After the renovation the rooms fixture are nicer, newer. If compare with nearby Renaissance Riverside it is better. a convenience store is directly opposite the entrance of the hotel

Great breakfast and staff service! Hotel has a ****** too :) one down side was having told to pay extra costs for 2 person at the counter as the hotel staff mentioned that I only indicated one guest for the booking of 2 rooms. On this, I made a booking for 2 rooms for my family of 3, which should not incur extra costs since it is booked based on per room charge. So I'm not sure if this was the practice

Absolutely perfect location, right in the middle of district 1, close to everything. The rooms have been refurbished and feel very new. They are extremely spacious and the view is quite expansive. I spent quite a while at the pool which was nice. The buffet breakfast is extremely good with a very wide variety and lots of high quality Vietnamese and international dishes. Unfortunately, my recent experience at what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel fell short of expectations. The initial room had a strong, pervasive humidity smell. While I appreciated the quick room change, the new room presented the same issue: the unpleasant odor returned immediately when the air conditioning was turned off, leaving me to choose between freezing temperatures or an uninviting smell...

Great location, near walking street and stores, good breakfast!

Nice location. Very convenient situated. Nearby got lots of shops and restaurants to explore. Smooth check in and check out process. Great variety for breakfast buffet.

The inside fixture is a bit old, compare to the new by Sheraton. There is a 7-11 convenience store just next to the hotel also makes it easy to find some quick fix.

Level 20. I think just below the fitness center. Was woken up by the noise from the fitness Center.

The river room is directly looking to the very bright screen at the opposite side of the river. Get ready to sleep by closing the curtains which will make you also wake up in the dark room. Don't underestimate to brightness!! European electric plugs don't work as it's loosen. Includes hair dryer.

Always a nice stay at the Reverie. One of my favorites in hcm. Room is spacious and the gym and spa facilities is really good.

Amazing location. Quality finishings in the room. Was great but the only let down was the smell. Musky smell and the electricity shut down on me twice within 1hour. Whole room blackout for a few seconds. Good service recovery by offering me another room and also an apology note with macarons the next day from the manager.

I had a wonderful stay in the ancient wing where i found the room spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was also very cold and free of dirt. The restaurant had really good service but i was not treated with the same respect at the grand cafe on the rooftop, I found the staff there arrogant and condescending.

It was a lovely stay in the hotel, the location is near shopping streets and some activities were all over the streets during our stay. This is the place I am most satisfied with regarding the rooms and management. The rooms are clean, professionally designed, and well-managed. I would love to stay here many more times. The location is very close to the airport, although a bit far from the city center, but I have never felt bothered here, even though I have stayed over 10 times.

I booked it for my friend, but he said it was good. He was happy to stay there, although he had a flight less than eight hours after checking in so he did not have time to do anything except sleep.

Stuffs were so nice and 24/7 service helped me a lot. I wish we could use the bar at mid night, it would be better for me. 

Everything in the hotel was great except for the clean up, we checked in around 9pm, then we found that refrigerator in the room was not cleaned at all. So i ask then to clean and change everything such as cup.in room but reception staff help us by changing the room to new room. But when we moved to new room, again that we found a refrigerator full of water melted . But we were too tired to do anything...

Luxury hotel, inside there is a supermarket and many other services. On the rooftop there is a beautiful infinity pool.

3/5 for my experience during Covid time. I book a king size room with balcony but could not have the room that i book. There's no breakfast included also. Over all it kinda a good place to stay & chill out but i prefer a better room in which hve kind of a view

5* for the outstanding 360 infiniti pool and cafe. Facilities are still very new. Sound proof is not good, I can hear the TV and their conversations next door too clearly esp at midnight.

Event guest was told by the receptor that parking lot is free of charge. In the end another gatekeeper said otherwise. The hall was short in available seats to number of guests, thus the lobby area for workshop and mingling was packed with crowds. Sweaters!

The place is in a very convenient location. The food is ok. Staff is super helpful. But there I didn’t like 2 things: 1) it’s not allowed to take a picture with a camera. Even only your family member. 2) actually the floor in room wasn’t super clean, after my son walking with a white socks i saw a very dirty socks. And the sink water is going really slow also make a nervous my brain.
