We went to this JW after a quick trip to Joshua tree. Great spot. Not too far away from food and a Safeway across the street if you need it. It was hot so the pool was nice! Poolside bar service was perfect. We did the innovation kitchen at the restaurant and the chef and host were fun. The room was pretty large. Double balcony. Overall, id definitely return. They have a decent sushi restaurant in the main lobby area overlooking the lake they have surrounding the hotel. Their valet was decent - $11 up to 3 hours. We had a two bedroom villa and it was beautiful. Very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Also the pool, gardens etc at the Resort are really nice.

It is fun to go there. It has a pool. I think it has wheelchair accessible and it has a spa and no gym. I think the views are good. The rooms are small but good so I read it a nine out of 10.

Its a sprawling complex so wear sandal or flip flops to get to the pools. They do have an internal shuttle but it gets cold at night in the winter so be sure to dry off before returning to your unit.

Fantastic resort. Room was super comfy, stylish, quiet and large. We stayed in 1 bedroom villa and enjoyed separate large living room/kitchen. Absolutely beautiful grounds and hotel. The room was clean and gorgeous. I stayed with my friend while we were in Palm Desert for a week. Last year, I stayed at the Shadow Ridge with my family. Both are well-kept with friendly staff. The main pool has drink specials throughout the week. We really enjoyed staying at the desert villas and definitely will be staying there again.

Overall, this is a nice resort. Facilities are clean, staff is generally friendly. However, it was difficult many times to get a hold of anyone when contacting the front desk. The phone would just ring and ring. Daily room cleaning is long gone. If you want your room cleaned during your stay it will cost you an extra $140 US 😳. Villas II have been updated recently. Comfortable and convenient. Pools within walking distance from any unit. Just about every unit is on the golf course or very close to it.

Very spacious and quiet. Perfect with the kids for a family getaway. A bit far to walk up to the main hotel with kids (ours were under 3 at the time) - but the pool outside our door was basically just for us the entire trip. Will be back - October weather was fantastic

We met up with family from different states. We didn't pick, they did as it was their timeshare points. July 10 is too hot, but we managed to enjoy our visit. Hot hot hot. Hung out at the pool and stayed in air-conditioned rooms. Full kitchen. So we brought groceries and cooked. We had Connecting suites. 4 families. Taking turns cooking meals. It was nice.

Lovely place to stay of you want a bit of privacy in Palm Springs. The resort has 5 pools and no reason to leave! If you want to have your own kitchen and cook meals in the desert, this is a great option. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but don't forget spices and cooking oils like I did! The is a very nice family-friendly resort. There are 3 pools that you can take kids to. There is a quiet pool also. They have bbqs. The rooms are very nice and clean with a kitchen area, washer and dryer. It is a home away from home.

A perfect experience. My family and I loved this place. Service was great. Resort was beautiful and expansive with all the amenities you could want, including waterslides, pool bar, games room, and more. Rooms were large and nicely appointed. Staff was all very attentive, genuinely kind, and helpful. I want to keep going back.

This was a stopover for us coming from Vegas and going to LA. It was scorching hot outside, so were glad to move into a nicely conditioned bungalow with perfect amenities. We saw nice pools and golf courses and there is a Starbucks store opposite the reception.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The scenery was amazing. The room extremely spacious. My villa was near the pool. They kept it very clean and well maintenance. Very quiet peaceful. The guest room was beautiful, the bath, a huge tub, beautiful shower, 2 separate sinks. They have a nice kitchenette. Location is conveniently off the Highway 111 next to Starbucks, restaurants, and supermarkets. Not your typical atrium style Embassy Suites. Spanish style buildings with nice fountains and pool. I stayed in room 353, 2 queens, 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Really well maintained all hotel. The sofa bed is without linen but if you ask to front the you can pick up all in one bag ( linen, pillow and blanket) from them and its easy to make it. Also from Mon-Thu you can enjoy and complimentary evening cóctel.

Had a wonderful annual stay at this hotel. King beds were very comfortable. Rooms and linens were clean. New pillows were a little on the large side but staff were quick to offer perfect alternatives. David and Mario cook you a hot breakfast to order each morning. While a little dated, this resort was a perfect place for our multifamily vacation/wedding. A big shout out to the folks at the "Above the Eight" restaurant for exceptional service and friendliness. Pools and pickleball were a hit with our teenage and young 20s kids.

The room was perfect for our needs. The air conditioning worked perfect and the room was clean and beautiful. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was good. I especially liked they had my favorite Chobani Yogurt.

Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are clean and well maintained, breakfast and socials at this Residence Inn are better than most. It's close enough to restaurants, a grocery store, and the highway, so it's in a convenient spot. Better than the Courtyard next door.

It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed in the King Loft and it had a comfortable bed, solid internet, an Echo Dot bedside, and a Roku-enabled TV. Walking distance to El Paseo shops and restaraunts.

This hotel was above and beyond what I expected. The room we had was very clean and had a beautiful kitchen. The hotel is a little in the older side, but the renovations made it feel like new. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here in early October for a birthday celebration. The location is extremely easy to get to, staff was helpful and welcoming, and the amenities and room were all amazing. I booked a cabanas to relax in with a friend while our husbands were golfing; I still rave to everyone about the attention to detail and how kind the staff was.

Paulina checked us in and provided all the info we needed while answering all of our questions. She was a wonderful person to begin our first time rv experience at this location. So far, the only negative is trains run nearby BUT they don't blow the whistle so its not that much of an issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was one of the best we ever had at an RV Resort. The free indoor movie with complimentary popcorn and cold drinks was a real plus. Our little dog even got a treat and dog toy for the dog park. Tesla at registration desk is very personable and has exemplary customer service.

Absolutely loved our day , from start to finnish. Hector greeted us with a big smile and was very accommodating with our needs. The place was clean and the pool was really nice. Beautiful grounds and ammenities...if you like them right next to a major freeway, trains coming through at least twice an hour all day and night, and housing construction even on the weekends.

I just went there for a presentation. So I didn't really see much of the resort or rooms. But what I did see seemed fairly upscale. I usually stay directly in Palm springs. So the location while not that far seemed a bit remote to me.

The accommodations are a gem in the desert. It's a new Hilton Grand Vacation facility that is small related to the average size of HGV places, but it is very quiet and personal. There are family and adult sections that make it even more convenient. The pools are very nice with large hot tube pools as well. The outside shower feature was a nice surprise. Love this place, we visit from Seattle about once a year. It is essentially a condo setup so service it not the same as a hotel. The units are spacious, clean and comfortable.. concrete floors are great for my allergies 😁👍

Our room came with a kitchen, a covered patio with outdoor fireplace and a king sized bed. I slept like a baby. I enjoyed the outdoor covered shower. Everything was clean and wonderful. Check in is not till 4 now. Pool was dirty with bugs floating on top.

The property was clean / spotless, kitchens well-equipped, facilities excellent. Best of all - the staff. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. On our first night we got a late call from the front desk to tell us our car lights had been left on. They saved our battery running down and a lot of hassle the next day.

Spotless room, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Zero noise. Nice breakfast too. Staff friendly, professional and courteous.

Online booking, and checking in and out was quick and easy. Complementary breakfast was offered, and there's a fitness room. Most of all, as a previous healthcare worker, I really appreciate that my room was spotless and clean so I truly could relax. I would come again, simple as that.

Good location with easy access to most everything. Plenty of parking. Rooms could use a little sprucing up and light repairs, but overall, priced right and comfortable. Only 1 little elevator, so that could be a problem in peak times. I was happy to see real cooked oatmeal on the breakfast menu. For some reason, this is one of my go-to travel favorites but, what the heck, where is the brown sugar...

I stayed for almost a week. For what you pay I think this hotel is great. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast they offered was also good. I would recommend staying here.

Needed an overnight stay-we live locally and our air conditioner needed repair. I am particular with hotel stays and I was pleased with our short stay. The very friendly front desk staff allowed a later check-out. Clean room, comfortable bed, and satisfying complimentary breakfast. Pet-friendly was even better. Thank you for the great service!

Polite, helpful staff, clean rooms, standard breakfast included oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, English muffins, bagels, breakfast quick breads and mini cinnamon rolls, different egg dish and breakfast meat each day, good coffee, milk, fruit juice, yogurt and waffles.

Very clean and quite. Great stay. Room was very clean, beds were comfy, pool was great for kids, and staff was nice.

Pluses- the room was clean, the bed comfortable, convenient location for us. Minuses- expensive for what it is, room was a bit beat up, breakfast was very basic with limited options and frankly not very good. We'd probably stay again based on the convenience factor.

It was better than a motel 6. Breakfast was not the best but it was free. Sofa had a rip in it. Beds were comfortable. Quiet at night. Right off the freeway so it was convenient.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast ok. It's undergoing remodeling so that's good sign. Lady at the front desk who was checking me in. Can chamge career- seemed like she is punished by working here. Checkout lady was super nice. Grounds around hotel need more attention. But overall i would stay again.

Room was large for the price. Noticeable damage in the bathroom due to normal use. Right off the highway which makes it a convenient stop. Breakfast is simple but good. 9/10 would sleep here again

I've never stayed at a comfort suite before and let me tell you it was an amazing first time. Super roomy. Came with 2 queens plus a pullout couch. T.v. had a lot of channels. Staff was super helpful gave pretty good suggestions for dinner. And free breakfast was great
