Santa Barbara, 8301 Holllister Avenue 🧭 Map
The distance to your rpm can be long but they have gold carts that can take you there and you can call them or just wait for a couple of minutes and one will show up
There are all sorts of lawn games available for adults and kids. Additionally there is a little man made sand box for the little ones. No play structure i could see
The pool is kept warm so you can swim for a long time in comfort. Drinks and food by the pool are very good and the service is spectacular
The dining experience was a highlight, with a menu that featured a diverse array of dishes, each a culinary masterpiece. The hotel's central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions conveniently
When we arrived our room was ready. We got water at the reception desk. The walkways full of flowers, the gardens, the pools, the beach
Loved this place! It was one of the few places I've stayed that I never felt the need to leave the property (I did but didn't actually need to). The rooms were very comfortable and spacious

Cannot be beaten for location! The restaurant was great! We ended up eating there way more than we expected! If you are lucky enough to be served by Omar you are in for a treat! He is absolutely the best! The rooms are big and spotlessly clean! The pool was awesome with plenty of shaded spots to lounge! Then across the road is a beautiful beach
Clean room, comfortable beds, nice linens, great service, lovely pool and jacuzzi area, sprawling mission style hotel only 2 levels right on the beach with ocean views. There were no elevators to get to the second floor
They even have a complimentary laundromat to wash all our cloths which is nice since we had a 10 day vacation. We didn’t do the spa but I’m sure it would have been excellent since everything else was excellent
A very beautiful beachside hotel with many offerings. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and our luggage was taken to the room for us. The room itself was huge with plenty of space for all our luggage
Has WiFi but breakfast is not included. There is an all you can eat breakfast buffet that is fantastic but it is a bit pricey. The grounds are well maintained with lovely trees and grassy areas
Excellent hotel in a great location within walking distance to State Street shopping and restaurants as well as a Trader Joe's and Rite Aid pharmacy. The room as spacious and well appointed

When you say you will call someone back, it would just be appreciated that you follow through especially knowing I was billed twice for an expensive room. Nice hotel and in the best location
I like to think of myself as an experienced traveler and this place did not disappoint at all. Actually, it was probably one of my top hotel experiences period: from the hotel property, staff, and overall experience
Beautiful and delicious pastries! Get there early to get the best pick. Lots of sell outs at Goat tree. Rooms are beautiful and comfy. Right in the heart of the funk zone. Something for everybody.
I have to call out 5 amazing employees at the Hotel Californian: Alex, Kristos, Mercedes, and most importantly Adam. These individuals went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful
Amazing food and company! Lastly, the hotel is a perfect location as they are in the newly renovated “Funk Zone”. There are many new shops, restaurants, and bars in the area, so be sure to check them out!
_________ Told review: They billed me twice for one room and then wouldn't answer my phone calls and call me back to correct it. Ended up having to dispute it with my credit card company

Great location with beach right across the street and state street, the pier, zoo, and the mission just minutes away. Quiet neighborhood at night so we could listen the the ocean all night long
There are gorgeous mosaic tiles, fountains and toasty fireplaces in many locations throughout the hotel. Across the street is beach front restaurant with the most amazing vibe and views
This place is so amazing and super cute. I stayed for one night as I had a wedding in the area. I must give a shout out to one of the staff members at the front desk
At check in we were treated like family. There is street parking available if you don't want to valet. There are several restaurants within walking distance
The one on the property was fantastic and there are two locations to chose from. There is a beautiful pool and a spa where you have a stunning ocean view
Her name was Nelly, I went to her with a panic as I had a tear on my jacket and she literally got a sewing kit on and sewed my Jacket back together

This property really has to be experienced. It is above the city and the main beachfront shopping areas of Santa Barbara, but worth at the very least one night of your time in SB
The property is so classic and over the top on staff attention. The views, the cocktails and food were exceptional. I call this relaxed luxury - don't miss it
Beautiful views, very helpful and friendly staff, great location for a wedding! High up in the hills that create the American Riviera
The restaurant at this resort is amazing. They have the most wonderful views, good service, food and cocktails
It is amazing place for dinner and desserts. This place offers a beautiful panaromic view of Santa Barbara.... Would love to go back there for sunset and sunrise captures ....staff was amazing and friendly ...
Beautiful, cozy and comfortable. One of the best hotel stays I have had in all my travels. Fantastic amenities, wonderful staff, be sure to check out this hotel during your stay in Santa Barbara.

Great place for dinner for special occasion. It's really on the pricey side, but the food was outstanding. I had short ribs...so tasty. The appetizer was sooo good, as was dessert. Servers were kind and professional.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by having lunch here today at the Stonehouse. Everything, down to every detail was perfect. I ordered the grilled blackened salmon salad and my husband had the burger
The grounds are absolutely divine and you will want to give yourself at least 30-45 minutes to look around and take pics. A nice gentleman working there, took a couple of photos of us
I loved my salad so much and was surprised by the generous size of salmon. I also chose the mocktail "The Tropics"
You can't go to the Ranch with an attitude, you can't go in a hurry. Forbes ranks this piece of paradise #1 year after year. please get a drink at the Plow & Angel and go into the garden and be thankful for your life
Customer service is impeccable, grounds are stunning, food is delicious. There is nothing to not like.

So, thank you Hampton Inn in Goleta, for making out visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Thank you to the kitchen staff for your hardwork and making sure everyone was fed and happy. Like the elevator says, "Happy Sauce
Generally had a good experience here on the trip to Santa Barbara. The room is clean, quiet though a bit dated. It also has complimentary breakfast. It's about 10 mins drive to downtown area with many good restaurants.
Pros: Clean rooms very nice and helpful staff members. Cons: Breakfast: They provide a variety of options like omelette, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, cream cheese and butter
Very nice faculty in a slightly rougher area than many expect. If you decide to go for a walk. Like typical California, homeless is an issue with a shelter and outreach locations within a block of the location
My husband and I felt the kindness and welcoming here! Sanitation was wonderful, everyone worked hard to make sure everything was spotless and clean! The rooms are wonderful, and they had all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay
Wonderful hotel! Located hidden inside a parking lot. From the street view the hotel appears to look like apartments, but upon entering the parking lot, you can definitely know you're at the Hampton Inn

This my birthday trip and I'm crushed my two day plans are not going to happen but I'm so incredibly HAPPY and fortunate that the staff helped. I will absolutely be rescheduling to spend my stay at this location
This hotel is the Ritz for me. With this hotel's warmth, service, cleanliness, and location, I'd recommend it to all. And hopefully you're not evacuated
I was truly devastated to find out that almost all of the roads/highways into Santa Barbara were closed due to flooding and hazardous weather
Adorable hotel with a great walk score across from pier. They have a small gym and a little bistro. The staff is extremely friendly. The beach is literally across the street
The hotel offered discounts to the evacuated, accommodated their pets, had an excellent warm breakfast, and had a 4pm happy hour hosted wine bar which greatly attended and appreciated by all guests
I booked knowing this was a non-refundable reservation and when contacted due to my situation, the hotel was completely understanding and offered to cancel with refund

Best place for the price in SB! Living room space, refrigerator and coffee maker in room, ac/heat, nice bathroom, comfy bed. Very friendly accommodating staff. I did not use the heated pool but it looked nice
The sun deck was great for working remotely. Free continental breakfast in the morning and 24/7 coffee and tea available in the lobby. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again
Absolutely Perfect! Great customer service, kind people, Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions. My room was PERFECT!! Best view of the harbor and beach Quiet neighborhood
One of the best breakfasts (for a hotel)! I was to check in early. Overall I am very pleased with my stay. I'll be returning in the future with my family
The location is prime, across from West Beach and walking distance to the pier and the Harbor Walk. Free continental breakfast and less fees than fancier hotels. A more affordable, older hotel but still well maintained
With AC and ceiling fan running, we couldn't get our room super cool. The sink drain was a little clogged when we arrived, but maintenance arrived fairly quick to fix it

Great location beautiful area but they charged for parking which should had been included considering how expensive it was to stay there ! Either then that great staff Very clean area Great staff
One of the best experiences we had at a hotel stay. I can say that the reviews didn't lie. They have exceeded our expectations and gave the best and most amazing service. The staff are all welcoming and very friendly
We reached out to the event coordinator, Berenice, at Harbor View Inn and she explained to us that while they could not offer a room block in July, our guests could book rooms specifically in the North Building so that we could all stay in the same building
We loved our 3 days stay here. Complete amenities plus an amazing Buffet Breakfast! 10 🌟 stars to this hotel! Will definitely be back! Worth every bucks!
My room with balcony, large desk, dresser, separate bathroom and toilet was spacious and generously furnished and extremely quiet despite the proximity to the coast road and the railway line as well as Highway 101
Even though it’s in plain site, it truly is a “hidden gem” with so many hotel options in the area. I would recommend Harbor View Inn over and over again! Our guests had a wonderful stay at this property

Mason Beach Inn
Santa Barbara, 324 West Mason Street 🧭 Map
This was more much affordable than other options right on the beach and honestly a lot nicer than many of those as I’ve paid much more for a dingier older room and less perks just to be a half block closer to the beach
Clean room, nice pool and Jacuzzi. Entire property well maintained. Good location for Ledbetter beach (waves not dampened by harbor or wharf) and seaside (cliff top) park with secluded beaches.
The pool and hot tub area was nice and kept up well too. Our king room was large with a pull out sofa and very clean and tastefully decorated. Not much of a view facing out to the pool but that didn’t matter to us
Great, friendly service by the front desk. We requested late check out and they were able to accommodate us easily. The check in process was done virtually and was a breeze. Clean room and quiet place to stay
Large room, comfortable King beds, friendly staff, quiet, and great location. Everything you look for in a hotel at a good price. Definitely one of my favourite hotels that I've stayed at.
Great service and nice location a block up from the beach. Recently updated and nicely decorated lobby and room. Liked the nice touches like free warm cookies, coffee and tea in the lobby

If you're going to stay in Santa Barbara, this is the place you want! Great price, location and the staff are the friendliest, most helpful you'll meet! Private balconies, full kitchen and fireplace
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. My room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this location.
Did not want to leave to go home! Will definitely stay here again!
There's a lot of bang for your buck here
Pool also has pool noodles for use! Front desk staff have been courteous even during the busy 4pm check in time! Paying for parking is a pretty good deal since it is otherwise packed and most things (including beach, playgrounds, zoo, park, restaurants) are walking distance
I think retro describes the overall vibe but for our family of three this place is great! We stayed in the king suite which has a well appointed kitchen, massive living area for my toddler to run about, and a tub/shower for him as well

The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms very good. The breakfast provided was a great start to the day. Complimentary wine and cheese was offered in the afternoon. This could be enjoyed in the hot tub
Gastronomy and the beautiful pedestrian zone were only a few minutes away
2 nights stay in the West beach Inn. It's a motel which has been refurbished with the room being modernized. Bathrooms are very small compare to other hotels. We got upgraded to a harbor view which was very nice
I couldn't decide whether to give West Beach a 3 or 4 star review. I'm a bit sour over the cost/value, and frankly feel a bit taken. The room was clean & large, the bed comfortable, the staff pleasant
Wine and cheese in the evening and continental breakfast in the morning. Walking distance to the wharf and food selection of restaurant around
I don't think the street/ocean view was worth the added cost. I would recommend staying a few blocks inland and taking a nice walk to the beach instead

A very nice, clean area around the hotel as well. If you go, I recommend walking across the street and taking a stroll along the beach. There are bike paths there as well if you are on wheels
(We also had both lunch and dinner at Conviva - the restaurant onsite - and found it over-delivered for both food and beverage. They have a great wine list!) We loved how centrally located the Inn is
We had a great stay at the Santa Barbara Inn. Our room overlooked the ocean and it was a peaceful time. The staff were all great, from front desk to housekeeping, restaurant crew and valets
My daughter's boyfriend is British, and when the parking guy told him the price to valet park (around $30), he almost choked. But then the guy told him where to park close by, and he said it was not big deal at all
Very close drive (no real traffic to contend with) to State Street and/or the freeway. Our room was large, clean and luxurious. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and outdoor dining
When they awoke, they sent me photos of the fabulous ocean view and the beautiful room. They said the staff was super friendly, and the hotel itself was amazing

Villa Rosa Inn
Santa Barbara, 15 Chapala Street 🧭 Map
The location is amazing, just a couple hundred yards from the pier and State Street, and a short walking distance to the harbor. The property is older, but it has a lot of character. It also has a very nice pool area
Relax at the pool with your favorite book and bottle of wine or just chill in the Jacuzzi. Both breakfast and a happy hour are also included. The people here are great and go out of their way to accommodate you
Villa Rosa Inn is a quaint and charming inn with 18 unique rooms with a Spanish colonial flare. The Inn is one property from the beach and a short stroll to some great restaurants
Sometimes you stumble on a inn or hotel that just has personality. You realize you're in Santa Barbara, yet feel like you’re in Madrid or Barcelona
Lovely accommodations, my room was beautiful, even had my own little patio. Walked barely a block to the wharf for a gorgeous sunrise
And the guy behind the front desk was incredibly helpful as I was dealing with car issues. Just a beautiful experience overall

The service was great/friendly, and the location is prime. This is literally a 15 second walk to the edge of the main pier and the beach, about as close as you can get. Also a 10 minute walk to the middle of downtown
They had let us check in a little early the first day, and the last day when we checked out they let us leave our car there while we explored the beach, and when we returned the clerk inside ran out to give us a pair of pants we had left in the room
Not going to lie, the motel is modest, but correlating with that the price was great. The rooms have tile floors and a Latino ambiance; everything worked inside, and we never felt dirty or in danger whatsoever
And made sure I was taken care of which I was by his Absolutely Awesome Desk Clerk's Maria and Kish. Also his Maids we're Very Courteous as well. Including the morning coffee and fresh danish rolls
Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The 20 steps from front door to beach I would have never guessed could be had at the $$ of the room. Perfect getaway for my wife and I
This quaint motel has so much charm and an unbeatable location! Only the street separates you from the beach. Loved the southwestern style tile floors and giant jacuzzi tub

Place looks like it was newely remolded with excellent taste. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were extremely clean. We will absolutely be staying here again next time we visit Santa Barbara.
A quaint hotel in a very nice area. We were greeted by a lovely gal named Taylor with champagne and cookies. Perfect for our Anniversary getaway from L A
They look newly remodeled and the decor is the perfect combination of beachy and classy. We loved the personal service we got here because it's such a small, family owned inn. We will definitely be staying here again!
Awesome hotel! The entire vibe is awesome, the staff are awesome, the location is awesome. The rooms are extremely clean and super well taken care of
I recommend getting off the fly at Cabrillo and the drive getting here is lovely. Its on the east side of town near Butterfly Beach
Fairly basic room was very clean/well designed (with microwave & fridge). Staff was friendly, and helpful.

The staff have always been friendly, and on our last visit we met the manager who was very helpful and accommodated a room switch (there was NOTHING wrong with our room, we just preferred the location/view from a room we stayed in on a previous visit
My stay was good, free wifi, fridge and big tv in the room. I had a room in the back and did not think the traffic from the freeway was audible. Close to the beach, 2mins, 15-20mins to the center
It is a short/half block from the beach and the bike path that goes along the beautiful waterfront. The rooms are cute and clean, with simple white linens and laminate-wood floors
This location is right by the beach, and pet friendly! There were plenty of happy pups each morning ready to go for their runs on the beach. Ideal location and budget friendly
We travel with our kids and dog a lot and this pet friendly hotel is a total gem! If you get a room on the front side of the hotel, most have small ocean views

We had a standard king room and it had a spacious mini fridge and the shower head was nice with good pressure for CA (if you’re thinking what a weird thing to point out, you’ve never been stuck in a hotel that had a shower head that would only dribble lol)
Absolutely love the view from my room and the patio right in front of it. Bed was very comfortable it was not hard at all. Big tv but sat outside staring at the ocean. Pool is heated and felt great
Stayed one night at this location. Awesome location, just across the street to a beautiful sandy beach. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with accessible outlets
Brunch was simple, with a good view in a little rec room. The gest came down had coffee baked goods fruits and juice bagels cream chase. Our day started great with good conversation.
Staff has lots of pamphlets on things to do in Santa Barbara and many recommendations, thank you for telling us about all the fun stuff to do!
Everyone at Cabrillo inn made our stay very comfortable. The room was great, weather & view was the best. Thank you
