Hotels in Montauk

Disappointing factors were that the parking is a little further than normal hotels only DVDs from the front desk are available in addition to the cable TV. Might want to double check the times for the restaurant as well. BUT its in a great location for watching the sunset or taking a drive around the area. Staff were polite and the room was great.

Stayed at the Manor this past weekend with my family. We had a great time, rooms and pool were very clean. We loved the shuttle service to take us to and from dinners so we didn’t have to take our cars out or an Uber. The receptionist Patti was very sweet and made our stay at the Manor very enjoyable. These "rooms" are peoples private condos that they rent. I think every one may be different. We stayed in a cozy loft room on the first floor with a patio and easy pool access. On our first attempt to use the pool it seemed the attendant had allowed his friend to use the facilities, making us uncomfortable and forcing us back to our well appointed room. We had a family trip here mid-June and we absolutely loved it! Very clean rooms, right on the ocean. Comfortable beds. We had a mini-fridge and a microwave. Very friendly and helpful staff. They provide comfortable chairs, umbrellas and towels that they set up for you on the beach. The pool area is very secure, although we didn't use it. I stayed in an ocean view Queen room and the view was great; direct access to the beach is always a plus. The walls are pretty thin - our upstairs neighbor had kids constantly running/stomping around so it was pretty noisy. Stayed for memorial day weekend. As the other reviews state the staff is great. Altagracia is amazing at room service. The location was equally amazing. My wife really enjoyed the sounds of the ocean while we slept. I really enjoyed that it was so close to every place else that we had to visit and some fairly decent breakfast spots so I didn't have to drive everywhere. Definitely recommend staying...

The Surf Club was so amazing! Pool was spectacular and bathhouse so clutch with being on the beach all day. The music they played was also a great way to relax and enjoy the pool area.

Location to the beach and town is unbeatable. Unit 61 was clean and provided perfect space for my wife and two young kids. The pool was perfect for the kids. Service was great. I come here every year since I was 8-9(I’m 12 now), and I know this place so well! But the only problem is with the rooms. This is an older motel that seems to have been flipped. Somethings were great and others not so great. The bathroom setup is weird so unless you’re okay with no privacy, you won’t like it. The most modern decor I've seen in a Montauk resort. Great customer service! The front desk was even nice enough to delay turning off the fire pit for an hour so that my lady friend can complete her Instagram live show.🤦🏽‍♂️ While other resorts provide direct access to the beach, Hero Beach Club just might be our "go-to" moving forward. Had a lovely anniversary stay here. They upgraded our room so we had an ocean view and it was beautiful to wake up to. The room is sparsely decorated, but stylish and comfortable. Very friendly staff!

My family stayed here this past June. While the prices everywhere in montauk were ridiculous (peak season) we truly enjoyed our stay at ocean surf . There was clear communication for check in. Although we arrived late night they provided us with our keypad access so we could go straight to our room after a long drive. This resort is a true gem. I had no idea that I'm booking a stay in Paradise as it was a last-minute trip for Memorial Day. I highly recommend this place for anyone who cares for amazing ocean views right out of your window.
