Hotel is fine. Location is amazing if you’re at the sports complex or convention center. Neighborhood seems safe.
My tv displayed a big text box with an error message the whole time in the middle of the screen; they tried to fix it, but couldn’t, so I just had to live with it. The people in the room next door were also extremely loud, though that’s not really the hotel’s fault.
First night we could not sleep due to loud music from the lobby area till midnight. Had to change rooms.
