Very nice hotel with perfect employees.
Hotel technical personel Arian helped me to recharge my veichle battery when I forgot my lamps on during the night.
Though the rooms need little bir renovation, hotel and surroundings are very nice.
Will prefer staying here in my next Albania trip.

Really enjoyed my visit here! The main dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. The staff was attentive and the restaurant itself had a warm, cozy atmosphere. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the fries arrived late, cold, and half-cooked, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the rest of the meal made up for it, and I’ll gladly come back anytime. The spicy pizza was very good and their salmon was good too.

I've traveled to over 20 countries and stayed in many hotels. However, I've never encountered a hotel that couldn't solve so many problems. The final straw was the water shut off the day we stayed, leaving us unable to even shower. The food was fast, but the service was lacking in flavor.

It was a horrible HORRIBLE experience. When we arrived at 22.00, there was no water. We couldn’t use bathroom, take a shower. It was a necessity after a really long day. I cannot believe how a hotel cannot fix that or have a back up plan. Worst experince ever. I will tell all the tour companies, this kind of service is unacceptable.
I hope no one experience this, however depending on the last reviews I don’t think so. This is a critical problem and they are not trying to solve it!!

**Room:** The room we were eventually given was acceptable. However, upon arrival, we encountered an issue, which was fortunately resolved the following day thanks to the director’s kindness and professionalism. Rooms are in need of proper maintenance. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was adequate, though nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. **Cleanliness:** The restaurant and reception areas were reasonably clean. However, during our 8-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only made the bed and replaced towels—no additional cleaning was done. **Overcharges:** On several occasions, the in-house restaurant charged me more than the prices listed on the receipt. I also heard similar complaints from other guests. This happened again a few days ago; I brought it to the waiter’s attention, but no action was taken. Additionally, the waiter was quite rude. To make matters worse, there was a significant price increase on the menu two days ago. As a result, my friends and I have decided not to dine there anymore. Always double-check the amount they want to charge you, especially at the in-house restaurant. **Hotel Rating:** This hotel is not up to 4-star standards. Based on our experience, it feels more like a 2.5-star establishment.

I also heard from other guests that they had similar experiences. This happened again tonight; I pointed it out to the waiter, but nothing was done. Additionally, two days ago, there was a significant increase in the menu prices. Although we still have four nights left at this hotel, my friends and I have decided not to dine here anymore.

The Resort offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern decor and lovely pool views. The food is excellent, with a variety of local and international dishes, and the breakfast buffet is a standout.
The outdoor pool is large, well-maintained, and family-friendly, with a dedicated children’s area. There’s also an indoor pool for colder days. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax, with great service, food, and amenities. Highly recommended! 👍

Lovely Resort, was easy to check in. They gave us welcome drinks on arrival which was a nice gesture. Delicious food in Restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a fantastic stay with my family. Highly Recommend this resort and their staff is their greatest asset. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you for everything!

We were a family of 5 adults and a 3yo toddler. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Tirana city in a quiet area. We were renting two cars so had no problem in getting here. Parking was nice and big. The shopping mall 5-10 mins walking distance where we used to go for a shopping or a meal. Room was nice, air conditioned and clean. Comfortable bed. We had some very minor issues setting the right water temperature when showering.
Our son enjoyed sleeping in a baby cot, they provided small pillow and the bedding for cot and it was very cozy in there. The hotel has a restaurant on site with delicious food served quickly + kids menu. During our stay we had a live music performance on a stage what we enjoyed. Just next to the restaurant there is a kids playground where our toddler loved spending time. It is a bit outdated, but kids were enjoying it. There is also an outdoor pool, but we used it only once since it is not the heated one. We loved the SPA facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, salt room). It was not busy so our family enjoyed it after busy days driving and exploring the country. The staff were nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Dirty rooms, hairdryer didn't worked they fix it after several calls and complains, shower was not working properly and had some parts broken, rude staff, very poor breakfast, salad at lunch with many insects. The worst hotel experience we've ever had
