Overall, the room was very nice. Bathroom was small and shower was not great. Bed was comfortable. Pool/ hot tub was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel while im town for work. The internet is slow and unsuable for gaming. The fine details od the room show alot of wear and tear like base boards seperating, especially in the bathroom. The pool area smelled bad even tho there was nobody in there. The staff was nice, but still not a great hotel for the high room price

Very clean and comfy room! The area was really nice. The hot tub was great and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

Good service, good room and nice buffet breakfast. We didn’t use the pool or spa but it looked clean and nice. We will be back.

Rooms are clean, beds are not the most comfortable, breakfast is great, staff at the front desk leave a lot to be desired. Probably the worst hospitality, from the front desk people, I have encountered in the past 5 years of travel.

Great location, friendly front desk staff, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and I slept well which is the most important. There are plenty of places to eat is the area and I would definitely stay here again when in the area

The room was very clean and comfortable. They were refurbishing upstairs rooms when we were leaving.

We rode our motorcycles and looking for a spot to stay. I indicated I needed a downstairs room. Teasingly he said he had an upstairs room. Turned out I got a downstairs room with a kitchen and extra seating area for the same price as a regular room. He even moved his car for our friends so that they could have their motorcycles out in front of their room. Because someone else had taken their spot....

The price was great! Husband and I had an amazing night of sleep in the Queen bed. Not sure what mattresses and pillows they use, but very comfy. In all honesty, the place is older, but it's kept clean. I really loved the kitchenette and full size fridge and freezer, we had a cooler full of food and drinks and it was a pleasant surprise. Cheapest place around on a holiday weekend. Not a bad place for a night and friendly staff. Pros - price, location, pet friendly, mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker. Cons - dates rooms, very few outlets, small bed

Newly remodeled room. Continental breakfast not bad simple. The price you can't beat. I enjoyed it very much.

The breakfast was great lots of choices and replenished often the lady preparing the food was a delight so happy and friendly. The front desk was helpful and it was a bonus to have the shuttle bus run me to a local restaurant to pick up food

This is a great hotel. It is pet friendly which is the first reason we chose it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It is right off highway 97 but our room faced the highway and road noise was not a problem. We did not use the pool but the jacuzzi was wonderful after a long day. Their breakfast was delicious.

Location is not bad. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel shuttle will take you further away if you need. Free breakfast in the lobby in the morning is always a plus. There is a small shopette stocked with snacks, frozen meals and toiletry essentials which is nice if you need something and don't want to hunt down a grocery store.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breast served was hope and fresh. The room was nice and clean as well. The kids liked the salt pool.

Good Breakfast. Even good for low salt or diabetics. Not big choices but better than none. Rooms spacious and clean. Desk help goes out of their way.

The best place to stay in Redmond. Byron and staff are amazing. Phillip the driver is so nice . Breakfast bar is awesome right down to the handmade waffles. Close to the airport and Redmond caves. Even homemade cookies at night. I will miss this place thanks for the hospitality.

I got stuck at the airport due to a delayed flight. The staff was awesome and rooms were very nice and clean!

Nice. Bed was old but comfy. Breakfast started early for travelers from 4am. Nice shuttle service to airport from 4 10 am too. Air-condition was not great. But everything else was fine.

Night shift people were so kind and considerate and patient. The things people need when they spent the day at the Hospital!

This is a nice and clean hotel at a good location. The night audit and day front desk staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is decent and the lady who works in the breakfast area does a good job. Nice pool and hot tub. The housekeeping staff are very nice. The airport shuttle driver is friendly too and he came quickly. I have no complain about this hotel and will stay here again.

Big enough room. Hardwood floor. Room was fresh and clean, looks like they did renovation some time ago. AC in the room. Hotel is located in a quiet area far enough from noisy roads. Having coffee machine and shampoo in the room would be nice. The bed was fine, but pillow could be better. Overall I was happy about the stay in the hotel.

The young kid with semi long hair at the front desk was delightful. He worked a 16 hour shift when I was there and still nice and helpful as he could be. We’ve used this motel for our Redmond stays over the last 6 years. I was a little disappointed our tv didn’t work with our recent visit. Other than that I do enjoy our stays here and will keep coming back!

I appreciated the phone call before arrival, confirming my check-in time. When I arrived, I was greeted by name and the check-in process was very smooth. When I needed to check-out a day early, the front desk staff was very helpful as well. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was clean and nice. The only complaint I had was that the guy at the desk made checking in a bit difficult. For whatever reason your system would not scan my driver's license and he acted like we would not be able to get the room. He ended up using my husband's, but I wonder the outcome had he not been there to use his... Maybe on busy weekends like this one there needs to be a faster...

I know all about handicap accessible rooms. I was not only on the joint task force for the USDA Forest Service when the ADA laws were first going into effect. My wife and I also owned and managed s small motel in Haines, Alaska. I traveled to Redmond for work and my Company booked this hotel for me. The room was clean and warm, the indoor pool and hot tub was Amazing. They had a decent Breakfast in the mornings. I'd stay there again.

Check in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. They don't have continental breakfast but they make sure I knew that before I made the reservation. You get a 10% off at Applebee's thats about a block away (don't eat there horrible service and food)pool was cold but the hot tube was great.

The beds were quite nice for me and rooms were a fair price for the area. The breakfast was quite a bit lack luster and the shower head was barely hanging on. No bed bugs, clean room, and pet friendly for only $10 per pet per night.

Originally placed in room 210, that room smelled funky like mold or mildew, so asked to be placed in a different room. Got placed into 215, which was much nicer. Pretty good! Pool and room was clean, a little out of date but for the price I can't complain. If you're planning on making use of the breakfast be prepared for a bunch of white carbs and sugar.

Nice place to go with family. They have golf, good trails next to river, swim, spa and gym. Rooms are a bit dated as others say, but I liked the chalet we stayed in. This last stay i did not have problems with over aggressive sales people. Great location. So much to do in the Bend/Redmond area. Especially liked our day trips to the many lakes, especially East and Devil's. Great restaurants in the Old Mill area. Eagle Crest resort has great walking and bike trail opportunities. Always have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this location.

Love the beautiful trails along the river and all the access to fun Recreation and sports. You can even ride horses here. It's very quiet and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Eagle Crest is located in a great location in between Tumalo and Redmond. It has great potential but needs to be updated and if it was it would be way better. Paying attention to the little things like chipped paint and holes in the walls make the difference so that should be done. They do have a really great outdoor pool though.

This is a very inexpensive hotel, but be prepared to accept what you pay for when you visit. The rooms smell and need airing. The bed was extremely firm. The shower grout had mold patches. However, when we cancelled the second night, our money was refunded promptly.

I recently was in the hospital. When I got out I need somewhere to stay before I headed to my hometown which is a county away. So I look for the cheapest place that was close by. The owners of the company our kind of rude. The caretakers are the ones that are real respectful and good people. The room was really nice but it's outdated could use some paint and plaster. A little dated but functional, clean and above all, QUIET. New LCD TV's with DirecTV, working frigo w/freezer, micro and coffeemaker. Heating and air work. Manager is friendly and approachable...keeps the riff-raff off the property. Reasonably priced for the minimalist traveller, truck driver or worker.
