beautiful setting, comfortable beds, old style charm
I would say it’s a good 4 star property, not a 5 star. Our classic room was a bit old, but nice with great mountain views. The overall service in the restaurants was also good. The hotel is not super kids friendly, as the only two high chairs at The Terrace were both broken and unsafe and the plugs in the room couldn’t be closed (the special door was broken). Otherwise we are content with our stay...
I booked one room with two beds. They were renovating the room, then they upgraded us to two rooms. We stayed 3 nights during Thanksgiving holiday. Huge rooms. Rooms we stayed were a little outdated, but the bed was very comfortable. Very nice environment. So peaceful. Great service. Will stay again.
The service in every situation was outstanding as was the catered dinners. Don't miss the Terrace or the Tap Room!! Loved the bed and the gorgeous Italian Marble bathrooms! It was spendy but the service was worth every penny.
Very nice, historic hotel. Unfortunately our room was very noisy. Every night starting around 3am, we heard what sounded like furniture being moved around on a bear floor. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the place was beautiful.
We stayed here for a week for vacation. This place is more beautiful than most parks. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is great too, although a bit far from the Getty, LAX and the beach. However, I have to take one star off because the Tap room (a bar) is purely terrible. From service, the overpriced mixer made cocktails to the fact they double charged me for the drinks. In conclusion...

Great location, service and rooms make this Residence Inn a top choice while in Pasadena. A longish block from downtown and all the shops and restaurants, and right across from the Parsons parking lot if you are taking the bus to a Rose Bowl event make this an ideal home base. Easy access the highway, too. Great service from the staff, from the front desk to housecleaning and the breakfast staff...
First of all, I want to shake the hand of the hiring manager, I will like to know what method he/she used to hire such amazing talent. I have never in all my life of traveling experience such great service. Everyone who works at this location, that I encountered was polite, well mannered, and helpful. Room service blew my mind. The cleaning service was exceptional. Breakfast was great the hotel it...
I've stayed here a few times now. Great service every time and a really convenient location if you're visiting for anything in Pasadena. Parking is extra but I'd expect as much for a place downtown. Easy highway access.
Nice place, very clean and nice smells. The breakfast is very simple but okay and the parking lot for approx. 27$ per night is also fine. Staff was trying to be friendly but didn’t succeed. I did not get the feeling that we were taken seriously and every question we had was annoying for the staff. Two examples: The towels at the pool were empty so my friend went downstairs to reception. The ‘help...

Rooms are small but do not underestimate. Everything is kept clean, bed was comfortable. Great for one or two people staying in a room. Staff is friendly and always greeted me when I arrived in the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and is kept up. The courtyard is definitely a bonus (quiet and serene)! Would definitely stay here again. Old Pasadena bars and restraunts are about a 20min walk away. 20min...
Even though the hotel just recently open i know it has full potential. the staff there are very welcoming and polite, the hotel overall looks nice, there are some things that are minor that needs to be fixed, linen is a little outdated but nothing that can’t be handled. I was told most rooms are in different sizes ( more then 2 versions of standard rooms or jr suites) pool is nice and fresh, great...
I stayed here 2 nights. I loved it. Sure there’s some remodeling going on but that didn’t bother me or my partner. The bar and cafe just opened up that was a huge plus for us. The rooms vary in size from what we’ve heard and I feel like our room was just the right size. Amenities were available upon request. This hotel is just starting back up after being closed, don’t knock it just yet. The staff...
The Constance hotel is great. Excellent rooms and service. The downstairs bar is a great place to hang out, often with live music in the evening. Breakfast in the morning is reasonably priced and quite good. The location is great, right near businesses and restaurants. I always enjoy staying here.
Enjoyed my stay. Very modern and artistic. I would say there's an aquatic inspiration on details. Staff was great and checked if we needed anything via text. Definitely would recommend to someone!
Nice boutique hotel, interesting decor and colors. Well priced. No room service. My "deluxe" room was very small. It had a large shower, but no tub. My biggest complaint - I asked for a 1:00 checkout instead of noon, which I have never had any trouble obtaining at other hotels. I was told I could stay until 12:30, but after that I would be charged $30 per hour. Kind of tacky.

This is by far the best place we stayed at during our two week vacation. This is not your typical Super 8. The room was large, well furnished, and the bathroom was fabulous! Staff here from check in to check out were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner suggestion of asian restaurant next door was awesome
We stayed for 10 days. The room was spacious with modern updates, and conveniently located near vending machines, washer and dryer, which worked well. The swimming pool was clean and usable. There are cameras in the parking lot that are monitored by staff for safety. Staff were polite and courteous at all times. The parking lot entrance is a bit steep, especially the one not on the main road, so be...
Good motel for a night in Pasadena and close to downtown LA. The motel is located near the 210 freeway but also has public transportation (bus) a few steps away and a rail connection (Gold Line) within walking distance (~15 minutes) or a short car ride. A parking garage is at the station. Check-in was quick but I did not get any info about breakfast. The king-size bedroom was clean, spacious, and had...
This place was good for one night staying around LA. Staff were good, lady in front desk was nice to print out some paper for me. Room was good and clean, they gave me first floor room since my wife is handicap and thanks for that. Close to downtown of Pasadena, parking was good and breakfast was nice to have something in the early morning. Overall this place is great. Thanks guys
Nice clean rooms. Love the interior decorations. And he shower was amazing. They did run out of danishes though
Loved it!!! Everthing was as advertised, no surprises, no disappointment. Everything was so clean, no musty motel oders, so quiet . Slept like a baby, the pool is awesome and had more then what the pictures show on the website like a gorgeous gazebo and relaxing loungers. The blue light accents everywhere including the pool give it a nice vibe at night. We will totally be back!!!

It’s easy to locate the hotel from I-280. Looks like this Courtyard in Pasadena is newly-remodeled, modern-looking room. Daily parking fee applies as well. The only thing I don’t like is that there’s no microwave and I have to request for additional soap and towels for my family, but it’s very minor. Overall, I like the room.
Nice clean hotel! Room looked to be recently updated. Comfy bed and quiet on a Saturday night, there was a $22 parking fee which was not mentioned at booking but I guess that is the norm now. The check in was easy and quick! Great friendly service! Close walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and bars!
We have stayed here twice and are Platinum Bonvoy members. The renovated rooms along with the fitness center are very nice and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel allows pets, which is great because we travel with them often. If the hotel would have a small area on the property for service animals and pets to relieve themselves, this hotel would be even better. Currently, we have...
I wish I could give 10 stars! The service is absolutely amazing here and the location and room were even better. We decided to stay an extra night and Tiffany took the best care of us! Jeanine checked us in early when we arrived and was phenomenal too. Everyone was so accommodating! Anytime we’re in Pasadena we are 100% staying here. My family and I have felt so at home❤️
Perfect location, comfortable room, exceptional staff
This was a very nice hotel. I'm glad we stayed here. They say they are dog friendly, I would not say that is true. There is no place to really "walk your dog". And let's face it, when you have to bring your dog with you, they need conveniences as well as you. The recommendation is to go to a park around the corner in a sketchy area at night. I think I would rate it as a 5 star if there was actually...

Recently stayed here 5-25-23, the hotel was/is currently being renovated so be aware of that. Room was great and updated. I liked the convenience of being next to the conference center. Being able to walk to the events was especially helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were great, and the food in the restaurant was very tasty.
Amazing service, took good care of us. I forgot a plug 4 something, & they were able to find me something that worked. Thank you again!
One of the best hotels I have ever been in. I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but this bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just right. The room I got on the 2nd floor actually had a terrace that overlooked the outdoor swimming pool. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. They also had free parking.
The rooms are clean and the parking is on sight. A small shopping plaza is located within walking distance from the downstairs lobby near the gift shop. It's got a bar and a dining area with a breakfast buffet in the morning. Starbucks is also within walking distance.the rooms need a bit of updating along with the amenities offered such as the pool. Overall it was a good stay.

It felt more like staying at a friend's place rather than a b&b. The house is magnificent and has a lot of charme. Will is a great host and makes one feel welcome from beginning to end. Also, I enjoyed an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this place.
This bed and breakfast has all that you need for a couple’s getaway! Romance, cleanliness, coziness and wonderful snacks, drinks and of course breakfast. I felt transported to a storybook world in the midst of the beautiful vintage furnishings of this...
This bed and breakfast was so dreamy! We stayed here for a one night staycation and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We came on a hot weekend so we spent most of our day lounging by the pool which was just what we were looking for. We didn’t need to do anything for check-in, our key was already in our room. Rooms are clean and look recently refurbished. Very nice Continental Breakfast included with the rooms. Spa area is a little small and the hot tub barely gets hot, BUT even with that flaw I would still highly recommend this motel.
Very clean and cozy. 3rd shift staff was courteous and pleasant even at such an early hour. I highly recommend this place.
We don't travel much and we don't expect Huntington Hotel level services at the Comfort Inn but ours was a very pleasant three day stay. We did not use the pool or spa. However, our room was way comfortable and plenty spacious. Separated toilet/shower from sink and mirror area which allowed two people to prepare separately. VERY comfortable beds with two different firmness pillows, nice linens, thick...
I really enjoy staying at this hotel, which I have been staying at 3 to 4 times a year for the past 9 years. It's clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with was happy to help and every staff has a smile to offer.
Decent hotel but value for price paid just wasn't there. I've had much better for much less. Stayed here specifically because they had laundry facilities. By this, they mean they have one washer for $2.00 that does not rinse soap (ran twice and still couldn't get a decently finished load) and one dryer for $1.00. Quarters only. They were tucked inside a tiny gym area next to the pool and hot tub, which...
Very surprised at how nice our room was! The man that checked us in and out was friendly and it was a smooth process. Great location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy to control room temp. They upgraded the floors, furnishings, and bathrooms a few years back so nice, but showing a little wear and not what I would consider a luxury hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and decent prices. I would stay there again.
The hotel was okay, clean, the room has a fridge, a microwave, a little desk, and a window AC. The breakfast is not great but has some fruit options. They give you what they promised you for the money that you payed. What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Pasadena. As of early Feb '23 when we stayed everything in our room looked freshly done and modern. The shower was actually the best hotel shower I've used and I used to travel a lot. Finally every major sight in Pasadena from the Norton Simon to Huntington Library was less than 2 miles from this location (the one exception being Descanso Gardens).
This hotel is located on the historic Route 66 and is convenient for taking metro bus or rail. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and you can take Bus 180 to Hollywood directly. If you drive, the famous Huntington Garden is within 10 minutes to reach. The guest rooms are very clean, and the equipment is relatively new although the bed is a little too soft. Wow! Wonderful friendly and responsive staff! Great breakfast foods! Very clean!! With Wifi, big TV, small fridge and microwave, coffee maker, comfortable beds, the Pasadena Rose and Crown hotel met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to all the staff who made our stay excellent! This will be my go to place any time we are in Pasadena or the surrounding area.
There is some covered parking. Lots of security cameras make you feel safe. The sliding shower door wouldn't stay put, and there was no toilet paper roll holder. Breakfast was good: English muffin egg, cheese, and sausage sandwiches were the main entree. They have a waffle maker, fresh fruits, individually wrapped bread and bagels, yogurt, and orange juice. A good walk from some notable locations....

My stay at Westin was great. They take pets so it really served me well. Most noticeable was their room service. Since I couldn't leave my dog alone, I ordered room service for most of my meals. Their menu was healthy and the food was prepared like 5 star hotel would. I only have the best remarks for Westin Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel in Pasadena.
My room was dirty, with no conditioner, bathtub was clogged so when I’d shower the dirty water was on my feet. In addition you could see the grease and streaks on the counter under the tv

Clean, all amenities in operable conditions. WiFi was half decent. Toilets flushed, sheets were clean, ample parking. Can't expect much more at this price.. Great for one night I wouldn't do more then 2 nights here.
