The facility was very close to the main street and an easy walk to all areas. Good secure parking underground. Room was good and had all appliances. Wi-fi a little slow

Second to None Meridian Port Douglas was a delight of our holiday. The rooms are well presented. Great AC and ceiling fans, comfortable bed. Fantastic swimming pool and staff very informative, friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely place and the staff are incredible too. Must stay. I love my time here

Wonderful room with direct access to a lovely pool and bbq area. Location to the Main Street and lots of dining options. Communication prior to arrival was a bit patchy for late arrival details, issues with the system sending entry info.

I’ve just had my second stay and love staying at Shantara. I would choose to stay there time and time again. The rooms are basic but that’s reflected in the pricing and you have most things you need. I have never had any issues with other guests ruining the peace and quite for everyone else. Thanks for having us!

In theory Shantara is good. Location is great, has a pool and spa, is adults only, and has lovely pool access rooms. The reception staff are lovely but they work very limited hours so people do what they want. I think adults truly do understand and respect the value of peace and quiet. There was minimal need to have to pick up a phone and request any kind of service because it was all there. Amazing property and facilities and staff are lovely. Lots of restaurants, shops and rhings to do within walking distance. Close to the marina and easy to book tours nearby.

I'm writing on behalf of my grandparents, because they wanted to leave a review, but can't use google. We have been staying at Reef Club Resort for 17 years, and during the past 8 years, while Lea and Joe have been managing the Reef Club. They have been very caring, and have met all our needs. We will return next year!

Problems with phone check-in. Not recommended if you are not confident in English. I couldn't hear him and asked him to repeat several times, he sighed in frustration and suddenly hung up the phone. I admit my English was poor, but he was irresponsible. What was he thinking? I felt very sad. If you are a tourist from a non-English speaking country, I don't recommend this place.

Excellent stay at this apartment which had all the amenities we needed. Close to centre of port douglas and 4 mile beach. Would highly recommend

The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was easy and we were given a high chair for the baby. The room was really nice and big and a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hotel is so close to the beach and offer toys for the kids to borrow. The only downsides are there is no lift so we had to get all our suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs, and we did not fit...

The property was in a good position, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The pool and garden area were well maintained. Unfortunately our apartment was near the main road, so there was a lot of traffic noise. Also the bathroom needed an upgrade,the photos on the website were quite misleading.

Need to put more supplies for people staying for more than 2 days.

Unique property, can't beat the location for being central to everything walkable. Nice and quiet. Large rooms and roomy apartment. Well presented, clean, loved our stay. If we come back to Port Douglas we will definitely stay here! Thanks

Very well located in the heart of Port Douglas. Everything is within walking distance, no need for a car unless exploring other areas. Abundant dinning options right outside the front door. Also close to the Marina for a boat trip to the outer reef.

Very central to Port Douglas. The staff are very friendly and there are two pools on site. The beds are pretty average and the bins (that are kept under reception near the front entrance) smell something shocking. So walking in or out on hot days is pretty unappealing.

Great accommodation rooms are clean and have all you need. They are nicely decorated and the bed is soft and extremely comfortable. Staff are all friendly, made us feel welcome and were happy to answer any questions. If ever we visited this area again we would not hesitate to stay here.

The apartment is a good size and great location if you want to be in town. It was a 10 minute walk to 4 mile beach which is lovely. Jo was very helpful with suggestions and let us check out late.

A lovely aparthotel run by a lovely couple who recommended local restaurants and was able to book excursions for me. I would absolutely return to the Macrossan if staying in Port Douglas again.

Great position on the main street, so close to shops and eateries. Well maintained and comfortable rooms. Lovely owners who were very helpful. Would happily stay again.

The roomy apartment was in the heart of town. Easy walk to the marina and park and beautiful Cliff trail. Good AC and comfy bed. Below garage parking.

From Melbourne to Magnetic Island, every style of accommodation (Motels, Abnbs, Guest houses etc.) has been of a very high standard, clean, well maintained and very welcoming. This was an average everyday apartment - it was clean and close to the beach. It is a trek into port Douglas town from the apartment but a nice 4km walk on the beach. Nice pool and quiet. Would have been good to have a few tea bags/ coffee etc for a starter pack as nothing in the kitchen

The TiTree was a great place to stay. The apartment was very spacious and had a full kitchen which was great for our family. We were close to the pool and the cool spa was a bonus. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t get to use the nice bbq area or the tennis courts. I’d stay longer next time.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious with balcony and patio. It had plenty of cooking appliances, most were brand new. The washing machine and dishwasher were great to have. The complex has a pool and tennis court. It is a 5 min. walk to the Four Mile Beach, has some nice dining options nearby, and is only a 5min. drive to Port Douglas town center. I had a great time staying at TiTree Resort, highly recommend staying here. Easy accessible, within walking distance to top locations and run by the family who have a lot of knowledge to share on the area and its surrounds. Very reasonably priced as well :)

This was an amazing stay! Very close to both the beach and town, the location is perfect! The pool was great, and Toni was extremely responsive and nice. We stayed at Coral Sea Villas for 10 nights, location is perfect. Walking distance to all everything. Hosts Toni & Bruno are fantastic and truly accommodating to help with all your needs. The apartment was 2 bedroom with loft style 2nd bedroom with full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Will definitely be back again!!

Fabulous apartment units on 3 levels. Units are very well appointed, clean, with all amenities available. The pool was so refreshing after a day out. The managers are very helpful and informative. The only minor criticism would be that the beds are a little too firm.

Went to Australia for three weeks and the White House was the best place we stayed! Helen and Tony are the best hosts, they went above and beyond, they even helped my friend get her lost passport back from our previous accommodation 100s of miles from Port Douglas! Perfect place for a stay in Port Douglas. Quiet location that is very close to the beach and the main street. My family had two apartments next to each other which was super handy. Both were modern, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is great and surrounded by beautiful gardens that can also be enjoyed from the balconies.

Friends were joining us in Port Douglas for a big celebration so we wanted an apartment with two similar-sized bedrooms. We stayed at the White House for 4 weeks over July/August. Palm Villas are a great location and convenient to all amenities and tourist places. Unit 18, (upstairs) was quiet and has a nice little view through a laneway to Macrossan Street. Bed was comfortable and apartment had great cooling, although we didn’t use the aircon. Wifi was good and fridge was super cold. Fantastic!
