My stay here was excellent the check in process was pain free my company needed to know a complete total before check in the host accommodated me with that with no problem, he also informed me of the appetizers and free drinks at the bar. The breakfast was elegant the next morning my omelet was by far the best I've had outside of home. The room was nice the beds were comfortable and the attention to...
From the moment we arrived until we checked out, the staff were kind, helpful, and absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to give us an upgrade that was such a blessing because one of the four of us were going to have to sleep on the couch, and we ended up all having our own bed in a beautiful suite. The reception with complimentary beverages and the made to order breakfast the next morning...
No hot water the day I signed in, but warmed up enough by morning to shower. Coffee maker nonfunctional but replaced by staff. Tubs and furniture are due for an upgrade Staff are helpful, courteous, and go the extra mile to make a guest comfortable Love the breakfast and the evening hospitality food/drinks.
The room was very clean and spacious. Parking was an issue and the parking pass we had didn't work numerous times. But overall great stay
Large rooms... nicely furnished. Main amenities need updating. Great front desk staff. Good breakfast, nice evening reception.
Friendly staff. Very spacious rooms with separate living area and bedroom. Bed was little too firm. When making reservations, we requested extra towels and coffee which was in our room upon arrival. All the extra coffee was decaf though. The evening happy hour with snacks and beverages was nice. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal! Overall happy with the stay and we would stay again.

Been staying in alot the last month with my dad in hospital. Absolutely love everything about this place. First of all the staff is Absolutely fantastic. They always remember and always ask about my dad. They go above and beyond. The rooms are super clean and quiet. It's near the mall and plenty of restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks
WHAT'S THE SMELL. I am chemical sensitive and the room service on our floor was burning mine AND my adult son's sinuses. There was a dog show with lots of dogs staying in the hotel night one so we assumed it was cleaner for the animals (?) but after they all left it continued. Truly, if you have issues with commercial chemicals, avoid this place. Despite the persistent cleaners.. the floors in halls...
Great place to stay. The location is great, the staff is friendly and kept the rooms super clean, there is a bar/grill with good food, and pets are allowed. So thankful that pets are allowed! Dear other travelers with pets… be considerate and pick-up after your pet. Few hotels allow pets and leaving a mess behind certainly doesn’t encourage other hotels to consider allowing pets. Please pick-up
The hotel was a 3. I’ve stayed in nicer non-luxury hotels that were nicer. However, if I could give 5 stars to the hotel bartender,Kim I would. That woman deserves a raise! She was amazing and made the trip worthwhile!
Absolutely beautiful. We had a large party and normally we never get room on the same floor. The concierge worked his macis until we were all on the same floor. He was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and surprisingly had a variety of food to choose. Normal hotel breakfast are mostly cold options. All around amazing.
Nice staff, was greeted immediately with smiles from both front desk associates. Love the room and absolutely love the cozy look and feeling of the lobby. I sat on the couch and enjoyed a delicious slice of cheese cake that I got from the restaurant along with some coffee. This is actually the first time that a hotel has given off such a cozy feeling that I stayed there instead of my room.

I must be having what's called a senior moment because I don't remember even going inside a Hampton Inn I actually have know reason to do so, you know I am a addicted bike rider my Google tracking might have track me near this establishment but I never have visited this place, just for being respectful I still give them a 1# simple because I just love my home of WSNC, peace to you all.
Well we were super tired so we thought we would get a Nice hotel for a few hrs nap. The hampton isn't my first but it was close so OK. Um wow... Wonderful Customer service!!! The Hotel/ motel?? Smelled of terrible mildew. Carpet very nasty, the beds were made up but it was so Evident That the beds were never changed. That no no no. Floors were dirty. So if your tired go the extra mile and stay...
Welcomed by a person asking for money in the parking lot. Only rooms available were double queen which was good. The first bed smelled like B.O. the second looked and smelled clean. Not the cleanest bathroom. Some black stuff around all the shower fixtures.
We moved out of state but still visit once a month to see family. Based on our experience with surrounding hotels this one was a very pleasant surprise. We LOVED our room (king suite), the staff was helpful and courteous, and the rest of the hotel was clean. We’ll definitely stay here again.
Nice clean place with friendly staff in a run down location. Alot of shady looking people milling around outside.

After 8+ years of traveling the country and staying in Extended Stays, Jeannie is the best hotel administrator/manager/staff member we've ever encountered. Empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the people who stay with her. All around a great person to be around, let alone be looked after by.
First time my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel. We loved the kitchenette and the bed was comfy. We got the handicapped room and it was nice as I was able to take a bath. The location was perfect as it was close to all the main restaurants. We felt safe at this hotel and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers to traveling with family.
You are close to everything, fast wifi, nice and soft sheets and blankets. Just FYI the chair in the room reclines back!! It's awsome took me a few days to realize it. I use my kitchen everyday, and the fridge is full sized! Love the hot hot water the shower has! Clean bathroom, toilet shower curtains were very clean! You can tell the staff does an amazing job taking their time in really cleaning the...
Since staying here, I have had amazing service! The rooms are very clean. The ladies I'm the office are always helpful and the house keepers always ask to see if you need anything. Haven't stayed in a hotel that was ran so well in a long time! I recommend staying here to work, vacation, just passing through or to stay a little extra bit. Has a laundry room with a snack machine and a drink machine. I...
I've been staying here for almost two months now, and I can confirm the other reviews about the friendly staff. Everytime I need to go to the front desk for things such as trash bags or toilet paper, they're always so nice. I once stayed and just chatted for about thirty minutes one time with another person staying here, and the person at the front desk. I won't say the hotel itself is perfect, because...
If I didn't "have" to stay, I wouldn't! The first room was dirty-moved pillows and underneath hair! Gag. Next room, someone else was in it?? Last room, upgraded, and sheets were clean. All was good.

Nice room, comfortable linens. Exceptionally quiet considering the downtown location. Would have loved a small refrigerator in the room. Front desk attendant Blaze is wonderful, kind, and most understanding! Thanks for your smile and the hospitality, Blaze!
I stay in a lot of hotels, and this hotel was cool, but there were just a few things that could have been better First off, the service here is excellent - everyone is very professional and the Valet team is excellent, and very helpful The location is good, and fairly convenient, but you really do need the Valet - there is no parking nearby. For those walking, the Innovation Quarter is under construction...

A stylish, modern hotel. Centrally located in Winston Salem. Helpful staff. Housekeeping team particularly cheerful and generous with fresh towels etc. Good value for money. Having stayed in a few hotels in WS this is certainly top of the list and I would definitely recommend.
A favorite downtown hotel, mid century modern leaning interiors in a former commercial banking building. Spacious rooms with tall ceilings, 7-ft solid wood doors, roomy bathrooms, and comfortable mattresses and bedding. Being that the building is from a previous era where quality construction was more common, the rooms are fairly quiet. A fine meal can be had at the restaurant downstairs if you oder...
First the positives. We were checked in by a nice young man who was very friendly and efficient. We usually stay at the Cardinal but decided to try this sister property for our short two night stay. This place is great for an extended stay especially if you check in through a third party site. That is reflected in your bill! Our price was locked in even when we paid at the front desk. The hotel preferred that we pay at the desk so they matched it. After 90 days you get all of the tax fees that you paid originally refunded which was like almost two weeks free stay for us. And, now the room is like...
When I stayed last year it was being renovated. Nice tv and plug outlet upgrades with USB. However the battery in a lot of smoke detectors including mine needed changing and I still don't understand how it's an extended stay but no coffee maker, no pots or pans and very skimpy on the toilet tissue. Overall a nice location and not too bad for the money though
I really enjoy staying here. The front desk staff is so nice and friendly. The rooms have been remodeled and it is so beautiful. Love it.
Its a good place to stay everything was nice. Just keep your room key away from your phone and car keys
My brother stayed here while visiting from Europe and the staff were more than accommodating. The site was very easy to book also to get to. He was very pleased and most likely will stay here again.

The only complaint i have is that the maid came into room while i was and made bed and vacuumed after was told not needed that day and we had left to go to the store....
The bed was clean except for stains on the mattress but we just put a sheet over it. The people who slept there were loud. There wasn't any bedbugs and the room was mostly very clean. And for the showers, and great warm clean water. This was my first time staying at a motel and I would sleep here again🙂👍

Very nice! Room was quiet and the AC worked wonderfully. There is a small kitchen, which is perfect for someone staying multiple nights and coming back to the room with leftovers. There was plenty of hot water and glorious water pressure, which I value above most things when I stay outside of home. There were minor problems - the door to the room would stick, so it took about 3 tries every time I tried...
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, Saturday - Monday. The staff is really what makes this place great, the front desk attendant especially. We had a room on the top floor so it was very quiet, and the room itself was clean. Breakfast was pretty typical - eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal etc. The nice thing about the rooms is that they offer a small kitchen, so we had plenty of room for our leftovers...
As a retired motel manager I can be a difficult guest! I tend to inspect rooms like I did when I worked and my motel always got high marks for cleanliness. I just stayed 4 nights at this motel and I was impressed. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Having a fridge and stove with a microwave is really nice when out of town. The only thing I saw that was not 5 stars was the elevator- was always...
Love the kitchen set up in the room. Plus they serve breakfast. And the fitness room is on point. The staff is very professional. Ms. Barbara and Ms. Sharon, the breakfast ladies, are sweet with the upmost of Southern Hospitality. I always enjoy my stay and every time I'm in Greensboro, I stay there.
Nothing too fancy, but it was clean, the staff was polite and friendly, and I really like the kitchenette in the room. They serve a very limited hot breakfast and it wasn't especially tasty, but it's better than the gluten-only offerings at many hotels which I can't eat. Overall it was a good place to stay, and I'd stay there again
Very friendly place, room was clean and very nice setup. I like the fact that they have a grilling area and a gazebo for seating. The smells of people cooking in the hall was strong be did not Come into the room.

The entire staff was fantastic. I could not be happier with the service they provided. Quietest stay at a hotel that I can remember. Room was very clean and comfortable.
We stayed 7 nights visiting family and had a great experience. We were running late for check in and called Ty at the front desk and he was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived he made sure everything went smoothly. LaShonda in the dining room knew our individual preferences by the second morning and met us every day with coffee and a pleasant greeting! Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome
My father stayed at this location on 11/26 and I made the reservation for him via the reservations line the night before. Reservations made an error and did not add in my dad’s rewards & breakfast into the price. Allison from reservations was not helpful at all the morning of his checkout (11/27) & stated she could only open a case for the incident & also stated that she could not call the hotel directly...
Hotel was clean staff friendly. The night we stayed your cook decided to not show up for apparently the 3rd night in a row. We saw your menu which for a garden Inn was exceptional but we didn't get to eat. Since we never eat breakfast we got screwed out of our food and beverage credit Also that night your bartender decided not to show either. Heat in the room was weird. Heat would come on and warm...
Absolutely the best experience! The facility was clean and the staff went above and beyond. So welcoming! We had breakfast and dinner both days and it was excellent! Highly recommend! Adele, the hotel manager, jumped in and helped during a busy late night in the dining room. Rose was our bartender, waitress and became our friend! Dave is an exceptional cook!! Thanks to everyone!!
I did not use the services, so I won't comment them. I use the hotel room mostly to sleep and have breakfast. Beds and pillows were comfortable, I slept well. Not much noise aside from the traditional and annoying AC. Talking about AC, I felt like the whole room was humid. It even smelled humidity. When I got home and unpacked my luggage, my clothes were almost wet, confirming what I felt there...

I enjoyed the cocktails they were delicious! Until next time...
Absolutely amazing stay! Stayed here for one night & everything was great from the moment I walked in. Comfty beds, luxurious room and heavenly showers! Must stay!! Thank you Marriott GSO!
Nice hotel, had a good stay and then walked across the street to the airport in the morning, which is extremely convenient. My only complaint is that the towels in our room were new and had never been washed - I ended up with white fibers and towel debris stuck all over my body, all through my hair, and it was quite hard to remove. Not cool.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were traveling from 10 hours away, during a hurricane, and they assured us our room would be available for us, and it was. The hotel lobby, restaurant, room, and bathroom was extremely clean. We did not visit the pool. Our bed in our room was VERY comfortable. We needed and extra blanket and called down to the desk and they had one to our door...
We recently stayed at the Marriott Airport for our wedding festivities. We had 30 rooms blocked with friends and family flying in from different locations. The Marriott shuttle from the airport was absolutely perfect. When guests arrived, they were treated extra special being a part of our wedding and being the bride, and I can honestly say there was such peace of mind throughout the entire weekend...
Rooms are tiny compared to a normal hotel room, especially the bathrooms. Decor is modern. Front desk staff is not very helpful and pretty rude. Hotel is only convenient if u are flying out of gso. It is not near downtown activities and destinations. Also, GPS doesn't work to the hotels address took forever to find location. Must use google maps only. Hotels website doesn't tell you that.

It was an okay stay for the most part. This was more of a "Sleep and GTFO" place, and we did exactly that. Don't expect a spotless room at that price point. Worth the money only if you're spending a quick night!
I've been at Suburban Extended Stay for months and I love it!The desk clerks are so polite and pleasant. The maids are quick to service your needs.Ms. Gail is SURPURB management is lucky to have someone like her handling the business! Very friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Gym is a lityle small but had a full set of free weights. Would love some more healthy options in the morning.
I had already had a really pleasant experience at this SpringHill Suites location which was very clean and bright, and the room was quite comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was okay. Stayed overnight . Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff. Comfortable beds We didn't stay for breakfast but it's offered. Will stay again if in the area.
Perfect place to stay. All the bad reviews I've read are petty issues that are out of the hands of the hotel or staff. Fire alarms, noise from other guests, etc. Also, the wifi operates perfectly, never had a single issue. Many guests don't realize or understand how a hotel operates, thus their reviews are almost irrelevant.

Lovely room with living room area. Also a small refrigerator and hair dryer. Complimentary breakfast served. All in all a nice quiet place and the best pillows ever in a hotel.
Staff are so kind and attentive. Rooms are clean, but lots of deferred maintenance throughout hotel and in the guest rooms. Breakfast area is not refreshed regularly and selection is lacking.
Hyatt is my preferred line of hotels. I didn't like the layout of this location. It was weird. The TV was in an awkward place. No USB ports for charging devices. The breakfast was limited. You can't beat the price and secluded location. The staff is friendly and happy to accommodate for the needs of the customer. Rooms were clean and for spacious with 0lenty of space between the two beds that occupy the single room. The water pressure could be better I. The shower but the hot water lasts for a great deal of time which is great. Recommend if in need of a room for a night or two.
This is basically an overnight, quick stay hotel, especially if you are passing through or in town for an event. The rooms are clean as is the bathroom. The housekeeping staff is nice and attentive. I do wish they had a place to print because I come through for business.
Staff/customer service was top notch. Room was clean, quiet, and in good repair. Did'nt have the constant marijuana/cigarette smell that hotels normally have . Went too two other hotels in the area, both were too costly. One had the usual marijuana smell.
Definitely not a popular place, didnt have many people there at all. I do believe this would be a last resort kind of place if everything was booked up and on a cheap budget. There is no extras to this place at all not even a pool. This would be a place to stay if you was just trying to get peace from the world or just traveling through and need a quick night sleep.
Typical low cost hotel in the center of a couple much nicer places. The staff was rude and lazy the breakfast was nothing and the police were there 3 times my first night.
I didn't sleep here, I was visiting a friend who did. It's a very reliable hotel, but I would not stay here on a family trip. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is helpful. The rooms just need a pick me up, but I imagine that would raise the rate.

Feels a little older, beds are firm. The cookie and water is nice but the location and entrance of the hotel are a little tough to navigate during high traffic times. It does have a sports bar attached that you can charge food and drinks to your room
The room was very nice. We really enjoyed being able to check in online and having a digital key and not having a key card to keep track of. The staff and owner were really helpful and the maintenance person...
Most deff 💯 love the staff, very caring and attentive to customers needs. They keep the drink/snack machine stocked. New towels everytime we ask for them. They definitely have turned the place around from when I was here last year. They also have (ROKU T.VS!!!) (IM SOOOO BINGE WATCHING ALL MY SHOWS.)
Biggest rooms ive seen at a hotel out here for such a reasonably priced place! Full size fridge and microwave and big, comfortable bed! Plus an added pullout couch in the room with no extra charge!
Based on the price I'd say it's worth the stay. Pros: It was quiet, clean enough, workers were friendly, shower head was over 6 feet high. Cons: Only two pillows, mattress was pretty hard, needs maintenance (toilet seat, shower control, no trash can) Overall, I would stay again, mainly based on the good price.
Very friendly staff!! The room was clean, and we'll stocked. It is an older establishment but very well taken care of. A.c. worked really well. A nice selection of channels and a Chinese place close that delivered! If I am ever up this way again would definitly stay, and recommend to others!!

Very impressed. Clean, updated and very comfortable. Well equipped and very helpful polite staff. I was really impressed with the nice roomy showers and stocked with good shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The beds were very clean and very comfy and slept well. My only request is a USB port for charging. Either in the lamps or table side clock. For those of us forgetting to bring our wall plugs...
Hotel was very clean and well run. Guest check in was professional and fast. Hotel staff was kind and courteous. Maids were kind and did a great turnover daily, and came get me when they where finished. Bar and kitchen staff where great even late at night
One of the cleanest hotels I've been to! The room looked exactly how it looked in the picture and the front desk workers were extremely polite. Free breakfast and a bar downstairs if you would like to drink. I enjoyed my stay and would like to go back.
Room was fine... it was clean, bathroom had some water damage that was painted over on the inside bottom of the door, loved the pillows and the amount of them, and loved all the towels. I didn't have to request more and that is nice! I was not impressed with the breakfast that you have to pay for per person. It is the exact same free breakfast that you would get at any IHG, yet they were charging...
Centrally located hotel... very modern... beautiful outdoor pool... wish it has been warm enough to use it... restaurant on site... bar on site... fitness center on site... rooms were stylish and comfortable.... very nice staff.... would absolutely stay there again and recommend!
The price here is a little higher than nearby hotels. However, the lobby is well designed, the rooms are in excellent condition, and the staff are friendly. There is a bar that opens for happy hour every night, and the kitchen offers breakfast, and dinner. The fitness room hosts the usual (sparse) set of equipment. Other guests happened to be somewhat noisy for a few minutes in the middle of the night...

The whole aesthetic from the entry down to the rooms and the decor. I love a hotel that had a great tub and they have the absolute deepest spa tub and I absolutely loved it. Staff was so courteous to my needs even though i was there for one night. My husband and I will definitely be back
Stayed in a King corner room. From check-in to the room itself, everything was excellent. The bed was super comfortable, room was very spacious and the shower wonderful. Had room service which met every expectation I had and delivered very quickly. The meal itself was very filling. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
It has taken me a long time to be able to write this review. My family stayed at this hotel a lot between April and May of 2022. My family went through a really hard time during the passing of a very special man. We stayed at this hotel so we would have somewhere to come and rest and shower. By the second or third day the staff noticed that we were dragging in, and they went out of their way to ask...
Loved staying at Proximity! So many thoughtful details in this hotel. The 'living room' on our floor where we could get ice and fill the glass pitcher provided in our room with filtered water. Extra blanket, hangers, and bathrobes provided. We also loved the coffee in the lobby and being able to get to Print Works Bistro through the lobby.
Ally was the start of my trip. Thank you dear for treating me with such warmth and kindness at check in. Every member on the staff here was warm and kind. It is exactly what the heart and soul needs after a pandemic and the turmoil that came with it. My room was pristine! there are little signs on all the outlets so I knew exactly what switch worked what. The morning coffee, in the room was so...
Beautiful setting, lovely building with a dramatic and very classy lobby. Staff were welcoming and the epitome of professionalism. Very large, tastefully appointed guest rooms. Especially loved the window seating, as the views from the back side of the hotel are so peaceful and comforting. Extremely comfortable bed. Large, well appointed bathroom with large walk-in shower. Prompt room service with...
