Good service and food but the whole hotel smells of chlorine from the spa and some parts smelled like a sewer. Also no good beers are served at the hotel, otherwise good location with 40 m to the lift and right next to the ski shop.

Experience started poorly when we arrived at 11.30pm tired and hungry. We had contacted them in advance and arranged for a cold meal for the party on arrival. The receptionist said the kitchen was closed, there was no food and we would have to sort it in the morning and he walked off. Fortunately one of the waiters was more helpful. Late summer 2017, Coach Tour of Andorra, Hotel Nordic was the Best bit & Fantastic. Staff were helpful and understanding. All rooms have a balcony and our view was stunning. Regular buses to the capital and attractions. Cannilo, caught the ski lift to the ski village, no snow but plenty to keep you interested.

An excellent hotel with a very convenient location for those who love skiing, according to the principle, they went out of the door, put on skis and drove off.

Best staff. Very helpful with everything. Traveled with family & kids on a unplanned road trip - we eneded in the hotel by casualty and enjoyed our short stay. Hiking in the low season + relax in the area.

Superb hotel, located at the bottom of Esquirrel blue run and opposite the chair lift to El Tarter. The chairlift is apr 25m from the front door of the hotel and you can ski down to within 10m of the door at the end of the day. This place is great. It is two ski lifts just outside the door. There are ski lookers in the basement. Super convenient. It has a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a decent sized pool. The staff is always helpful and nice and speaks a bunch of languages. The family rooms are not the cosies, but comfortable beds. There is a large lounge to hang out in also. Oh, yes, you can get Raclette or cheese fondue...

We stayed for a week in a twin room. All the staff have been brilliant and it’s a great place for a skiing trip. Access to the slopes is just outside the hotel. They have lockers for your ski gear. They can arrange your lift pass. I would definitely come again.

We stayed a Friday night with our two children of 6 and 8 in a family room on the second floor. The second floor is also the location of the bar, which had loud music till midnight, not ideal when you have young kids or even if you wish to go to sleep before midnight. A part from that, the staff were lovely, the location of the hotel on the slopes was ideal, and the breakfast buffet was delicious....

The hotel was clean and very fancy even it was so classical but the best point without doubt was the exceptional receptionist who helped us a lot as gave us a very warm service. Wish you the best Carles!

Great apartment, especially for the price. We had a really spacious apartment for 4 persons with an incredible nice view on the mountains. Service was really nice too. They called before our stay to check if we wanted to book the ski passes for a better price and at arrival the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. Overall a really good stay, will come back another time for sure.

Well priced and well equipped apartments, with all modern amenities (washing machine, iron, induction plates, etc...), clean and crisp beddings, conveniently located for el tarter ski slopes and restaurants. Offers on site parking. Mr Amin made us feel welcomed and was very helpful. Recommended.

It's very nice in a basic needs way. Great size for two people or 2+small child. No frills. Incredible hot water and pressure😎always a plus after a day of hiking and shopping. The small town it's situated in is quaint and pretty in that rustic mountain way.

Nice apartment, well located for el tarter parking lot, modern equipment that's good quality. Room for 5 in the bedrooms plus a fold out couch that can be separated from the main room by a sliding door.

Apartment was very well designed with extremely good storage and perfect for six adults. Everyone reported that beds were nice and comfy, and communal space and kitchen well equipped. Excellent location - nice mountain view, close to ski slopes..

Great apartments in El Tarter, Andorra really close (100 metters) to Albarset and funicular to El Tarter snowpark (400 metters). The house was clean and the all the equipment of the house was working and in great shape. The house was cosy with a fireplace, which we didn't use because it was not necessary. There is free WiFi all over the house and a garage (remember outside the parking is paid). Great...

We stayed in one of a few privately owned apartments in the block, rented via Homeaway. It was comfortable, clean and cosy once it had warmed up. A private indoor parking space included but Max height 2m so our Sharan with ski box would not fit. Street parking metered but cheap. Walk to ski lift about 400m. Guests renting direct from Pierre et Vacancies pay extra for indoor parking.

The place is fine, the guest service fatal! bad attitude of the host and bad directions to get to the place.

It is a beautiful place. To spend a vacation cool and out of the hustle and bustle of the masses. Do not miss it.
