Access: The Andbus from Barcelona airport dropped us at the bus stop just across the way, and the free Funicamp Gondola shuttle bus picked us up each morning from the same stop. Great hotel with a very professional and kind staff. They explain you everything you need to know. Very helpful for the first time. A hotel with a lot of facilities and excellent location. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back again!!!

Very clean. Staff excellent. Nice pool and hot tubs. Lovely gardens. Decent restaurant. Only negative that it's very hot in the rooms and no air con or fans available.

It's a really nice place. The staff is extremely helpful. Near the Funicamp it takes me 5-7 minutes to walk. I will deffinately come here again! I stayed in Coray few years ago, Guilem is a way better- you feel among friends here. Breakfast is good and sauna is nice. There's a huge area to relax, play table games and other games with kids. The room rate is also pleasant, not very high.

Honestly this place deserves more than 3.9! I would give it mid 4 stars… it is not “luxury” but it is a really great value - the rooms are remodeled with comfy beds and everything you need in toiletries, the breakfast is great, and the staff are incredibly friendly! The bus stop for the free Funibus that takes you to the gondola is literally right in front of the hotel and there’s decent food options...

We got a weird room initially not like on photos – small, dark, no balcony or window open, but they switched us to a better room the next day. The breakfast and the staff. Janicleber, who works at the reception, was simply a blast. He was extremely kind and helpful, a part from being a very pleasant person. He definitely made the difference and I would recommend the property based on the assistance provided from his end.

Our son stayed here for a week earlier this month as part of a school trip from the UK, and he loved it - food, rooms, staff, everything. Perfect location for access to the slopes with the funicular and rentals down the bottom of the hill. Room was fine for 2 people to share and was cleaned daily. I have spent a full month at Hotel Univers due to being able to work remotely and I wanted to ski. I felt like I was living in someone’s home. A group of us stayed here for a week with a half board option. Our rooms were clean and it was nice to have a balcony and a fridge. The weather was very hot when we stayed and there is no air conditioning. It is good for its price. Good breakfast and very tasty supper(dinner). Not far from the elevator Funikamp. Rooms are not very big but enough for living for a week or a bit more. There is everything you need for having good sport holidsys with ski or snowboarding.

Solid 4 stars. We needed somewhere cheap to stay for a ski weekend and this hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable toilet, good breakfast. Very friendly staff and easy transportation. I went here on a ski trip with my school and the room was very basic, they had 1 plug in the middle of a double bed (we were sharing it as a 2 person room) so we ended up having to unplug the T.V. just to charge our phones. Exceptional hotel! There is a very friendly and family atmosphere, rooms are nice and clean (cleaning done every day) and the food is delicious. We have asked for vegetarian version and the meals were amazing. Also my mother, doesn’t eat gluten and it wasn’t any problem for staff! Hotel is frozen in 70s. Restaurant looks like from cold war,corridors are cold and lift are prehistoric. What is more important for ski lovers breakfast are very poor. Hotel hermus has a good vibe, much like.a backpackers hotel, this is a positive because you wilk easily be able to enjoy socialising with the other fellow travellers. Arne de neu, is a family hotel well located in encamp, the owner is very Atent with the guest und Serve a good breakfast. The rooms are good and clean

Stephen the owner is great, true professional. There was a slight problem when we arrived but this is where you see how good a business is in how they react. Stephen explained everything clearly and I had a great stay here.

I (unfortunately), did not stay in the hotel, but I did visit the bar/cafe that is connected to the hotel. Very friendly owners, I am 100 percent sure the hotel has great service as it are the same owners and it is in the same building as the cafe and that had an awesome service. WiFi available possible digital nomad working spot. The combination of the hotel with the bar is excellent for solo travelers...

Well, it's a fine 4* aparthotel. Everything's OK, except for the meals. They could be much better. Also more English-speaking staff would be appreciated.

In August the Restaurant and cafe/bar were closed. No aircon they are geared for winter. Great room good facilities including tv with some english. The staff were very friendly.

It is an extraordinary mountain hotel with the maximum comforts in an idyllic setting and with all the services taken care of in detail, the bed, the smell of the soaps, the lighting, the cleanliness and a wonderful restaurant. Apart from the friendliness and attention of all the service and its owners.

Insanely good. If you’re not planning to go to Andorra (yet), then do so for the sake of visiting Les Pardines. This beautifully designed hotel is owned by the nicest local farmers family. You’ll come back from your stay as a new person, with a super comfi rooms, a cozy spa and Bob Ross-like views. Also: we visited off-season (September) which we highly recommend!

Really good. I don't give a maximum mark because in room 16 the toilet door is upside down. These are important details that must be taken care of at certain levels

Spacious, well connected to the station and with lockers to store your ski equipment. The only drawback is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well and depends on the phone. I would repeat if I return to Andorra
