We've been there on Christmas ? 2019. It's a real flat what is very convenient. Supervisors are good, but some stuff in the restaurant can be unfriendly. My only point of improvement: A/C at max 23 degrees was too cold for me. I missed an extra 2 degrees. The gym and pool area need development. I was doing in lobby floor of my room. Yoga on grass is very good but the yoga culture is not there in Sharjah. Rest the hotel hospitality was good and they tried to make stay of mine family comfortable 🙏

It was a surprise to us the way your front office organized complimentary birthday cake. Staff was very helpful and private beach was awesome. Breakfast was ok even tough the variety of food was limited for vegetarians. We recommended to have bathtub in rooms.

Junior suits are right above the road, we had to stay on the 6th floor, the hotel was fully booked and there were no other options. So we couldn't sleep the whole night coz of car noises. Starting from level 11 and above it might be better. Also food might have better hygiene, me and my child had stomach problems.
