Mike has been an absolute legend the entire 4 week stay, regardless of time of day he always smiled, had a laugh with us and made us feel downright special.
Super accommodating, considerate and kind.
His actions are the little things in life you actually look back at as the most important.
The cleaning employees and other services were all just as accommodating.

From the moment I walked in, Mike made me feel like royalty. Not the stiff, awkward kind—more like the fun, scandalous kind who gets invited to yacht parties and knows where the good snacks are. He handed me my room key like it was the sword of destiny, and I swear the lobby lighting got brighter when he smiled.
Need extra towels? Mike’s already halfway to your room with them. Lost your will to live after a long flight? Mike will revive it with a dad joke and a complimentary cookie. Confused by the minibar pricing? Mike will break it down like a TED Talk with interpretive dance.
He remembered my name, my coffee order, and the fact that I once cried during a Pixar movie. I didn’t even tell him that last part—he just knew.
In short: Mike is the kind of guy who makes you want to extend your stay, write a song about him, and name your next houseplant in his honor. If this hotel ever loses him, I’ll start a petition, a protest, and possibly a shrine.
