The only real down side of this hotel is that it is not located closer to the cable car. The hotel facilities were quite good and the location also convenient for the price, they have a transfer that takes you to the ski resort (special mention to Luisa) who was our driver and was very helpful all the time, even one day we got lost in another area and she came to pick us up when she did not have to. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Pool and jacuzzi area nice with a well equipped gym. Can wait for bar staff to appear. The biggest disappointment is the food. Everything is pretty much cold, including the soup, which is generally watery with little taste. Nice hotel, food is good . Only a couple of flaws , the shuttle bus to the gondola is a bit stressful as everyone wants to leave and go home at the same time which lead to a few altercations in the queue during the week (the bus only holds about 12 to 14 people). Hotel is comfy and nice BUT the restaurant is very busy, food is not very good and tables are too close to each other. Minimum distance not respected at all. Maitre is very grumpy and nose out of the mask ALL the time.

Sara the spa Manageress is so lovely, knowledgable & helpful. My Husband & I spent a wonderful late morning relaxing in the fantastic spa facilities. Unlike many spas it had the added bonus of an infer red light room, which really helped my aching lower back. The jets on the spa pool were lovely & strong. Our stay at Serras Andorra was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were just what we required and the staff anticipated all of our needs before we even had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Well kept property with super helpful staff.

We stayed here over New Year's in the "Penthouse Suite" Our room was very nice and the staff and service is second to none. The New Year's dinner in the restaurant was fun. Great location with plenty of activities. I would definitely stay here again.

An exquisite service, the new concept of the Bruna restaurant is spectacular, with an incredibly complete wine list... and the attention given to children, both in the kids' club and the S room, is priceless. The ski slope next door offers lots of fun and entertainment for the kids.

Superb hotel, located at the bottom of Esquirrel blue run and opposite the chair lift to El Tarter. The chairlift is apr 25m from the front door of the hotel and you can ski down to within 10m of the door at the end of the day. This place is great. It is two ski lifts just outside the door. There are ski lookers in the basement. Super convenient. It has a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a decent sized pool. The staff is always helpful and nice and speaks a bunch of languages. The family rooms are not the cosies, but comfortable beds. There is a large lounge to hang out in also. Oh, yes, you can get Raclette or cheese fondue...

We stayed for a week in a twin room. All the staff have been brilliant and it’s a great place for a skiing trip. Access to the slopes is just outside the hotel. They have lockers for your ski gear. They can arrange your lift pass. I would definitely come again.

We stayed a Friday night with our two children of 6 and 8 in a family room on the second floor. The second floor is also the location of the bar, which had loud music till midnight, not ideal when you have young kids or even if you wish to go to sleep before midnight. A part from that, the staff were lovely, the location of the hotel on the slopes was ideal, and the breakfast buffet was delicious....

The hotel was clean and very fancy even it was so classical but the best point without doubt was the exceptional receptionist who helped us a lot as gave us a very warm service. Wish you the best Carles!

Good location, nice staff, nice big room with a lot of storage space, bus stop right in front of the hotel, lifts, price.

Overall it's ok. Comfortable and the staff is quite nice. The meals served could have a little bit more variety but I'd say the only really negative feature is the internet. If like me you want to get some work done and need a stable connection.. Well.. Forget about it. Just go enjoy the snow and hope you still have your job when back home :)

OK the place is cheap, but clean, staff are excellent and friendly. The food? Worst ever in any hotel I have stayed in. Bless the chef, he tried his best with my vegetarian diet, as most of the evening meal dishes laid out had meat in, but layering pizza with extra cheese just creates a sickening mess with hot raw onion inside....I really wanted to go into the kitchen and educate him in how to cook...

Staff were very friendly. Food lacked variety for example no vegetables or rice to accompany the meat. No lettuce or tomatoes to accompany the salad.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

Summer time in Andorra= STUNNING! The location of The Residence is excellent, right across the street from skiing in the winter, and for me, was within walking distance to fantastic food, a supermarket, and hiking trails. The apartment was very nice, clean, furnished, and the price was INCREDIBLY GOOD. Nothing but good things to say!

The room was equipped with coffee, water and some desserts. Very clean and spacious. The was a humidity related smell when we entered the room, just open the windows for about 10 minutes.

very good - it has limited services (a quite strict hours services) but the apartments were tidy, complete and very comfortable - we went a full family with small children (7 adults and two toddlers) and it was roomy enough to still be comfortable - we even cooked full meals! - very recommended

A cozy 2-bed room apartment with a balcony and separate little garden, both offering nice views of the surroundings. For us, coming with a large car, the spacy underground parking was really appreciated. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Andorra la Vella is only 22 km away, a great place to do some shopping.

Great apartment, especially for the price. We had a really spacious apartment for 4 persons with an incredible nice view on the mountains. Service was really nice too. They called before our stay to check if we wanted to book the ski passes for a better price and at arrival the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Well priced and well equipped apartments, with all modern amenities (washing machine, iron, induction plates, etc...), clean and crisp beddings, conveniently located for el tarter ski slopes and restaurants. Offers on site parking. Mr Amin made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. Recommended.

It's very nice in a basic needs way. Great size for two people or 2+small child. No frills. Incredible hot water and pressure😎always a plus after a day of hiking and shopping. The small town it's situated in is quaint and pretty in that rustic mountain way.

The Jacuzzi and Sauna in the evenings after skiing was perfect and the living room area with a big TV was great for watching the World Cup final. Amazing place all round!

I will say this is definitely the best hostel ever!!!! Best location for ski and hiking, it’s just opposite the ski lift!! and 20mins plus drive to Andorra city for shopping!! We have great time there and enjoy the hot tub in the snow and the mountain view!! The host - Mar is very friendly and helpful for everything, we really have a good time there and definitely will go again, strongly recommended...

One of my favorite hostels in the world! I’ve been there several times during winter and summer, it’s the perfect place to relax after spending the day on the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen and super comfy beds. Not to forget the amazing pool and a real wooden sauna! The staff is amazing as well, special thanks to Mar! :)

One of the best quality hostels I’ve stayed in. The location is ideal being only eight minutes walk from the ski lifts. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and the whole building is spotlessly clean. Coming home to the spa pool and sauna after a long days skiing was the perfect finish. Great for families, solo travels and groups.

Well, i was staying in a hostel for 1 month. I can say that this is the best hostel i have ever stayed. The stuff is super friendly, they become my family for a month a stayed there. Definitely the best hostel in Andorra and not just. Fully Recommended... I will be back ❤️
