The hotel is nice in a good location. Not like that Breakfast is not included in the room rate ( which is typical for the USA).

Great hotel near the famous Ultra festival.After the festival it is impossible to catch a taxi and we went to the hotel for a couple of hours to drink wine in the lobby bar.Great after party with a live DJ and a great selection of wine and snacks awaited us in the lobby.Everything was delicious and several hours flew by instantly.Excellent staff and service.Recommend

The public restrooms in the park were closed for maintenance. We ventured in to the Intercontinental to test their facilities. The staff was super nice. The lobby was lovingly decorated in the finest Christmas decor. And the bathrooms were fabulous.

Played golf at the Doral Silver Fox course. The staff was great and the course was fun. The conditioning was good. The greens, fairways and tees were good as well.

My friend and I had a spa day, which was absolutely wonderful. We both had a massage and a facial and enjoyed the spa amenities. The staff in the spa were very friendly. We also enjoyed the pool. I couldn't give 5 stars because I felt the place hadn't really been kept up, as it wasn't as nice as it used to be.

Amazing staff! My husband accidentally left the rental car keys in the golf cart and realized hours later. There was a golf staff member from Michigan who was able to locate them in the near 300 carts and had to crawl through the tightly packed lot of parked carts to locate them. Larry from the front desk always referred to us by our names even if it just in passing. We plan to return next year

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Lobby is nice. Staff were all friendly and professional. TV remote was not working right, only stayed one night so didn't pursue repair. Parking is expensive, $19/day + tax but plenty of open spaces. Cold buffet was expensive too ($18/per) for something that is included with other Hilton branded properties. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for business trip or overnight. Rooms are huge and comfortable. There is shuttle service to and from airport and shopping malls. There is restaurant you can dine or order room services. Free wifi service once you check in and concierge. There is ATM machine and a gift shop.

An excellent hotel in a very close vicinity to the airport. Rooms are well kept and serviced. Hilton is always great and my favorite hotel. But, this location has something extra special. Stop by the pool bar - The Blue Lagoon Saloon - and have a Bloody Mary. Our stay was fine. Customer service was great . We didn't like the pillows. Either too soft and squishy, not very supportive, or too big and firm. Beds were comfortable though.

Hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop. Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world. The hotel itself is a bit plain. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but definitely a bit older. The location is nice, within easy walking distance to the Metro Mover, and several good restaurants and sights. However, it is in a busy, noisy city and my room was definitely not well insulated. The honking, sirens, and general noise were a constant through the night.

Spanish lady in the front was an absolute sweetheart. I wish I had wrote down her name. She treated us like we were family, and extremely fast service. She did a great job explaining everything. Services are high level with well qualified staff. the hotel is just right behind the airport with a 24 hours shuttle services... and if you miss the shuttle you can call they will come back just for you. Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. Rooms here are quite large, and very nice. I liked that they made the room smell like lemongrass. The pool here has a metal bottom which is odd to me. They have virtual bowling but it was broken for my stay. If you stay here for the room, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful room, perfect service. We're traveling with a toddler and needed to store food, the hotel gave us a mini fridge. The view is pretty good, though we were in front of a newly constructed building. The room is comfortable and big, shower and bath are terrific. The hotel definitely made us feel like we're on vacation.

Very nice hotel. Probably the slowest elevators out of any hotel I've ever stayed at. If you want to go up to your room, push the button, go to the bar, get a drink, and by the time you finish the elevator should almost be there.

The customer service, breakfast, the transfer, the foods was excellent. The M club is a good area for dining all day.

Rooms were well furnished and very comfortable. Lobby was undergoing renovations so had some construction to deal with but staff was very accommodating

Beautiful resort that was once a vet hospital and even Al Capone had his own VIP room back in the day. Probably one of the largest pools of any hotel I have been to. Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.

Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.

Great service. Cozy place, beautiful view and a beautiful pool! We had 2 hours left on our stay. So we asked if we could pay the difference and go straight to the room and rest after a long trip, more than 22 hours. They allowed us to go into the room without paying for the remaining 2 hours. The hotel has potential to be beautiful but it was very dirty. The first room they put my family and I in smelled of cigarettes and there were burn holes in the furniture and men’s face hair on the bathroom counter and in the towels. The second room was a little better but still pretty gross to be honest. The location is convenient and staff seemed friendly. Just dirty.

Great customer service. After my connecting flight got cancelled due to weather conditions, I was set up to spend the night at he Marriott. I checked in very late at night, my check in services was super fast, dinner was delivered and a pick up shuttle to take me back to the airport was waiting for me once I check out.

I stay here every time I work in Miami. It's very close to the Miami South Station, making it convenient to get to Downtown. It's also very affordable for a full Marriott. Many of the rooms are a little out of date, but they've begun remodeling at least one of their floors, and all their rooms are a good size and well taken care of. I definitely recommend it!

Great hotel with fast WiFi. Stayed here for a work trip. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The restaurant has a lot of food choices at a "reasonable hotel price", so a little high as expected but not ridiculous. The rooms are clean, the bathroom was too and there was good water pressure for the shower and sink. They're not brand new looking rooms but they're functional.

Excellent staff, convenient location. We parked our rental car there and the parking rate was $18 per night. The food at the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. We also tried their sushi and cerviche which was fresh and delicious. The check in and check out process was efficient and simple I would likely return for a future visit

Was able to stay at this wonderful resort a second time and again it exceeded expectations. Starting with the front desk getting us checked in quickly and having someone help us with our luggage, to a beautiful and clean room. The pool was so relaxing. Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. The customer service is excellent; from the front desk, the servers at the restaurant, the concierge and the housekeeping personel, they all offered outstanding customer service.

Booked a 2 night stay here. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately and walked over to the front desk check in. Staff was very friendly and acknowledged my Diamond Elite status. Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA.

This hotel is beautiful and absolutely amazing! It is close to many restaurants that you can just walk to or rent electric scooters/bikes. The room is alright, but not too small. There’s actually a door between us and the room next door. Which is a great idea if you rent two rooms beside each other, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear people next door. Lovely clean hotel. I was only there for two nights alone, visiting my son who lives nearby. I stayed at another Hilton hotel near this one with my husband in April and was more impressed with the Conrad Miami. We will stay there in the future.

We went to Miami for my birthday and we reserved 3 night and was amazing experience . Clean , service , breakfast was amazing and Lily make the best coffee ever and she was so sweet.

No complaints. Very well decorated, good vibe and great location. I was impressed with the price per night as well. I was expecting more given the proximity to the other resorts.

Fantastic stay. Clean, new, modern, and priced right. We did not try the food - breakfast is not complimentary, I believe it’s a buffet for around $20. CityPlace Doral is right across the street and has entertainment for both couples or families. We loved the hotel and will be sure to return next time we’re in Miami!

Stayed 2 separate nights. Quick check-in and friendly staff. Breakfast looked ok but a little thin for $20 so we walked to a Cafe nearby. Pool was heated and did the job. For a quick layover, hotel did the job. Rated 4 stars because the shuttle ran limited hours and when we used the van (2x) the experience wasn't the best. Taxi from the airport is $32.00 - $35.00
