Great stay! We had the family suite which includes a bunk bed in a Snow White themed room. Absolutely everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fondue was delicious! The kids loved the spa pool. Definitely recommend!

The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. It takes about 5 minutes by foot to the ski lift and gear rental (400m). The hotel was terrific!! The facilities were great. The staff from the restaurant were very friendly and offers a lot of variety of meals and it's a good value money price and quality. The dinning room and common areas were clean and spotless, we felt safe and comfortable at all time. Big thanks to make our stay like home.

OMG. This place is amazing. The food is unbelievable. The Pool and Gym are both excellent. Best hotel I've ever been in. I recommend going to this hotel. It was a great stay. Also loved going into the Irish Pub in the evening to have a drink🤣.

I am staying at this hotel and it is lovely. The views are incredible, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the spa was lovely. I had a therapeutic Mayan massage from Judith and it was the best massage I have ever had. I worked in spas for years, so that is saying something. I would highly recommend having a massage with Judith!

We had a great time. A very pleasant discovery, everything was perfect from start to finish. The team was able to accommodate our departure time. Very good dinner and breakfast. I stayed at room 405. There was a sound from a fan than would not let you sleep until 22.30 and would wake you up at 6.30 every day... Avoid 405, and also 407 Room cleanliness was not top. Lots of dust inside closet. Good buffet nice breakfast. A little too far to walk with ski boots to the "eggs" that take you up to the slopes.

I last stayed here 17 years ago. I was not disappointed when I came back. Still the same owner who obviously takes great pride in his hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings so a great, undisturbed sleep. Good breakfast. Hopefully, one day, I'll be back again.

Perfect hotel. Cosy and very friendly staff. They help you any way they can. We went here for skiing. About 5 min driving time from Canillo and 10 mins from El Tarter. Free parking near the hotel. The room was not very big but perfect for our needs.

Small and cosy three-star hotel good for either in summer (time I was) and winter, almost all of it with wood, specially in the hall. Every corner of the hotel was super clean and well kept, it's exactly what you'd want for a ski holiday with the gondolas being right behind the hotel. Great breakfast, and a delicious dinner menu. The service as great as well, as it generally is in Andorra.

This is by far our most favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. (we travel a lot) the service here is impeccable! The hotel staff are really accommodating, friendly and always helpful. They truly go above and beyond! Hotel Bonavida has completely exceeded our expectations and they offer so much value! We will stay here every time we come to Andorra!

It is becoming rare to find a good address like this for a family with children. We were warmly welcomed throughout the week of our ski vacation. The owners were very attentive to our various requests and did everything they could to meet them. I cannot thank them enough for their support when my vehicle broke down. They reacted as if I were a member of their family. We will come back next winter....

Nice aparthotel. The two bedroom apartment is really cosy, with ample shared space comprising a living room, kitchen and dining room. The bathroom is large and has a nice shower. Beds are comfortable, although they don't have light tables.

Pricey but nice views and kind waiters. You can be out with your dogs and they even bring you water for them.

Wonderful place and service, the staff is always friendly the bar’s architecture is stunning, a perfect spot with a great view to relax and chill after a long walking day !

The outdoor bar with seating that faced the valley was delightful. The best spot we found in Andorra to enjoy a view. The bartender promised that his cocktails were really good and he was right. We did not eat at the restaurant. Would have been nice to have been able to eat some small snacks outside, too, but food was only for inside dining.

We were at the Palau de Gel for a Figure Skating Competition - so the proximity to the rink was fabulous. The property was warm, clean and homely and had all the basic amenities for ones needs.

Staff simply great, you are with a family which takes care of you completely. Food is amazing, well worth the price. Views are great and the room id great as well. If you want to ski in Grandvalira this is the place to stay.

The food was good and similar to that of other bordas. However we had to wait a lot of time between the starters and the main course. In the end we left without dessert or anything because we were already tired. They apologized a lot, but at the time of paying they did not have any gesture of apology. I don't think we will go again.

The owners are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food delicious. Our group enjoyed lamb chops, onion soup, carpaccio, escudella, tart tatin and a brownie. Everything was flavourful and well prepared. Do make a stop after you’ve enjoyed a nice hike on Coll d’Ordino!

Very clean. Great view from the apartment. Loads of extra towels and blankets. Kitchen was big enough to cook dinners. Ana was very helpful before and during our stay.

The apartment was very clean and had a great view of the mountains. There was also indoor parking for apartment guests. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the main bed in the bedroom was comfortable. My friends slept in the other room on the foldable couch and they said it was fine too.
