needs to be replaced. The room was very nice for what we paid, but it was very small, not much bigger than the king size bed. The bed was very comfortable though. The bathroom was very nice as well and had a modern sliding glass shower with a nice, high mounted shower head.

Was charged $69 per night after Irma while they had no electricity. Once electricity was on they changed rate to full price for the room. Had my baby crawling on floor (carpet) and everytime his shirt was black. Was better than our home that which the shutters were still up Serious mold issue. Breakfast was best! .
