Convenient location and courteous staff. Breakfast was sensational. In-room facilities were functional and the amenities were adequate.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!

Clean and basic but not 4 stars. Want to use the pool, there is a charge. Want to go with the kids to the pool, only before 18:00. Basic amenities and room but not worth the money. Nice breakfast through!

Ok place, clean, quiet. Very removed from everything. Downside was staff not available and slow response to telephone calls, lighting very bright in room and could not be dimmed so it feels like doctor exam room. If you want pool and spa, reasonable price. Otherwise, not a good pick.

Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. Great stay! We had the family suite which includes a bunk bed in a Snow White themed room. Absolutely everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The fondue was delicious! The kids loved the spa pool. Definitely recommend!

The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. It takes about 5 minutes by foot to the ski lift and gear rental (400m). The hotel was terrific!! The facilities were great. The staff from the restaurant were very friendly and offers a lot of variety of meals and it's a good value money price and quality. Stayed here for a short, two-night stay and it proved to be a great first experience in Andorra. Good hotel, you can park without any problem because in Andorra it is difficult if you don't have to pay. The service of the waiter was excellent and the quality was good. I don't know if it is more noisy in summer, but on the date we were there it was very quiet. As for breakfast, it was very good.

Impeccably maintained hotel, all comfort, quality equipment, excellent breakfast, warm and attentive welcome. Perfect geographical location, away from the national road, in a very quiet hamlet clinging to the hill and without any parking difficulty. The Funicamp is 5 minutes away. We had an excellent stay (2 nights) and plan to make it our base for future ski trips.

Hotel with an excellent location when you come to ski! At the foot of the gondola where there are also 2 ski equipment rental companies. In the heart of the village with access to shops, restaurants, pharmacy... The rooms are dated but comfortable and very clean (kudos to the maintenance staff). Good quality bedding. Good hotel in a great location.

Hotel well located, but aging. We spent a week there. BE CAREFUL during hot periods (summer): no air conditioning, it is very hot in the attic rooms for the family rooms, on the 3rd floor! intolerable ! A stone's throw from France, the staff does not speak French, and does not make the effort! Most of the staff are friendly, but at breakfast it's hard to get a smile! And the end time is the end time...

Let's keep it simple with a pros and cons review! Pros: cheaper than many other hotel considering position and season (ski season), free ski lockers, 30mt from gondolas (cable car), big, varied and tasty breakfast, nice mountain hotel-like mood with a nice hall with fireplace, pool table books and bar. Personally I dind't mind the fact that the hotel was basically NEVER renewed to modern standards...

Kind and extremely efficient service, sparkling clean, rich breakfast, wonderful for staying with children

It is becoming rare to find a good address like this for a family with children. We were warmly welcomed throughout the week of our ski vacation. The owners were very attentive to our various requests and did everything they could to meet them. I cannot thank them enough for their support when my vehicle broke down. They reacted as if I were a member of their family. We will come back next winter....

Nice aparthotel. The two bedroom apartment is really cosy, with ample shared space comprising a living room, kitchen and dining room. The bathroom is large and has a nice shower. Beds are comfortable, although they don't have light tables.

Super friendly place with small studios and ski lockers, very well situated right in Canillo.

Staff simply great, you are with a family which takes care of you completely. Food is amazing, well worth the price. Views are great and the room id great as well. If you want to ski in Grandvalira this is the place to stay.

The food was good and similar to that of other bordas. However we had to wait a lot of time between the starters and the main course. In the end we left without dessert or anything because we were already tired. They apologized a lot, but at the time of paying they did not have any gesture of apology. I don't think we will go again.

The owners are friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food delicious. Our group enjoyed lamb chops, onion soup, carpaccio, escudella, tart tatin and a brownie. Everything was flavourful and well prepared. Do make a stop after you’ve enjoyed a nice hike on Coll d’Ordino!

We arrived there in the middle of the night. The reception was empty but the people from camping bar let us in. Friendly people, nice camping. I like the fact that they have a rock bar with a nice barman. 23€ for 3 people one night
