Older hotel in the heart of Tallahassee. They've done nicely keeping it up. The decor seems dated. The onsite restaurant has bad reviews; sadly, I have to agree. Many of the staff are young and work hard. Microwaves only in the higher cost rooms. Tight parking. Not a bad overall experience.

We always stay at this Four Points when visiting Tallahassee and it's always been great. The rooms are big with great views. The beds and linens are super soft, comfy and clean. The location is perfect as it's close to downtown and the college campus. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

I enjoyed the staff. They really made my stay pleasant and it felt like I was home away from home. I gave it a 4 stars because I was catfished by the pictures. Based on the photos online you would think it’s a new and updated hotel. If you looking for something modern I wouldn’t recommend but if you like that old charm this is the place to be.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working, and I have to say that the hotel, the staff and the amenities are absolutely spot on. Free laundry on site, a small workout room, very good internet connection and the housekeeping does an amazing job. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great staff!!! But the room I stayed in left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was in severe need of a repair. The sink was really clogged; the shower head had a lot of calcium buildup; the caulking around the tub needed to be redone; and the bottom of the tub was starting to peel.

This is a good hotel! (a bit outdated) but more positive than negative things to say. But important to note that this hotel is tricky to find (especially at night) the hotel sign and the actual building is almost hidden by the Hampton Inn right beside it. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Even though it was FSU Parents Weekend and every hotel room was taken, there were NO problems, there was plenty of fresh breakfast available, I received our extra towels really quickly, we had no problem getting parking, and staff were helpful and kind. The way I look at it, you have to rate places like this based upon price and location. The room was clean except the floors could have used a really thorough mopping. We had everything we needed immediately upon request and I'm positive if I'd asked for someone to come mop, it would have been done asap. For being in Tallahassee this place was disappointing. I had to air out room, smelled like mildew and old smoke. I had gotten a smoker room. We opened the windows and door to rid the smell. We brought a fan up to help get smell out. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean

Rooms are ok. Absolutely love the jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms! Staff courteous and helpful upon request. Only real problem I see is the need for armed security at night. Not a bad part of town so why the armed security? Is it because of the patrons or what? Just seems a bit much in my opinion, makes you wonder.

This hotel has alot of potential. We had to live there for a month and majority of the staff was great. The manager was super nice. They are doing alot of upgrades to the rooms. The month we stayed, there was much improvement. So I imagine in a year, it will be great!

Clean room in a nice location. We checked in late with no problem. Our only complaint was no hot water for showers at 10:30am. When we checked out, we were told the H for hot was on the left and we had to pull something out. I'm thinking this was just the shower handle. Comfortable and a bargain. Remodeled rooms are a great improvement, with “wood” floors, good hairdryers, refrigerator and microwave and a rear windows. A couch and swiveling tv add space. Cinder block front walls are stark but provide sound protection.
