Ewan Tower Hotel Apartments

nfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not up to expectations due to several issues. Firstly, there was an unpleasant smell coming from both the bathroom and the kitchen area, as well as a strong odor of smoke throughout the apartment , making the environment quite uncomfortable. The smell was so overpowering that it made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep.

The bed was also not comfortable, adding to the lack of restfulness during my stay. The room had no carpets on the tile floors, which made it feel cold and less inviting. Additionally, despite the hotel having more than 20 floors, the elevator service was slow, with wait times often exceeding 10 minutes, which was particularly frustrating when in a hurry. Furthermore, the hotel currently does not have a swimming pool, which was a significant disappointment as it limited the recreational options available.

I will keep it short and easy !!

Positive :

The hotel staffs were nice and well mannered.
Apartments are huge and spacious.
The hotel has one of the best views in the city.
Has parking facility within the property.
Restaurants and Grocery stores nearby !!
Budget friendly.

Negative:

The whole property is old and worn out even though it looks brand new from the outside.
It’s dirty and visibly dirty inside the apartment.
The Washrooms are a mess ! It leaks, it clogs and it’s filthy.
Electrical issues ! The refrigerator wasn’t even working & had it fixed myself once I figured out what was wrong. (The maintenance guy never showed up)
