The only real down side of this hotel is that it is not located closer to the cable car. Only a couple of flaws , the shuttle bus to the gondola is a bit stressful as everyone wants to leave and go home at the same time which lead to a few altercations in the queue during the week (the bus only holds about 12 to 14 people). Superb hotel, located at the bottom of Esquirrel blue run and opposite the chair lift to El Tarter. This place is great. It is two ski lifts just outside the door. There are ski lookers in the basement. Super convenient. It has a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a decent sized pool. The staff is always helpful and nice and speaks a bunch of languages. The family rooms are not the cosies, but comfortable beds. There is a large lounge to hang out in also. We stayed for a week in a twin room. All the staff have been brilliant and it’s a great place for a skiing trip. Access to the slopes is just outside the hotel. They have lockers for your ski gear. They can arrange your lift pass. I would definitely come again.

We stayed a Friday night with our two children of 6 and 8 in a family room on the second floor. The second floor is also the location of the bar, which had loud music till midnight, not ideal when you have young kids or even if you wish to go to sleep before midnight. Well kept property with super helpful staff.

We stayed here over New Year's in the "Penthouse Suite" Our room was very nice and the staff and service is second to none. The New Year's dinner in the restaurant was fun. Great location with plenty of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

An exquisite service, the new concept of the Bruna restaurant is spectacular, with an incredibly complete wine list... and the attention given to children, both in the kids' club and the S room, is priceless. The ski slope next door offers lots of fun and entertainment for the kids.

Overall it's ok. Comfortable and the staff is quite nice. The meals served could have a little bit more variety but I'd say the only really negative feature is the internet. If like me you want to get some work done and need a stable connection.. Well.. Forget about it. Just go enjoy the snow and hope you still have your job when back home :)

Staff were very friendly. Food lacked variety for example no vegetables or rice to accompany the meat. No lettuce or tomatoes to accompany the salad.

Great apartment, especially for the price. We had a really spacious apartment for 4 persons with an incredible nice view on the mountains. Service was really nice too. They called before our stay to check if we wanted to book the ski passes for a better price and at arrival the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Overall a really good stay, will come back another time for sure.

It's very nice in a basic needs way. Great size for two people or 2+small child. No frills. Incredible hot water and pressure😎always a plus after a day of hiking and shopping. The small town it's situated in is quaint and pretty in that rustic mountain way.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

This is a good place to stay while skiing. A gentle walk of about 150m to the gondola. The hotel has spacious ski locker room, although there is another at the gondola (€55 for 6 days!). Food here is fine with plenty of choice. Staff friendly.

Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. Good hotel in a great location.

Hotel well located, but aging. We spent a week there. BE CAREFUL during hot periods (summer): no air conditioning, it is very hot in the attic rooms for the family rooms, on the 3rd floor! intolerable ! A stone's throw from France, the staff does not speak French, and does not make the effort! Most of the staff are friendly, but at breakfast it's hard to get a smile! Let's keep it simple with a pros and cons review! It is becoming rare to find a good address like this for a family with children. We were warmly welcomed throughout the week of our ski vacation. The owners were very attentive to our various requests and did everything they could to meet them. I cannot thank them enough for their support when my vehicle broke down. They reacted as if I were a member of their family. We will come back next winter....

Nice aparthotel. The two bedroom apartment is really cosy, with ample shared space comprising a living room, kitchen and dining room. The bathroom is large and has a nice shower. Beds are comfortable, although they don't have light tables.

Good hotel, you can park without any problem because in Andorra it is difficult if you don't have to pay. The service of the waiter was excellent and the quality was good. Les Pardines is a real gem. Hotel is adjacent to one of Andorra's top hiking areas. Hundreds of cars make the trek to this park where you can walk and be back in time for lunch. Excellent restaurant in beautiful setting. Eat inside or out. Staff was extremely helpful in designing activities and making sure we were having an excellent visit. Quiet and beautiful setting. Insanely good. If you’re not planning to go to Andorra (yet), then do so for the sake of visiting Les Pardines. This beautifully designed hotel is owned by the nicest local farmers family. Very friendly treatment by the staff, there was no parking. The smell in the corridors could be improved. They also didn't put soap in the showers. the room quite good -The breakfast could be improved. They did not put more quantity and the trays were almost empty... Its location is very good too.

The stay has been very pleasant, very attentive and polite, the facilities are very complete with a bar and games area included, the bathrooms very clean, all in good condition. Very close to the funicular to go up to the ski resort, something very positive when you have to carry all the equipment

Hotel hermus has a good vibe, much like.a backpackers hotel, this is a positive because you wilk easily be able to enjoy socialising with the other fellow travellers. The hotel itself is not massively spacious and neither are the lobby, stairway and lift. The rooms are also not family sized and can feel quite cramped. Perfect location for access to the slopes with the funicular and rentals down the bottom of the hill. Room was fine for 2 people to share and was cleaned daily. Staff were helpful with suggestions of places to eat and helped contact the bus company we were using to see if they were on the way. Reason for dropping a star was the noise in the room from the street and out in the hallway was kind of annoying...

We stayed here for a skiing holiday and loved it. Access: The Andbus from Barcelona airport dropped us at the bus stop just across the way, and the free Funicamp Gondola shuttle bus picked us up each morning from the same stop. It's a really nice place. The staff is extremely helpful. Near the Funicamp it takes me 5-7 minutes to walk. I will deffinately come here again! I stayed in Coray few years ago, Guilem is a way better- you feel among friends here. Breakfast is good and sauna is nice. There's a huge area to relax, play table games and other games with kids. The room rate is also pleasant, not very high.

The best hotel in Encamp. We have been here 7 times already. The location, the view from the window, the rooms, the food, the attitude of the staff, the pool and sauna are all top notch.
