Very dependable plays. My room came with a kitchenette and the refrigerator ran all night long. I have no need for a kitchenette. I unplugged the refrigerator, then plug it back in shortly before leaving the room. The restaurant was okay for dinner but very solid for breakfast with excellent service.

Not a resort, just a nice hotel with a pool and a restaurant. Good place for those looking for a quality room to sleep, but fails at amenities. Nothing to do in the actual hotel. Nice place with friendly staff. Our room was clean. We are at Champions sports bar. The food was good. Our room was on the side that faced the airport. At night we could hear the planes taking off.

The rooms were in good condition, and it was fairly quiet for sleeping despite being next to the airport. Traffic is horrible around here, so make sure to give yourself a lot of extra time to come and go. The breakfast buffet was good when it was stocked, but it wasn’t worth $18.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right across the Ferry Bldg and our view was the Bay... beautiful! So ask for the Bay View when booking. The rooms are small but well designed that it does not feel cramped. They are clean and modern. Then the bathroom amenities are "Fresh" --- love it! Service staff are friendly and helpful!

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

I don't have high standards for the hotels that I stay in. I am pretty cheap when choosing places. However, this was not my choice this time. The price was extremely high for this hotel. Overall the stay was good. I had an issue with feather pillows and the front desk was quick to help me. Breakfast was pretty good, better than most. The room was a bit musty smelling but the cleaning crew helped out with some Febreeze.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Lobby is nice. Staff were all friendly and professional. TV remote was not working right, only stayed one night so didn't pursue repair. Parking is expensive, $19/day + tax but plenty of open spaces. Cold buffet was expensive too ($18/per) for something that is included with other Hilton branded properties. Our stay was fine. Customer service was great . We didn't like the pillows. Either too soft and squishy, not very supportive, or too big and firm. Beds were comfortable though.

Hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop. Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world. The hotel itself is a bit plain. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but definitely a bit older. The location is nice, within easy walking distance to the Metro Mover, and several good restaurants and sights. However, it is in a busy, noisy city and my room was definitely not well insulated. The honking, sirens, and general noise were a constant through the night.

Very friendly and recently updated hotel. We were confused that even though we had a digital key, we still needed a physical keycard in order to access the elevator. Be aware. Otherwise, you will have a nice comfortable stay and a delicious Hampton Inn breakfast. Never disappointed.

Rooms are very old and with outdated appliances and furniture, but they are clean. Big plus is that there is a 24/7 desk. It was the only place around to which I was able to check in at 2 am. Bug thanks for that 122$ is way too much for such rooms, but I paid for being stupid and not booking something decent beforehand.

Extremely clean, in fact I would call it spotless! The office staff is very friendly and efficient, but management should see to it that each room should be a little better equipped. More towels, drinking glasses, ice cube machine, and a few other emmenities should be available. But all in all, for a short stay. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The hotels location is great. Very accesible, especially if you're coming from the port via a cruise ship. The lobby is spacious and very modern looking.
