I do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet. This place is unlike any other hotel in the world. They have absolutely no respect for the “Do Not Disturb” sign. They knock on the door and call the room phone while you are sleeping, constantly waking you up despite the sign being clearly displayed.
I have spoken to them many times about this, as I have stayed here more than once, but nothing changed. I even escalated the issue to management and begged them to add a note not to contact me — yet they still call and knock on the door as if I am sleeping on the street.
If you value your rest, avoid this hotel.

⚠️ Worst hotel experience of my life — Hotel Alain in Ajman
I am absolutely furious with how this hotel is allowed to operate. The entire place reeks of cigarettes, like the walls, carpets, and rooms have been soaked in smoke for years. I walked in and immediately felt sick — and the worst part? It got my 2-month-old daughter sick too.
How can a “hotel” allow this level of disgusting smell when families and babies are staying there? It’s unsafe, unhealthy, and completely unacceptable. We couldn’t even sleep because the smell was so strong it burned our throats and made us cough nonstop.
The staff did NOTHING. Not even an apology. No room change. No refund. Just ignored the fact that my infant was breathing this nasty air.
I will never stay here again and I’m warning everyone: DO NOT stay at Hotel Alain in Ajman. It’s dirty, unhealthy, and they clearly do not care about guests’ health.

the rooms and prices are good but problem is their TV is very old , and I’m one the regular visitor so if they update their rooms it will be very good

I had a function held there & the staff were so helpful, specially Mr. Vishnu he was very kind person & really helpful. I felt lucky to had a function out there in that hotel with a bunch of wonderful staff & management. That now I feel I got the most amazing place to recommend to the people & Friend cum brother Mr. Vishnu. The food was so nice that not even a single thing I can't recommend. Should go for there menu it's great with taste.

After a very long trip all the way from Canada I stayed at Al Ain Hotel in Ajman, and the smell of humidity in the rooms was very unpleasant. It felt like everything was very old, and the odor was impossible to ignore. I couldn’t sleep because of that , which greatly affected my comfort. I hope the hotel management can address this issue as it significantly impacts the guest experience.”
