When I reported it at checkout, the front desk staff initially denied responsibility and only responded after I insisted on the legal safety requirements. He reluctantly helped send the incident photos to ******* but refused to provide any written acknowledgment until I pushed again. Even though he said he would contact me, I never received a follow-up.
I had to go through Expedia’s safety department to get a partial refund. I only received 25% back. The room also had a musty odor and was not worth the price.
This place has poor safety standards, unprofessional service, and is absolutely not worth the cost. I do not recommend staying here, and I hope others will be cautious.
We were very impressed with our stay. The motel was very clean, the staff was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the street noise, but it is unavoidable due to the location. 5 stars!!
Staff friendly. Location good for walking into town. Certainly a little dated but clean. Walls are thin as expected but other than some loud neighbours it seemed quiet. Good value for money. Would recommend as a cheaper option in the area.
Reasonable price, comfortable bed and walkable to downtown. It’s right by the road but we didn’t hear much traffic so we slept good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I absolutley LOVED this hotel and wish we would have been able to stay here longer. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were adorable, clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and made us not want to leave. I would 1,000% come back here! 5 stars!
