Ramada by Wyndham Springs/Miami International Airport Mini-hotel

We got to hotel early since our flight arrived early. They do not have check in until 3pm. We asked about early check in and there was a cost but also a wait. I was ok to pay, and while we waited We went to Tom's bar inside hotel to eat. 3pm came and went with no word. Went to desk and she said maid staff was behind, but they had one room available on 2nd floor, BUT they had no elevator! At this point we are tired so we accept this room. We dragged 4 suitcases up stairs, which was not fun. We get into the room and I kid you not, it is the tiniest room I have ever seen. The bed takes up the entire room. Looks nothing like the pictures they show online. To close the bathroom door, I had to step into the shower to do so! I know they have bigger rooms, but somehow we got stuck with tiny room. We made do since we only were staying 2 days. Also this hotel charged for everything, including breakfast buffet which was advertised as free when I booked. 12.99 per person! It was a continental breakfast...so not worth it. They also charged 10 dollars a person to shuttle to cruise port. Which we paid, and was cheaper than Uber, but still...
