My family & I love going up to the infinity pool to relax & enjoy a drink. This is seriously an amazing hotel, I'd give 100 stars if I could! ;o)

The room was good and more spacious than I expected. The pool on the roof was good too

All the elevators were working and we were there in the middle of the week when it wasn't too crowded, so we usually didn't have to wait long

The location was great, the room was clean and when we asked for extra towels, they provided us with towels very quickly. The drinks in the bar were good, and the breakfast was delicious

We got very spacious rooms on the upper floors. Beautiful view from the room with a spacious balcony. The seafood restaurant offers a great selection of amazing flavors

The swimming pool is on the top floor with excellent relaxation facilities. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a family weekend getaway

Kids enjoyed the pools and it's got convenient parking in deck right across the street. Great spot right on the beach. Our room had a kitchen which was convenient

Mishaps happen but the response from the staff was really good. The swimming pools are really nice a huge. It’s right next to the beach so you can have a really quick walk back and forth

The parking deck is right near the hotel so you are able to walk the beach and shops with no problem. Having pools indoor and outdoor help if it decides to rain

This place was so cool the kids loved it. We enjoyed the amenities and the activities. The fire pits were a nice touch and there are several around the Resort

These guys went above and beyond on my visit. My father in law passed away unexpectedly and they still let us check in late into the night

Laundry is available but only one washer dryer pair per every 2nd floor. Overall excellent experience

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant check-in process. One thing that stood out to me was the thoughtful gesture of offering a complimentary bottle of water and a delicious cookie

Location is nice and secluded. Very quite. rooms were great. The beds very comfortable. The towels are scratchy, but its not that big of a deal. The service is nice. I asked for another comforter, and got it right away.

It added a nice touch to my stay. Additionally, there is a water station after the front desk and before the elevator. One container has refreshing lemon water, while the other contains invigorating orange water

The hotel was very nice and clean! The customer service was top notch. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner was loud. Other than that, no complaints at all about my stay!!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It's conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the beach or a quick 5-minute drive. The lobby is spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere

You can tell this hotel is new! Very clean and very secure! The front desk staff were amazing and so kind! It’s nice to see kind people still exist in the world we live in now

I love that Hyatt is doing this with so many of their hotels, it adds the feeling of being secure in your hotel room! I look forward to staying to staying here again!

I also like that you need a your room key to go up to your floor, meaning that if you are not a guest you are not going past the front desk

Indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities we're well maintained, rooms were large with separate living room and bedroom, and nice bathrooms

This was our best visit to the hotel yet. The staff was courteous & friendly. The room was oceanview and the weather was mid 80's. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and sipped cold drinks til the sun went down

After talking to the front concierge, we were moved to a room with 4 beds and a pull-out couch - which was amazing! Great views, great bar, great restaurant, great room-service, essentially it was a great time

Dockside Restaurant is just a 5 minute drive away and the seafood cant be beat. My husband liked their workout room & sauna in the early morning, while I slept in

What really made it special was how friendly everyone working at this hotel was, it felt as though I was leaving my best friend's house by the end of the weekend

Spent the weekend here at a conference with 4 other girls and we were initially placed in a room with one king bed

The food left much to be desired, but the staff was prompt in response to requests for extra towels and toothbrush

We had our wedding here and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is super friendly and took care of all our needs. The hotel was comfortable but it did seem a little older. Our view of the ocean was amazing.

Amazing hospitality from the minute we arrived till we left. I travel with my family and my father needs a little extra assistance and the staff jumped to help

Just so happens during our stay was a Latin Dance Festival going on in one of the conference venues. I figured I was going to walk for a mile to find parking

Nope plenty of great covered parking, with easy access to the elevator. I am looking forward to going back during the summer and enjoy the Beach

We stayed next door at the Ocean Beach Club which is part of the Oceanaire Resort. We visited the pool/spa area at the Oceanaire and it was very relaxing

They need to add some more elevators

Including remodeling and improving the quality of their staff. My recent visit was wonderful and the Guest Services Manager made my stay Outstanding! The new restaurant in the hotel has Excellent food

Not only was it clean but we had enough towels this time. We decided to use the breakfast coupon which was a mistake. It took one and a half hours from start to finish and we didn't order anything fancy

Let's start with the good part. The location was great; beach, restaurants and bars nearby. Now for the issues, when we went into the room, there was just one towel

Unacceptable! When I went back to the room, I asked some staff members in the hall who said the same thing. About an hour later, we were brought a few hand towels but not enough to be comfortable for three people

My Wife and I came here to spend our 1 year anniversary. We had a great time being Ocean Front. The breakfast was amazing and the drinks. they even sent chocolate covered strawberries and champagne our last night

I have been staying at this hotel for 4 years. I visit about 3 times per year to see friends. The Sheraton has made significant improvements over the past two years

Best Marriott experience so far! It was luxurious and warm. The pools were awesome! The beach was beautiful and clean. The Sunday brunch buffet was a bummer. The bed and pillows gave me a great nights sleep

So I gave it 5-stars because it has a beach, pools, and great balcony view. The bummers were food and activities

Our balcony gave us a beautiful unobstructed viewed the beach. Avoid the other side because of construction. I missed out on s’mores because I signed up too late, that was another bummer

I woke up early to watch the sunrise. I highly recommend doing this, especially because the beach is in the east. Getting help with our luggage was easy and necessary

The indoor pool was not monitored by the hotel staff at all. Towels everywhere, with limited seating

The front desk person named Diamond was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and service excellent. My children enjoyed the splash lagoon, loved Tink the turtle. Maria was very friendly and kind!

Our overall experience was ok-ok. This holiday inn is located at the end (north) of boardwalk thus slightly away from peak action. Rooms are good sized but are dated check the attached pictures

My family and spent Easter weekend at this hotel. The guy who check us in was kind of rude and not very friendly. Our room was nice and clean with a great view of the beach

The breakfast in house restaurants was average however service was good

This is an older hotel, I think, but it was surprisingly clean. We didn't have the best weather, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was great

Andy, the hotel manager, was extremely accommodating to our large softball group. He and his staff were very kind and willing to work with us. The breakfast buffet was solid and a good way to start our day

The water was a nice temperature and so the views were so pretty! The hotel breakfast was great as well. There are lots of fun and inexpensive tourist shops around which have great souvenirs

Breakfast was good since they changed some of the items during our stay (country fried steak one day, corned beef hash the next). The outdoor pool was very nice, I just wish it was heated a bit more

Very convenient location with clean beach access. Parking is ample and is very easy to access. The free breakfast makes traveling with kids a little easier

The food at the outdoor pool bar "Revive" was amazing. But my favifavo part of the trip was the guest service. Everyone was extra nice and very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and most definitely be back

Visited the hotel for the weekend and it was great. The view from the room was incredible. A Jacuzzi tub is one of my standard room request and the tub in the room was great; large with strong jets

Lastly, this hotel has the best work out gym I've ever seen. I was able to get a full body workout. Great hotel and probably my Virginia Beach go-to

Beautiful resort hotel with many amenities! Within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants

Definitely will stay here again! There is a indoor heated pool, but no hot tub like some of the pictures show! Nice location along the boardwalk, close to nice restaurants and bars! I was personally thanked for writing this review, so I added an extra star, plus my breakfast and all other meals were on point! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Excellent view! However, a constant whistling at the door was rather annoying overnight due to the high winds and some sort of draft in the window. Can really be heard when you open the porch door

We fixed it by lining a towel along the bottom of the door at night. Other than that, wifi was great, beds were great, bathroom was clean, but wall plugs for electronics were sparse

The rooms were clean and beds comfy but the musty smell was present. The hotel had an indoor pool but the chlorine was strong and the air was very thick. I would stay here again for the location

The hallways needed a good cleaning and outside needed to have a towel and articles of clothing picked up. The price was right and I went with reviews

This hotel and staff has got to be the BEST in Virginia Beach! We weren't sure what to expect upon arrival but EVERY single member of staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome

The place is a little dated, but nice. no hot tub, but a small hit tub sized kiddie pool. Complimentary breakfast is good too. it also has an mto omelet station

The room was nice with warm paint colors and trendy artwork. The room came with a microwave and mini-fridge. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for dining and entertainment options

Helpful staff, clean rooms, and tons of amenities. We stayed in one of the rooms on the side of the building. The balcony view was still spectacular with a great beach view

We had breakfast at the hotel. It was your typical hotel breakfast afair, but had more options than many of the Best Westerns I have stayed at. Overall at this price range this is a great option for VA Beach

Stayed on ocean view, with balcony. Front desk was accommodating and smooth with my check in. House keepers due to covid-19 was understanding and still able to bring extra towels and bedding

Had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a full breakfast not just cereal, muffins etc! Great pool and game room

Absolutely amazing! We are so grateful to John and Emily from Best Western who saved our vacation! We were booked at another hotel (Travelodge on Atlantic Avenue) and when we arrived late at night, after more than 12 hours of driving, we were so disappointed to find that the carpets and bedding were stained, and the bathroom sink pipes had water pouring from them whenever you used it

We went to a timeshare tour and got a free vacation even though we didn't buy anything. The staff is amazing, the beach has bars lined up to go party and everyone are just happy!!

We stayed on the 7th floor and when we opened the door to the room, the view was breath taking. The breakfast was top of the line with a lot of different choices to choose from

We called Best Western and they were so eager to help us. Not only did they set us up with a nice, clean room, but they gave us a good deal and made the process so easy

Hotel was designed smartly with all the amenities on the streetside and all the rooms on oceanside. Two pools- the indoor pool was very small and nothing exciting

The outdoor pool was huge and amazing with alcoves with waterfalls, a shallow area for toddlers, and a slide built into the pool with steps leading up to them. Both pools also had wheelchair access

They have a small indoor pool and a good outdoor pool. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. The mini fridge was leaking when we arrived because it had a giant slab of ice in it

Good clean hotel with great views. Every staff member was courteous and cheerful. Fully met the standards for a Marriott. The mini fridge in our room stopped working and was promptly replaced

After having a terrible experience at a nearby hotel we arrived here around 2 AM and the staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and I enjoyed the hot tub

Have been coming for 28 years. Some employees have been here all that time and all are very accommodating. Restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. Breakfast is the best we've ever had anywhere

We were given a very large room with a great view. Nothing to say about housekeeping as the room was clean everyday and they were able to remove all the sand that hitchhiked on our feet and beach stuff

Stayed during the first week of August. Staff was very friendly and helpful. a lot of choice, I would say a little bit more than other Hampton Inns in more business-like areas

Suite was comfortable and perfect for a family of 4. Beautiful views of the ocean and dolphins from the balcony. The kids loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub which was good because the weather was chilly

I had my wedding and Beth was amazing. She helped with all my questions and was very accommodating. She helped decorate and clean up. Truly amazing. All my guests loved their rooms, oceanfront, and in a great location.

Everything was the best I love the ocean front room all the rooms are ocean front with a bedroom a big bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and then the balcony. And I parked my truck and everything was walking distance

The price change depending on the month. the front desk person was so nice, there very helpful. I will be going back this year

The breakfast was what was expected but I liked that we could eat outside. We will be returning next year
