I enjoyed the staff. They really made my stay pleasant and it felt like I was home away from home. I gave it a 4 stars because I was catfished by the pictures. Based on the photos online you would think it’s a new and updated hotel. If you looking for something modern I wouldn’t recommend but if you like that old charm this is the place to be.

Older hotel in the heart of Tallahassee. They've done nicely keeping it up. The decor seems dated. The onsite restaurant has bad reviews; sadly, I have to agree. Many of the staff are young and work hard. Microwaves only in the higher cost rooms. Tight parking. Not a bad overall experience.

Transporting your luggage to a room is a little tricky with a platform lift only when you have too many bags to carry. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. Room would have been better if the TV worked. The attached Applebee's was convenient. The morning shower was a bit chilly and they are currently renovating so I guess you can expect this kind of thing.

Checked in late around midnight Saturday night, the gentleman was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. We always stay at this Four Points when visiting Tallahassee and it's always been great. The rooms are big with great views. The beds and linens are super soft, comfy and clean. The location is perfect as it's close to downtown and the college campus. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Went to visit a few friends here. Awesome atmosphere. Dog friendly and has a small area where they keep a dog from humane society. You can check him out for couple of hours. What a nice idea! Dog gets a lot of attention and guests are happy too.

Attended my daughter's FSU graduation and stayed here overnight. Pleasant room, great mattress and the shower was amazing! For guests of the hotel there was Sangria and a keg of beer in the lobby. The room was very nice and clean, the carpets were being shampooed my first day there. The bathroom and kitchen area were both well maintained with no obvious issues. The social mixers on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were excellent with delicious food and a great selection of beers. The area around the hotel had a great mix of food and drink options and it was very convenient to the airport.

So i did stay here for one night and honestly for the price i did not expect too much. La Quinta is my go-to hotel and i have seen more in better condition however it definitely was worth the money. Nice hotel for the stay. Came down during college football season and a FSU home game. The room was overpriced but they did have a room open for the date that I needed. The hotel does have a old and new feel because some are looked updated and other areas were not. So far it is a good stay. Would recommend if staying for a day or two in the Tallahassee area and you need a quick place to stay.

The staff were 100% quality and accommodating, which is why they get five stars from me. Not only did they work a little extra to make my stay pleasant, but they seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction for my happiness' sake. The building is a little dated, but the room had everything I needed and was quite comfortable. My breakfast was made quite tasty.

Although I was only at the location for business purposes, from what I saw it was a great atmosphere with kind staff/employees as well as a neat and clean tenure.

Such a pleasant stay this past weekend! We were in town for a sporting event, but the staff at this hotel made our visit feel extra special. Every single employee treated us with “above and beyond” kindness. The breakfast staff, especially, made sure we had the best experience ever. From front desk check-in, to still treating us like special guests even after we checked out, these people are great

Great staff!!! But the room I stayed in left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was in severe need of a repair. The sink was really clogged; the shower head had a lot of calcium buildup; the caulking around the tub needed to be redone; and the bottom of the tub was starting to peel.

The staff is amazing! The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated. The carpet throughout is in need to replacing. I was a little disappointed that breakfast was not free. The food that is cooked to order was good but the portions were small. The room was very clean. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. I would definitely stay again.

We were given a handicap room which is fine except for the shower. Lousy setup with shower head in the middle with extension hose. No free continental breakfast, cost was $9 for cereal and muffins. The room was fairly clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Great stay! The room was clean and the staff was nice, professional and very helpful. I think his name was Mathew but the gentleman who ran breakfast in the lobby was fantastic! He really helped us have a great start to our day.

Very clean very helpful staff especially I had to remove my room several times and they had no problem assisting me with that the Suites are quite nice

Why the random 1 star reviews I do not know. This place is in a safe area. The front desk people tonight are amazing (7:30 pm). The room is clean and it’s pet friendly. Even have decent cooking pots and pans in the suites! Best hotel experience I’ve had in awhile.

Friendly service and great rooms. We booked the two bedroom two bathroom handicap accessible room. It is fantastic for someone in a wheelchair. In one room, there is a queen bed and there is a bench in the shower with a big enough bathroom to easily maneuver the chair. The front desk staff and everyone has been friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with hot food like sausages, potatoes, and eggs...

This is a good hotel! (a bit outdated) but more positive than negative things to say. But important to note that this hotel is tricky to find (especially at night) the hotel sign and the actual building is almost hidden by the Hampton Inn right beside it. They don't have smart TV's or pay per view, only cable. You may need some navigating skills to find your room and elevators within the odd layout...

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Even though it was FSU Parents Weekend and every hotel room was taken, there were NO problems, there was plenty of fresh breakfast available, I received our extra towels really quickly, we had no problem getting parking, and staff were helpful and kind. Recommend!!

It is so nice, everything about it. I wish every hotel I had to stay at was like it. The breakfast was so much better than any other breakfast I've ever had.

Charles is an amazing person. He took such great care of our family at check-in. Five ?'s to him personally. Our stay was perfect.
