We booked a room with one doble bed. We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed. Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet...

The doorman was friendly and helped with the luggage. You can see the cruise ships from the room. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

Nice hotel for Boxing Day! All facilities in good condition.

If this were 1995 the hotel would be the best in Miami. But it’s a little outdated now. Some of the light switches were wobbly and needed to be change. The noise was horrible- next to the main freeway. Loud horns during Art Basel right up until 1am. I wouldn’t stay here if you want to be at art Basel. It’s too far away and too noisey.

The property is great. It’s very expensive but it was nice and I had a great view. It was a lot of resultants walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

Hilton Downtown cries for an upgrade from the gym, pool, and room the vibe is terrible. Waited for 8h for service to attend clogged toilet. Also despite our best efforts to explain the flight cancellation that was beyond our control and resulted in us missing on the first of paid stay the staff showed no compassion or offered anything complementary to somewhat sooth our financial loss. The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking. I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. There really isn't anything special about the hotel, the location is great; however, 49$ a day to park, and although nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was not that good and very pricey, a skirt steak w/fries and water with tip & tax was 46.00 The restaurant was sparce not even table cloths, was diner looking, don't mind paying money for good food, but don't plan to eat here.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were great, really helpful at all times, and the location was beautiful, although difficult to walk to anywhere from.

Need some TLC , outdated , breakfast is great , but they charge for parking regardless

The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami.

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

Pretty epic indeed. Rooms were cozy and a good size. A little dusty, but nothing to complain about. Plenty of fancy sports cars up front and great views of the city. A lot of walkable eats and shops too. Excellent pools too with pool service. 👍

Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Makes it a bit inconvenient with your significant other. Service is awesome. Pool options are awesome. Great for family or personal getaway. Easy voyage from the airport, too. Just wish they had more on-campus dining

Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.

I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. It's like being a prisoner of my own body. But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. The staff is super helpful. Amazing 5 star property. The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Perfect location and the joy of waking up in the terminal can't be beaten! Super comfortable beds and pillows offer a great night's sleep. I've stayed at other airport hotels in Miami but especially with a short layover, this is always my number 1 choice!

Makes an early morning flight stress-free by staying over the night before. Helpful efficient staff at check-in. Clean quiet room. Not my favorite MIA location. You pay for everything like parking. Per night hold on your card is also very high.

Ideal for a short stay near the airport when you don’t need a car. Parking is $27/day for uncovered DIY parking. Food was quite good and market shop had great but expensive options. Landscaping needs to be cleaned up around the pool area. Gym was vets nice and clean too.

The room is big, the food is good, and the airport shuttle bus is convenient

The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

Would give 6 stars for service if I could. Stayed overnight on our way to South America waiting for a delayed connection, and I left my watch in the room. Called them, they confirmed they found it, and sent it me via UPS. Grateful thanks!

As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I am a rewards member and only book through Marriott.

Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.

I would like to give a special shout out to Mark and Ashley at front desk reception. Mark was very helpful assisting me with my printing & photocopy needs. Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.

Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel.

This has hands down been the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was treated as a VIP, and everything was incredibly comfortable.

I stayed at the Thesis this week. It is very convenient to the university. I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

The TV in our room didn’t work, the shampoo and body wash were both empty, paint was chipping on the ceiling, there were holes in the curtains, and the bidet was leaking. I did not care for the location of our room on that 9th floor it was the second to last felt like we literally walked a mile to the room from the Elevator. Room and hallways was a little out dated.
