Stayed for a conference when there was a lot of construction underway. It is a good resort hotel. But compared to other 5 star hotels, this location, although well staffed and good event meals it seemed to lack convenience. I expect this will change when construction is complete.

Great location with a hopping sunset happy hour. You may encounter a huge crowd like I did, but I had no problem getting drinks and food presto by exhibiting a happy attitude! I've stayed several times because it's very affordable and convenient to I-75. The entire facility is a bit dated and could use some maintenance, but the rooms are decent. We had a great time at the Bellasera and didn't want to leave. Though my experiences at the front desk weren't the most friendly, the rooms are comfortable and include every amenity, we enjoyed spending every night in the hot tub and loved riding the complimentary bikes around the beautiful built environment in Naples, especially to the new bike path and bridge a few blocks away.

Beautiful hotel. Hilton exceeds expectations everytime. Their check in, ability to pick my room, and loyalty benefit is superior to Marriott. Hilton has as become my preferred hotel. Had a nice hot tub...a bonus many hotels have removed. The manager and staff were excellent.

We recently stayed the weekend at this location in Naples in order to go to Seed to Table... Lobby Customer Service Rep (Ariana) greeted me with a smile and was very nice. Suites are amazingly clean, bright, and spacious. Their Room Service Breakfast was quick and delicious. I'd recommend this location and will definitely be returning!

I've stayed here twice in 2017 September and again in November. I really like the suites . The first time we had a pool view which was really nice, the second time we had no balcony. We normally stay between 4-7 days. I love the cookies and the beverages that are available. Hot tea, cucumber water, juice . The staff is decent. . We love coming here. It's pretty close to downtown.

Just not our kind of hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are in good condition except for the bath which looked a bit rundown. During our stay there was no emptying of trash and changing of towels. But when you go to the front desk they provide you with it. Seems like a sketchy area. Lots of people out and about walking around, hanging outside of rooms, in the stairwells. Makes me nervous being a solo female traveler. The room was nice though. Breakfast was what you'd expect. Waffles were good. They had 2 machines, so you can get through the line faster which is nice.

Nice place, specially because me and my wife were running off Matthew Hurricane (we were supposed to go to Fort Lauderdale). It was a decent one night stay, parking was easy, checkin/checkout fast, staff very polite and the room was cozy and clean. Good hotel in great location. I wasn't sure to stay there because of multiple negative reviews, but finaly we had positive experience. The hotel is simple but it has everything we needed: spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, close to the center, decent breakfast, coffee and teas 24 hours in the lobby. I would stay there again.

Great location close to downtown, easy to find off the interstate and close to beach as well. Ample and well lit parking. Breakfast smelled amazing was just too early and short for us. The 24 hour front desk is a god send when arriving late at night as is the late checkout option. It was greatly appreciated; if were in area again would definitely stay.

Convenient location & pet friendly. Breakfast was included which it was a plus, I also requested the 1st floor which was accommodated. TV was of good quality & AC has control on the wall instead of the actual unit. Room temperature was perfect didn't feel humid like other hotel rooms.

For what you pay and because they take animals we choose this Naples FL location. It was exceptionally clean, room was great and pool and staff were great. A little and I do mean a little far from main shopping and restaurants but if you have a car it's a breeze. I have stayed in other La Quinta and none were as nice as this.

The room was very good and very confortable. The bed was also very good. The only thing I did not like too much was the breakfast. There was no bread for breakfast and every day we had the same food as the day before, I little bit boring.

Truly a 2 star hotel. This place urgently needs a MAJOR renovation. The halls & rooms smell like damp mold. There is a stench as soon as you walk in which forces you to immediately spray half a bottle of perfume or room spray. The breakfast was fine, the gym was unimpressive, and the exterior dated. Please Marriott give this place a complete overhaul.
