3/5 for my experience during Covid time. I book a king size room with balcony but could not have the room that i book. There's no breakfast included also. Over all it kinda a good place to stay & chill out but i prefer a better room in which hve kind of a view

Club lounge is amazing. Staff from concierge, reception desk, fitness centre, etc all great. The service hospitality is cultural at this hotel. Everyone is infected with the attitude if over the top service. I would visit Saigon just to stay at this property.

Thursday night is wine night for 600k. The manager Justin is great and so is his staff. If I weren't leaving the country, this would be a great weekly spot. 4 reds and 4 whites that are all on a digital machine, which pours them for you. The meats and cheeses are amazing and the ambiance is great for meeting with friends.

Just completed 8 nights quarantine here on my return to Vietnam. The room on the top floor was very practical and quiet. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay which made the whole quarantine experience very bearable.

LOCATION, & STYLE The only thing we got nabbed with was we thought the Agoda app was booking us in AUD.. however after booking it was in US which became more $$$ than we thought so watch that. Ok hotel staff friendly. Room wasn’t what I expected. Booked executive but was put in standard. No coffee machine or music dock. Ok location.

Suite room is spacious and good quality. Nice view from the room to the city. Breakfast is good, lots of choices with good food, both Western and Vietnamese food. However, orange juice which I tried wasn't nice as I expected. Premiere lounge is good with lots of wine for dinner. Tea in the afternoon with various of choice for pastry. Quality is not good though.

This hotel was one night (2 day trip, the room was booked by the tour operator). The room is small, furniture is bulky. It is seen that the room is very used. Safe in the room ( at least ours). The room is interestingly decorated in a colonial style. All the furniture is a little old, sometimes cracked and chipped, but it is not very noticeable. Stayed here 1 night with my son. Beds very comfortable and the AC was freezing cold. The areas near elevators smell of smoke so badly. Walking distance to many places for eating. They keep your passport which is extremely weird and has never happened to me before anywhere and I voiced I really don’t feel comfortable with it. About 10-15 minutes from the airport.

Location-wise, the hotel is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. On level 18, there is a rooftop bar and a pool. There is nothing better than spending an afternoon relaxing by the pool and enjoying a few drinks when it's not raining. The hotel's breakfast was good, with a variety of Western and Asian options. Western style coffee was average but the Vietnamese coffee was good.

This place is central to everything walking distance for the market and major tourist attractions. Can't fault it one bit. Staff were great rooms were really good. Sky bar with pool. In house spa as well. What more you need for a city break. Great start to our holiday.

Excellent location, limited options in the breakfast and not open buffet. Staff hardly speak English and room rates are not always reasonable depending on the season so better check for other higher quality for the same rate in Saigon area.

The hotel is one of the few that has a public acess to the pool. But if you are looking for a nice rooftop pool with a view of ho chi minh it is not the right place. Its more like a local kids pool and the manager is not nice at all!

Pool: 60k. It's nice but probably won't visit again because I was specifically looking for a covered pool and the pool's roof doesn't exactly protect from the sun. Friday 9am was busy with many swimming students. Still cannot find a non-costly covered pool in HCM to swim in often.

Nice Hotel, a swimming pool in wich you can actually swim, large breakfast, nice and large rooms. Traffic noise does enter the rooms, can be noisy at night.

Nice hotel and a walking distance to Ben Thank market. During night time, the road leads to hotel becomes a night market. There are two muslim restaurants, one travel agency and shops selling telekung nearby the area.

Overall services is tip top and efficient. But, the verification of halal certificate is still unsure. As a muslim, I prefer a clear verification of halal food. I suggest, appoint a few muslim employees in the hotel.
