Great city it has alot of touristic attractions and clean hotel in very good location... u need to be careful when u go out at night

Over all food is great, service is excellent and water bottles price is way too expensive at the main floor bar.

Like it. Room is decent, clean, and organized. All lights including curtain can be controlled/switched with a sort or centralized switch at thr side table. The bathroom has a shower separate from the bath tub. Downside is no bidet for the toilet. For food, breakfast buffet has wide selection. Overall, breakfast buffet is good. A mosque is nearby the hotel so Muslim friends also prefer this place....

Hotel staff is friendly & helpful. And they did take guests feedback seriously as I saw a weighing machine in my room and receive daily newspapers. However, I hope that the hotel can do regular checks and maintenance. The flush doesn't work well in room 1614 & I will not ask for this room in my future stay.

I had a drink in a roof top cafe the other night. The view was a real deal. The drink was good and reasonably priced. What I love is their service. We was served with free snack and free refil. I wonder if there is interesting live music or events night; otherwise, it would not be a good place for music lovers.

One of the very first 5 star hotel in Saigon. The property is abit old but still remain at good quality. Food is great. The Chinese dimsum restaurant at 2nd floor is one of the best place for dimsum in Saigon

Location was great. Heart of district 1 by the river with access to tons of great restaurants, Nguyen walking street, street markets, and other Saigon attractions. The hotel food was great. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection for all travellers. Service was outstanding and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great services as anyone should expect from 5 stars hotel. We had a great view of the river on the ninth floor. The hotel recently had the outside windows cleaned. The Executive Lounge had normal fares at breakfast with some local items on the menu. I would recommend property provide bigger and more plush bath towels. Check-in was quick and efficient. Executive staff were attentive to the patrons.

A very solid if not slightly outdated true five star hotel. They do the little things well and the staff provides excellent service. The food options were above expected but there are plenty of other great places to eat a stones throw away. It's fairly easy to get to and set taxi driver knows where it is. The rooftop pool is a nice addition.

The room decor needs a slight refresh and power outlets need to be installed bedside, otherwise a very solid hotel well-located in Saigon

Club lounge is amazing. Staff from concierge, reception desk, fitness centre, etc all great. The service hospitality is cultural at this hotel. Everyone is infected with the attitude if over the top service. I would visit Saigon just to stay at this property.

Thursday night is wine night for 600k. The manager Justin is great and so is his staff. If I weren't leaving the country, this would be a great weekly spot. 4 reds and 4 whites that are all on a digital machine, which pours them for you. The meats and cheeses are amazing and the ambiance is great for meeting with friends.

Wonderful hotel in colonial style. Breakfast on the track. Quality rooms with parquet flooring it, with marble, gold fixtures, etc. However, one should beware of rooms on the ground floor (numbering 100+) - the view from the window overlaps the visor from below and gives the impression that you are in some kind of basement. Newly refurbished and the only MUST SEE from my visit from Ho Chi Minh City. Level 8 has a roof top bar that is magic at sunset. Drinks are Pricier then street food, but on par with most hotels in the area. I really liked this hotel, provides great location and comfortable rooms for reasonable price. You can get very easily on foot to many street food / restaurants, night market, Saigon city hall or Independence palace. Staff was helpful and always available. For that price I will use it again when in Saigon.

Though it is small, the room and bath room are clean. Not the best price ($40 for superior, 12m2 room), but I knew I book it quite late. Make sure you ask for a room that has at least one window.

The hotel is quite old because it has not been rebuilt for a long time. The room is large and high, but the feeling is not comfortable and reliable. The stairs are low and the space is dark and narrow.

We enjoyed our stay at the alagon. When booking we noticed that there are several locations and chose the alahon Saigon. Only when we stayed there we found out that 3 or 4 hotels are combined and share the same rooftop pool and lobby restaurant. Our room was very small but comfortable. We had a great 5-night stay here. Our room came with daily breakfast vouchers and daily tea vouchers, plus two 60-minute massage vouchers. The daily breakfast was amazing but I wish they had iced vietnamese coffee. Pool area and bar area was great. Great location that is bang in the center of town. Close to eat streets & shopping markets that you could walk to. The rooms were great too as was the food.
