Absolutely loved it here. Nice clean rooms. The staff was absolutely amazing as well. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay was GREAT!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful. We rented a condo, it had 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed the other had 2 queen size bed the living room also had a pull out couch

After they closed and sold our beloved Dunes Manor, the hotel we were married at, we chose The Princess Royale for our anniversary getaway! We love the location! Stayed in a newly renovated king room with an ocean view

I love the location of this resort, it’s cool for the kids and I like how the indoor pool is in the middle of the place. The pictures online look better than in person, everything is a little outdated in the rooms

The arcade barley had any space or games. They do not have complementary breakfast but they do have a nice coffee shop in the lobby. Overall this place was pretty good and it was right off the beach

We didn't get much information and were kind of bummed that the restaurant, bar and other included amenities were not open at all. Overall, we had a great time and will be back! Room was gorgeous!

Large balcony looking at the Ocean! Love how they had the credit for breakfast/Starbucks/bar for diamond members. All the staff members we came into contact with were very friendly! This place is a resort

I decided to book a last minute vacation and was nervous searching online. Don't waste your time and just book this Hilton

Room was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view. Restaurant had excellent food. My wife and I stayed on the second floor above the slide pool. No excessive noise from the young ones at the pool below

Room service was on point and super friendly, the restaurants and bars inside the hotel were also tasty and with plenty of options, the bartender in the outdoor swim up bar Elias was super accommodating, and a great mixology! I have no complaints at all, we will definitely keep in coming back to this location, definitely won me over!

I booked the room in last minute of my trip, Boz the front desk manager was able to provide a suite and was very good to explain the places to visit around ocean city and about the discounts this hotel can help us to earn

the indoor pool was fun for all of us too! we only stayed one night and it was amazing, I loved that it some what close to the board walk and right on the beach, it smelled amazing and was just so clean

Being in the off season, we got a great deal for an ocean front room near the top floor. The view was incredible and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view really made us want to come back again

We pop over for our Shrimp dinner every year at the Coral Reef bar and restaurant. There inside pool is by the restaurant, the kids and families enjoy it. There are lots of elevators so you are constantly waiting

The people you meet in the elevators are friendly and nice and say they enjoy the hotel. Actually may look at staying there. The only problem no Rum Shack

Everything was nearly spotless when we first checked in. The pools and restaurants were very nice. The food at the Coral Reef restaurant and deep end bar was very good. A little pricey but for the area, fitting

It was February so we thought everything would be closed since it was the off season. We were wrong! There was an amazing kite competition/show and plenty of shops and restaurants to visit

The rooms are all suits and feature a full size kitchenette with a solid stove and oven. Full size microwave and full size fridge. Each floor has free washers and dryers along with vending and ice

She deserves a raise! The room was spacious, the best for us was the two bathrooms! There was ample seating room, the room was clean, and had a great layout

This is a typical hotel experience with very nice staff. The first thing my girlfriend was happy about was the pink bathroom lol. The beach is right there and the pool has a bar where the bartender is very funny and kind

The room could use some updating in regards to the kitchen area and some fixtures as some were rusted. We also had an issue with our balcony door not locking. We were on the 2nd floor so this was an issue

I forgot to get her name, but she's African American, wears glasses, and wore a grey sweater over her uniform. She was literally the happiest person I have ever met in the service industry

The pool with the swim up bar is nice as are the hammocks. The staff is friendly and hotel is very clean. I took away a star because the outside pool bar closes super early, and the restaurant closes a little early too

Two wishes, it stayed open at least one more hour, and they enforced the rule about kids needing to be with an adult in the hot tub. At times it seemed more like a kiddie pool. My kids also went in, but with us

The king ocean front room was dated but very clean and the bed so comfortable we slept straight through the night! Now that’s a true vacation! Thanks to all the staff including the cleaning crews that made our stay so relaxing and pleasant

First and foremost were the welcoming smiles of staff. From checking in to checking out, and the multiple times we were in and out, we we’re always greeted with smiles and greetings

The four door lounge and swimming pool areas were incredible! Almost like being on a tropical island

Got a fantastic rate in off season. Stayed in oceanfront room that walked out onto their patio. Bar/Grotto Pizza closed for season. Only downside was indoor pool was very murky so we didn't swim

The ocean front room with the balcony had an amazing view, the room was very clean, but the carpet needs to go or an update, beds could be firmer, couch definitely needs to be replaced

The staff was friendly and helpful, the outside pool was cool and relaxing. There's an indoor pool but we didn't get to it. There's around 4 different parking areas so parking wasn't a real issue

First time stay, loved it! The location is great, not a super crowded beach out front. There's Grottos pizza, The Fractured Prune and ice cream and snow cone place right under the hotel

The Commander is a great hotel. I got the Captain suite and there is a huge balcony with ocean view and futon outside. The shower is so big and fancy I love it

My family and I are looking forward to next vacation and staying here again!

Hallways are enclosed and kinda narrow. The room balcony railing between rooms is low enough to allow easy passage if you are good at high stepping. Otherwise great views from all the rooms because of that

We were in Ocean City for a few days and we stayed at Flagship hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very well mannaner and attentive to what ever we needed

Good cheap motel, a little dated, and good luck if you have a lot of luggage with stay on first floor. The low numbered first floor rooms there are stairs you can not get luggage cart up or down

The view is great! It is out of the way from the madness of the bored walk and crowds but an easy bike ride or long walk to the shops. The hotel is older but NOT grungy at all

It has always been clean! And the prices are exceptional for what you get! If your looking for a top of the lone place this may not be what your looking for

We absolutely love the charm and quirkiness of this place. The artwork, the furnishings are amazing. The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious

And the VIEW! WOW! Its right in the middle of the action, right on the boardwalk, yet if you want a quiet place to retreat this is your place. One of the best places we've stayed in Ocean City

Wonderful place with the old time hotel feel. I would say best for just adults alone with no kids. This hotel is older, so if you have kids a more modern hotel would suffice. Also would suggest the ocean front rooms

4 stars only because the staff was soo awesome! The room not so much! Bed sucked and desperately needs to be replaced!

AMAZING view! Watch the water temp in the shower. It gets cold very quick but all in all, it was a great experience

Stayed for a night and the room was very clean and inviting. The check in was very nice and owners went out of their way to satisfy any request. One block from boardwalk and this hotel will be one of our first choice

It depends upon your parking pass. It's a short walk if you have to park a block-and-a-half away. The service people are very friendly. The hotel is reasonably quiet. I would recommend this Motel to my friends

My husband and I would definitely stay again the staff was absolutely amazing. Very clean rooms and spacious the ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall was because parking was limited

Best stay that we have had in Ocean City! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the beach was just a minute away, and you cant beat the price for staying downtown. We could not have asked for anything better!

Although the rooms are small they were clean and it was perfect for my Mom, my kids and myself. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommended it to others

For the price and how close it is to the beach I liked it. The rooms and layout of the Lodge is just like the apartment in historic building, not high rise but those buildings with stoop, in major cities

Not sure why there are negative reviews because you can't beat the accommodations, service we received, and what we paid for this hotel. Rooms a bit small but very clean and comfortable

It’s probably little small for people expecting Hampton Inn but the parking is right there and beach 2-3 mins walk. The Front desk lady and man are nice and helpful

Also when you are staying at an apartment and not a fancy hotel, what do you honestly expect?! Do your research instead of leaving bad reviews on a great place that doesn't deserve a bad review just because you did not do research and were not prepared! The lady that checked us in was extremely nice! Even got to check in early! Everything was just as we expected! Clean apartment and a wonderful feeling...

If you don't want to stay next to a bar then definitely do your research!! Don't blame the owers. I didn't hear a single noise from the bar FYI. Honestly had no issues with the room or the owners

And the alley between the apartments and The Brass Balls wasn't the nicest but if that was an issue we just walked around. When choosing a hotel you do your research

I usually shop around for places to stay and have been disappointed in the past but I'm happy to say I will be using boardwalk terrace for all my future stays! Thank you for a great vacation experience!

I really do not understand why the reviews are so bad! We have been here 3 nights and it has been excellent! Yes, you do have to bring your own things for the most part! That's not a big deal for the price of renting the apartment
