Why do I keep staying at Marriott branded properties, I keep leaving disappointed. The staff was extremely nice. The room was extremely clean. First impression was nice Clean and close to airport. 1 towel in room ask the front desk for another but never received. That was ok since there was NO warm or hot water to take a shower. I enjoyed my stay! Shuttle works, pool is open, theres food (breakfast 7-9, dinner 5-?) did laundry, (2.75/load/dry bring soap) clean bed so soft, room can darken. Everyone friendly, ill be back next time!

The hotel is really nice. They have shuttle from the airport and to the port in Miami. First one is complimentary and the shuttle to the port is $15 per person. The bedroom area was clean, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast, though limited, is included in the cost of the room and the staff were friendly and efficient. Great hotel, staff and a good breakfast, good location, and many good stores in the nearby area for shopping and as well variety for meals. There is a great arepa place across the way and two amazing Argentinian Restaurants and stores. Will stay again. The only thing that needs improvement is that there is only one elevator and it is a bit slow. But the rest is very good!

They were very accommodating to us with our grandmother. The breakfast which is included in the price is quite good. The shuttle goes to dolphin mall and the airport for free. Very convenient location for an unexpected overnight layover, especially if you have a flight in the morning, but it is way too expensive for the quality. It's clean, it's nice, the room I stayed in was very small. There's a bar right downstairs and all the food you expect to find in an American airport. Not a bad place to stay at all, but you're definitely paying a good chunk extra for the convenience...

Super busy airport. Lots of expansions. Airport is very clean a lot of security but somehow you feel like your in a maze. Would like to see more signs in different languages helping travelers find their way around.

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. Lovely home for race weekend. Was surprised to find a full kitchen in an upscale hotel room. Would be great for someone spending more than a weekend there. Had a fabulous dinner at 107 steakhous. I was lucky to get a room that didnt smell on 4th floor. It did smell a lot on 1st floor though. My shower was hot and surprisingly good pressure compared to other hotels. Our stay was fine. Customer service was great . We didn't like the pillows. Either too soft and squishy, not very supportive, or too big and firm. Beds were comfortable though.

Hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop. Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world. The hotel itself is a bit plain. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but definitely a bit older. The location is nice, within easy walking distance to the Metro Mover, and several good restaurants and sights. However, it is in a busy, noisy city and my room was definitely not well insulated. The honking, sirens, and general noise were a constant through the night.

Rooms are very old and with outdated appliances and furniture, but they are clean. Big plus is that there is a 24/7 desk. It was the only place around to which I was able to check in at 2 am. Extremely clean, in fact I would call it spotless! The office staff is very friendly and efficient, but management should see to it that each room should be a little better equipped. More or less what you would expect for the cost, but it's clean, right next to a Starbucks, and there's a decent local coffee shop across the block. I would definitely stay here again. Just don't expect the Ritz.

Crowne Plaza at Miami's MIA airport is only a 5 minute drive from the airport and they have shuttles every 20 minutes if you don't drive, and if you do it is $17 for parking. Despite being that close to the airport there us very little noise. They have a nice outdoor pool and a small gym which will keep you entertained for a short layover. First time stay with a Hilton brand hotel and I have to say I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. Concierge gave us good recommendations on restaurants and Donel at the front desk always has a smile on his face and checks in with you. Location is also great especially as a tourist for just roaming around bars, restaurants and shopping. All withing walking distance.

For the amount of people residing in the hotel and when you provide a complementary breakfast the breakfast room is too small and the offering as well. No eggs, no bacon,... Where's breakfast? Location is very good. Staff is courteous. But no restaurants. What is most negative is you actually can not control thermostat. Hotel has fixed temperature. You can't lower it below a certain temperature!

Walk in the front door and you will be greeted by gorgeous arrangements of tropical flowers. There is a rooftop, heated pool and a nice spa. The Sunday brunch is lovely with offerings of fruit, freshly baked pastries and various tapas. It’s definitely time for a staycation!

Wonderful location, pleasant service

From check in to check out this place was awesome. The front desk personnel was very knowledgeable of the area. The lobby was extremely spacious and very clean. This isn't a famous hotel like some of the others in the area which makes it even better because the rates are fantastic for it being in the heart of Brickell. I got a hotel room for my parents here and they had nothing but great things to say. It’s a new property so the rooms are beautiful, they loved the rooftop pool and bar. We met them for breakfast at LIMA and everyone enjoyed it! Great location also

Accommodations were nice and modern. The staff was very nice. The pool is amazing on the roof top. The female security guard at night was such a great person. She let me and my nephew play a little after closing and even gave us some inside tips for the Miami life. The reason for the one star deduction is that parking was ridiculously expensive. What an absolutely breathtaking Hotel. Exceptional service and stunning views from the top floor pool. You staying in Miami you just might think about staying here it's not your ordinary Hotel it's not a chain hotel it's beautiful

Staff were great, room was quiet (hallway noise but nothing from sides or above). Nice bathroom, was clean & plenty of hot water. Convenient location to walk to Metromover or just Brickell which is trendy and had a lot to offer. Pool was heated but it was still chilly in the 73 degree weather we had. Nice rooftop views!

The three Stars is only because this is a Beautiful hotel. Prices are outrageous though. Parking is $32/day in addition to the room stay. I drank a bottle of water in the room under the impression it was included since there were no prices posted. They charged my credit card $8.75 for the single bottle of water. I would never stay there again because of the hidden fees and charges. I would NOT recommend...

They stole me a pair of tennis and also a sweater, we call to many times and they didn’t do anything, only say that they call me back if they found it

The roof top pool and bar was fantastic. Bar tenders were very accommodating and the view from the roof was fantastic. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Great location for a pre-cruise layover!
