I love the location of this resort, it’s cool for the kids and I like how the indoor pool is in the middle of the place. The pictures online look better than in person, everything is a little outdated in the rooms

Our stay was GREAT!!! The staff was very attentive and helpful. We rented a condo, it had 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed the other had 2 queen size bed the living room also had a pull out couch

Absolutely loved it here. Nice clean rooms. The staff was absolutely amazing as well. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Highly recommend!

After they closed and sold our beloved Dunes Manor, the hotel we were married at, we chose The Princess Royale for our anniversary getaway! We love the location! Stayed in a newly renovated king room with an ocean view

The arcade barley had any space or games. They do not have complementary breakfast but they do have a nice coffee shop in the lobby. Overall this place was pretty good and it was right off the beach

We didn't get much information and were kind of bummed that the restaurant, bar and other included amenities were not open at all. Overall, we had a great time and will be back! Room was gorgeous!

Room was absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view. Restaurant had excellent food. My wife and I stayed on the second floor above the slide pool. No excessive noise from the young ones at the pool below

The view was beautiful! The pools were great, my kid loved the outdoor pools, especially the kids section. I loved the hot tub and the swim up bar, lots of options and prices are decent

Room service was on point and super friendly, the restaurants and bars inside the hotel were also tasty and with plenty of options, the bartender in the outdoor swim up bar Elias was super accommodating, and a great mixology! I have no complaints at all, we will definitely keep in coming back to this location, definitely won me over!

My wife and I stayed the last week in September. Didn't have to touch our luggage. The staff hiked it to the room for us and set them where we wanted them. Staff very polite with fast service

Came here with my family for Labor Day weekend, we had such an amazing time! The service was great, the rooms were super comfy and spacious. We booked a second floor beach front suit

It has so much to do! The hot tub was very big and was so nice to relax in! Definitely one of the top hotels in Ocean City!! Thanks for a great stay we will be back!

We pop over for our Shrimp dinner every year at the Coral Reef bar and restaurant. There inside pool is by the restaurant, the kids and families enjoy it. There are lots of elevators so you are constantly waiting

The people you meet in the elevators are friendly and nice and say they enjoy the hotel. Actually may look at staying there. The only problem no Rum Shack

Everything was nearly spotless when we first checked in. The pools and restaurants were very nice. The food at the Coral Reef restaurant and deep end bar was very good. A little pricey but for the area, fitting

Nice hotel to stay at for the airshow. Ocean front rooms are great and spacious. Staff was friendly and the pools are great. Much better than others on the boardwalk. Only negatives- sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable

they were in the closet! The manager was nice enough to offer us one night at a discounted rate. Overall, the hotel is nice with 2 separate outdoor pool areas with bar service in the adult section

The rooms are all suits and feature a full size kitchenette with a solid stove and oven. Full size microwave and full size fridge. Each floor has free washers and dryers along with vending and ice

This is a typical hotel experience with very nice staff. The first thing my girlfriend was happy about was the pink bathroom lol. The beach is right there and the pool has a bar where the bartender is very funny and kind

The room could use some updating in regards to the kitchen area and some fixtures as some were rusted. We also had an issue with our balcony door not locking. We were on the 2nd floor so this was an issue

I forgot to get her name, but she's African American, wears glasses, and wore a grey sweater over her uniform. She was literally the happiest person I have ever met in the service industry

She deserves a raise! The room was spacious, the best for us was the two bathrooms! There was ample seating room, the room was clean, and had a great layout

- We were out of our room from 7:30am-6pm and no one ever came to clean our room. - The indoor pool, while having many different options, was not well maintained. The floor around the pool was mildewy and slippery

Excellent location, good value, great facilities love the full kitchen. We will always choose due to hammocks, full kitchen and super easy beach access. Prices and service at the pool bar are decent

The pool with the swim up bar is nice as are the hammocks. The staff is friendly and hotel is very clean. I took away a star because the outside pool bar closes super early, and the restaurant closes a little early too

The four door lounge and swimming pool areas were incredible! Almost like being on a tropical island

Got a fantastic rate in off season. Stayed in oceanfront room that walked out onto their patio. Bar/Grotto Pizza closed for season. Only downside was indoor pool was very murky so we didn't swim

The ocean front room with the balcony had an amazing view, the room was very clean, but the carpet needs to go or an update, beds could be firmer, couch definitely needs to be replaced

The staff was friendly and helpful, the outside pool was cool and relaxing. There's an indoor pool but we didn't get to it. There's around 4 different parking areas so parking wasn't a real issue

First time stay, loved it! The location is great, not a super crowded beach out front. There's Grottos pizza, The Fractured Prune and ice cream and snow cone place right under the hotel

The Commander is a great hotel. I got the Captain suite and there is a huge balcony with ocean view and futon outside. The shower is so big and fancy I love it

However, our room was clean, our bed was made daily, and we had clean towels daily. Location was great to go to the beach, walk the boardwalk or catch the tram

We were in Ocean City for a few days and we stayed at Flagship hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The employees were very well mannaner and attentive to what ever we needed

Hallways are enclosed and kinda narrow. The room balcony railing between rooms is low enough to allow easy passage if you are good at high stepping. Otherwise great views from all the rooms because of that

Good cheap motel, a little dated, and good luck if you have a lot of luggage with stay on first floor. The low numbered first floor rooms there are stairs you can not get luggage cart up or down

The view is great! It is out of the way from the madness of the bored walk and crowds but an easy bike ride or long walk to the shops. The hotel is older but NOT grungy at all

First time at the Sea Hawk and stayed in an efficiency. Room was clean and staff was very nice. Bathrooms could definitely use updating, but overall a decent place to stay

The pool is warm and inviting and sparkly! The only thing that is a drawback is that we had to drive up separately, and the hotel would not allow us to have two parking passes even though there was plenty of room in the lot

When the bathroom faucet became faulty maintenance staff showed up within an hour and had it fixed. Honestly it felt like an AirBnb and not a motel. Our room was cleaned daily and beds laid in addition to fresh towels

The online pictures where good but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The room was clean, there was no odor or smell. They even provided soap and shampoo dispensers

Our biggest complaint is the lack of towel bars in the bathroom. Please add at least 1 or 2 so we have a place to hang our towels and/or clothes

It has a nice balcony and they provide basic toiletries, a hair dryer, and towels. Having a kitchen area is great as well. The staff are always friendly when we visit

This place was so perfect for our family weekend beach trip. We loved it so much we added another night! ❤️ Kitchen is awesome and super clean! The whole layout is very thoughtful and we will certainly be back

This hotel has great views of ocean if you are on the side closest to the ocean. I like how the pool is open for long hours. However, the room layout is difficult for instance, the door opens blocking part of the kitchen

We have been staying here for the past 5 years for endless cruising show. Location is great the staff os friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and the Cafe below is awesome for breakfast.

And the rooms do have mini fridges, mini microwaves, and a mini TV that no one will steal. The AC looks new, and I found the bed to be comfortable. The free wifi was good at my end

However, my bathroom didn't have even 1 towel bar. Enough parking, & even a mini pool until 10pm. Very convenient stores nearby

We stayed 5 nights in the king bed room with AC, and had no complaints at all. Even with opting for no room service, as we brought our own sheets, we were able to get as many towels/amenities as needed

The pool is open until 21:00, and is fantastic to lay out by and people watch. The beach is MAYBE a 1 minute walk :))) cannot state how happy with the location we were

Friendly and accommodating staff. Free wifi, TV, and fridge were as described. They had a small pool we didn't get around to using. We stayed after labor day so the room was cheap. Cant complain for the quality vrs price

EXCELLENT place to stay in OC. Prob one of the best prices and definitely the best place available at this price. A little older but very friendly front desk staff and VERY clean!! Will definitely be back.

Rooms are non-smoking, but there are two chairs, a small table and an ashtray outside each room, all protected from the rain. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour convenience store across the street

No frills motel with a kitchenette. It's little far from the boardwalk area which is most important attraction of Ocean city.

I have no idea what these bad reviews are, this place was perfect! (For what I was willing to pay for, obviously) Me and three other friends booked the last weekend of summer vacation about three days before going, this was the cheapest place in town, so we were apprehensive

I was a bit cautious about the deposit, but I got it back on my card within the timeframe that I was told at the reception (I think 3 days). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again

It wasn’t a 5 star hotel clearly, as we weren’t expecting that, but it was indeed 5 stars for what it was supposed to be. We didn’t pay for parking, so we parked for free nearby, no problem

We were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall. There was a nice view of the bay. The room was small, but comfy. The best thing about it is the fact that it's only 2 blocks from the boardwalk

Pool was really clean and has a nice pool area with plenty of loungers. My guess on the negative reviews of the staff and owner were because the guests did not respect the property or policies while staying there

Great hotel right off the beach (1 block away) Being near the 2 main streets of OCMD, I was afraid it was going to be noisy from traffic, but the room was actually very quiet inside
