Royal On The Park

This is an excellent hotel. Not a 'big chain' hotel experience. It was right across the road from the Botanic Gardens. It is excellently located. The staff and service were outstanding. The rooms were large and clear. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this hotel, its rooms, its food, and its staff. I was very happy with the whole experience.,

Fantastic location next to Botanic Gardens, lovely clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, lovely garden view out the window.
Staff were attentive and polite, buffet breakfast had all the regular items and paid parking $20 was easy with loading unloading bags at front reception then parking at rear.
Pool and spa area looked welcoming although we did not have time to use it.

A great hotel! Wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff and a large comfortable room. The bar is awesome, cosy and comfortable, and the breakfast has a wide selection of hot and cold food.
A really nice 2 night stay close to restaurants, bars and park.

We book this hotel for its price, its not as expensive as other hotel around. When I saw the picture I didn't expect much, but surprisingly the hotel is great! Clean room, comfy & spacious bed, the location is great, and the europe vibes is nice. Its a pleasant experience.

This renovated vintage hotel has plush decor and class. The location is opposite Brisbane Botanical Gardens and located on a quiet corner of Brisbane CBD. The rooms are comfortable and classic 4+* . Room service is excellent. The on-site Walnut Restaurant is high quality.
We have stayed there twice recently. The check-in process is slow, be sure to have your parking ticket validated or you will not be able to exit. The main negative is the shower. They leak water and the bathroom floor ends up water logged. Be careful with where the shower head faces and phone housekeeping for more bathmats.

I picked this place because of location and parking and wasn't disappointed. The rooms were nice and large, the bathroom renovated with fancy toilet and bidet:)) absolutely loved the pillows, bed was a bit too soft but I had a good night sleep. Good noise insulation. There were couple of downfalls hence only 4 stars - they only gave us 1 set of towels for 2 people and the windows were pretty dirty, the view was not exactly as pictures on the site. I didn't mind the hotel but I think there are better options for that price in Brisbane.
