The room is big and clean. The hotel is also conveniently located.

Staying in a hotel in the bay, a loft-style suite, I woke up early and was amazed by the beautiful view. This business trip is worth it! The cafe not far away is not bad

The hotel location is very good, 5-minute walk to Salamanca Market, got nice seaview. The only thing I’d suggest for improvement is the hygiene part, the hotel staff needs to remove the sofa cushions and vaccum the sofa, a lot of food leftovers there like chips, nuts, etc.

Located at the harbor pier, it has its own parking space, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants around and the quality is not low. The Salamanca Market is also nearby, so food, accommodation and transportation are convenient.

We are glad to share our positive stay experience with you. The Somerset staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they made us feel right at home. Our apartment was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities such as comfortable beds, clean towels, and toiletries.

The hotel provided excellent customer service, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel's location was also perfect, as it was close to all the major attractions we wanted to visit.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Somerset, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and extended stay - We're here for 6 nights and each night was memorable. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Lovely clean rooms, amazing location and staff fantastic.
Marked down slightly due to the vermin & seagulls that seemed to run up and down all night right above our heads on the building roof ... not sure if anything can be done there though to resolve the issue...

The room is relatively old, but the view and location are good. The TV can only watch satellite TV. The most important thing is that the check out is too early. Other hotels are at 2 pm and they are 10:00

Amazing, we stayed in a room with a balcony and it's been a great little loft room to relax in. We are travelling with a 20mth old, great to escape the city to relax and watch the boats. We've spotted many seals. The staff have been wonderful and accommodating, parking was easy keep in mind they only have 18 spots for parking, the location right on the water is fantastic.
