It is a nice hotel. It is mainly for truckers,contractors. Rooms are adequate,a fridge,TV,desk,lounge couch,good bed. Shower heads not so good,small bathroom. They have a mini coffee make with little coffee packs. Breakfast served until 9.30am,waffles make your own,tater tots,juice,coffee,muffins, yoghurts,TV 8s on in breakfast room. If your arrive at 9.28am the door is closed to breakfast. No eggs...

This place is good for Large parties. Full Suites included with a full kitchen full bath multiple bedrooms and extension doors that can open up to combine multiple suites. Clean rooms and a kind staff. Continental breakfast is also available.

Check in was great! The rooms on the other hand were a little outdated. While they are clean and roomy, it's kind of like stepping into a time portal into the 90's.

The front desk, I arrived late for check-in. The young man was wonderful professional, and got me into my room, and therefore my bed swiftly. The prices are outrageous for/ the accommodations. Not outrageous, more like outlandish. To have housekeeping knocking on the door at 8am to make you checkout. I gave my 3 star rating because of the gentlemen who checked me in.

Wireless Internet speeds anywhere from 200kB/s (midday) to under 5kB/s (late evening when EVERYONE is using the network). Hotel has ordered a dedicated line, but installation is months in the future.

There weren’t very many people here during our stay and that gave a bit of a vibe off, but the hotel was nice. The room was very clean and spacious. My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hotel is very charming and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooms are larger then expected and have all the appointments you need such as tv air conditioning on premises washer dryer ice machine etc. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel was great. I appreciated the wide selection. I plan on staying here again.

The hotel, room, and eating areas were very clean. The hotel was so quiet. The room was spacious. The continental breakfast offerings were fresh. There were no hot items available for breakfast; however, it did not matter to me. What was offered was more than adequate! Parking, indoor or outside, was free. Price was right. The charm of the place grew on me over my stay. At first I thought I was checking into a haunted mansion, it is very obviously an older hotel. I am not crazy or stupid, but i could not get the integrated a/c heater to work, for hours, specifically the heater, while shivering in a bitter cold room. The place is slightly run down....but overall I liked my stay there. Very quiet.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The room was ok, not great. They did not provide regular housekeeping. We had to empty our own trash twice while there and had to ask for fresh towels. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was “Costco Continental” Yes, everything served was from Costco. When we return to the area we will certainly stay somewhere else.

It's a cozy little place at a fair price. Customer service is friendly. Rooms have mini fridge and microwaves something motel 6 doesn't have. I would come back.

This was a great experience! I stayed here because there was a conference in town and all the downtown SJ hotels were taken. This was a great alternative! Our first stay here and it was lovely. Breakfast was to die for. Danielle was gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed chatting with the other guests over breakfast. The only thing I would mention is that the gal cleaning starting vacuuming while guests were still seated in dining room. We will certainly try to stay here again the next time we are in town.

Great place to stay in a very nice neighborhood in Santa Clara. The hostess was really nice and a wonderful cook. I was there for three days and each day the breakfast was unique and delicious! I stayed in the Madison room and it was perfect! This is so much better than a typical, sterile, "cookie cutter" hotel room.

Wonderful place to stay. The bed is amazing and everything was beautiful including the old style of the Victorian home. Tess makes awesome cookies and Ray made an amazing breakfast. Made it feel like we were staying in our own home. Highly recommend for couples looking for a nice getaway.

Perfect location before a morning flight out of SJC. Seems like most hotels have gotten rid of their shuttles but this property has rides to the airport every 15 min starting at 5AM. Rooms have recently been renovated. Modern and clean. Only complaint is that there are no feather pillows in the room.

It is perfectly located in less than one min from the highway. Only 8 minutes to SJC airport. The main road (Saratoga) has a lot of the main locations to see in San Jose like the Westfield mall. It is really nice when you find the hotel less than a minute from the highway. The place is well secured by many doors with room card access. Great place to stay especially with a family! The laundromat on the premises was outstanding! Housekeeping, black out curtains and privacy door between the shower and the sink made our stay perfect! Also, the location is perfect for day trips to San Francisco, Santa Cruz and more.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was at per diem when I booked and not too far from where I was working while on business travel. It can be easy to miss the first time and turning around was a hassle, but a great experience overall

The hotel provides easy access to the 280. Rooms are clean, and meets the TownePlace brand. No complaints about housekeeping or other services. Check in was great, they accommodated all my requests for feather free / no down. Plenty of parking at this location.

Rooms are clean, a good size, have a little kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, sink). Bed is comfy, soft pillows, and most importantly outlets all over the room. Breakfast area has a waffle maker, different breads, bagels, juice, coffee, and done limited fresh fruits. Decent location, 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, just south of 101 making it convenient to commit to most tech companies.

The room I got is great. It's clean with a big window to let the light in. The amenities are as advertised. Housekeeping? Well, I don't need the room to be cleaned or bed to be made every day, so I'm fine with the non-service. I love my stay.

This place is dirty, avoid avoid avoid. They don't wipe down anything, even table tops, the bathtub had a damn pube in the soap rack.

This place is a good choice for the budget conscious. The motel was upgrading all the room furniture when we arrived, so we stepped out for 15 minutes when the workers were ready to do our room. The new furniture is a definite upgrade, and the manager told me they would soon be changing their flag to be a Best Western.

Stayed there for one night family of four. Very good service. We wanted to go elsewhere for a breakfast and were suggested a few options and they even gave us a lift to one of them on the airport shuttle, because it was not busy! We were very pleased with this.

Close to the airport. Room was updated and comfortable. I wish there was more around it. The cafe next door at the bowling alley was about it, but it wasn't terrible.

The location is great. You can take a bus from the gold street contour to where you need to go and it can drop you off near train stations. My few complaints are there is a stupid train that goes outside your window during the middle of the night I should have asked for a room farther away from the train noise. Everything was great. Housekeeping was very attentive with our request. And they let you bring your pet (for a Fee of 25$ which I thought a little much. Room was clean. Oh and they do need to fix the outside locking door the card reader wobbles so reading the key card was hit or miss.

I was in San Jose for a convention this weekend and was lucky enough to reserve a room here, the room was clean, warm and the service was immaculate.

The property was very clean and the location is ideal because of its proximity to the Convention center. There's also a Starbucks nearby. The manager was extremely courteous, kind and professional. He was very accommodating and helped me check-in and check-out early. I can't recommend this place enough. Great price!

Amazing place with clean rooms and friendly staff. I was leading a week-long team event downtown and needed to book multiple rooms for the whole duration. Was pretty nervous about reserving a longer stay but the team was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place!
