The location is perfect, and service is good. The all hotel looks and fills new. Now the price is hard to justify, because we are no talking of a full resort, no, it is just a front beach hotel with a average pool. The restaurant has a really, I mean, really limited menu. Very nice hotel rooms. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was next to the pool on the corner, first floor, which was a little busy, but it didn't matter. We really enjoyed our room. It was suit style which was great when having a 9 month old with us. It provided plenty of room for our little one to move around, but also had a divider between the sleeping area and kitchen/living room area so if she was taking a nap we could hang out in the "room" without disturbing her. Our first time in this hotel and we were nothing but happy with this place! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lets not forget the amazing view of the beach! Staying here for the first time and love the hotel, staff is great, views from the room are fantastic BUT the pool closes ridiculously early- at 7pm. Like the sun doesn’t even set until 8:30. Even 8pm would be MUCH more reasonable. We have a great view of people enjoying their pools at neighboring hotels from our balcony though.

Everyone here is so friendly, the food is really delicious, and our room is so amazing! Friends and I stayed in an ocean view deluxe suite which had an extra bedroom, bunk bed area with privacy door, living room with pull out bed, and small kitchenette. The bedroom and living room both have balconies. The bathroom is spacious and there is an extra sink in the bunk bed area.

This hotel needs a huge renovation! The rooms are small but the beds were comfy. The balcony was small too. The bathroom shower was big and had good water pressure, but needed a major upgrade. The service is blotchy. You're better off asking the maids in the morning for towels and sheets and taking things from their cart.

We LOVED the Sea Scape. Reminded us of south beach boutique hotels. Or even Puerto Rico! Staff was the friendliest and we highly recommend a family of 3 or more stay here. Again great deal!

My husband and I booked a room for one night. We just stayed in a basic room and it was very clean. They had extra towels, soap and shampoo, microwave, refridgerator and coffee maker with coffee,creamer,sugars and cups. One block from the beach and parking was easy. Will come back for an affordable one nighter again. Plus hbo watched game of thrones and everyone was happy☺

Good location. Rooms are decent. Not overly clean. Not terrible. Better places to stay but not bad in a pinch

The room was very clean and the people who owned the place are very nice. The room featured a full kitchen as well which was convenient.
