Particular attention to fitness room, which is huge compared to other hotel (better ranked), well fitted with new equipment and in the top of it the gym and fitness coach Pranav pj. He’s present 12/6. He’s professional, attentive. He coach efficiently, shows the moves, correct them if not done properly and set up adapted program according to what you wish to work. He’s a real added value to this nice place.
While the stay was pleasant, there are a few maintenance and procedural issues that, if addressed, would substantially improve the guest experience:
Bathroom Drainage Issues: The shower in the main bathroom experienced significant drainage problems, causing water to flow onto the bathroom floor rather than down the drain. A professional plumbing inspection is needed to rectify this issue.
Second Bathroom Facilities: The bathtub in the second bathroom was notably small, making showering inconvenient and uncomfortable.
Fixture Maintenance: The shower curtain/rug in one of the bathrooms was of poor quality and was coming on our face while showering due to breeze and I hated it.
Check-in Procedures (Hot Water Heater): During check-in, we were not instructed on how to activate the water heater. Guests arriving from certain countries, such as the USA, are accustomed to automated hot water systems and are unfamiliar with manually switching on a heater unit. A brief explanation during the check-in orientation would be beneficial for international visitors.

The room was great. Spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfy. Having the little kitchenette was a nice bonus for making coffee and snacks. The view of the creek from our window was a lovely surprise.
The pool area is a real highlight. Big, never felt crowded, and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. All the staff we met were really nice and helpful.
Honestly, for the price and location, it's a solid choice. It’s not a fancy beach resort, but if you want a comfortable, convenient place to crash while you explore the city, I’d definitely recommend it. We’d stay again.

Pranav is always present in the gym from morning till late hours, and during my visits at these hours, I have consistently found him actively involved in training sessions, guiding guests with patience, care, and expertise. His dedication is truly commendable. His positive attitude motivates guests and creates a welcoming environment in the gym.
The value he brings to the hotel and its residents cannot be overstated. I strongly believe Pranav PJ deserves recognition for his outstanding service. He is a true asset to the property.
