Perfect place to stay in Kruje We had great rooms with balconies overlooking the bazaar. Breakfast was delicious. We had a couple of issues - neither room had any cold water at the basin which made cleaning teeth unpleasant. And no toilet roll in one room on arrival. Great hotel with all the necessities, good location just besides the kruje bazar and close to kruje castle. The hotel has good wifi, is clean and has a nice restaurant. The reception is friendly and has some good recommendations on what to do and how to get around in the area. The only downside is no fitness area.

Unlike the bad reviews I had a good experience just because I get to the airport 2.5 hours before my flight- things were smooth and they were even accepting & scanning boarding pass on A4 sheets both black & white & coloured. Even though, i had received assurance that I would receive everything that came with my room, some things like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided which inconvenienced my friends and I a lot. Although they gave me a different room typology from the one I have booked (which it was also at a different building) they were quick to change us to the right one. The hotel was a bit tricky to find (the taxi driver couldn't find it even with the address) but the room was cosy, good facilities, didn't like the spa much, but a good hotel to spend the night.

My third visit to Albania and stay at the Prestige Hotel. Friendly staff certainly makes you feel very welcome and the rooms are a good size and comfortable.
