Second year we visited the restaurant and had our daughter's birthday there while on a holiday in Sveti Vlas. Staff is very hardworking. Good menu with delicious food. The best things about the place is the big kids room fully equipped for birthdays or even just a relaxing lunch or dinner. It has everything needed for kids to have fun.

The place is simply amazing! It doesn't get any better than this if you want a peaceful atmosphere and cozy holiday. The rooms are clean and tidy, and everything here is runned with love and passion. The food is outstanding and the staff is friendly and polite. I would give it six stars if I can.

I stayed there last year August for two weeks and I can highly recommend this place for everybody! Close to many restaurants, beach and shops, yet peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Staff's professionalism is on the highest level, rooms spacious and very comfortable. Top floor views are spectacular! Worth every penny 👍

A 2 star hotel with a half board reservation at a very good price. It could be easily a 3 star ,is very clean. The food was ok nothing special and the service good I go for 5 star because of the small price I pay for the stay

Great place to rest, calm and cosy, next to beach. Clean and friendly, but... INTERNET very very poor, no chance to "work at holiday" 😱, even YouTube not working. So - great to stay, especially with kids, lovely place, but no chance to stable connection. Generally 5 stars.

The hotel is 2 stars but we were pleased to find out the room was cleaned every day, which we didn't get even in some 4 stars hotels in that area. The half board has a good choice of food and is a very good value for the price we paid. Menší, opravdu rodinný hotel. Pán vedoucí je skvělý. Slečna recepční velmi milá, stále usměvavá 🙂 Ubytování je dostačující, klimatizace, bazén a každé ráno snídaně. Jednotná pro všechny, (žádný švédský stůl), ale chutná a to chválím, žádné plýtvání jídlem . Za mě spokojenost 🙂.

Good service, good food, friendly and helpful staff. It is fairly priced, don't expect anything fancy. Take into consideration that you should walk about 10-15 min to the seaside. Suitable for traveling with kids.

The Good - nice pool, big rooms, sufficient parking space, mostly quiet and relaxing place, not overly crowded. The Bad - NO facilities at all! No bar, no restoraunt, no spa, no fitness, nothing! Room and pool is all you got.

Clean, quiet nice hotel, suitable for families with small children. I recommend! The beach is not far, but the path is quite steep and the beach is gorgeous, white sand clear sea!

Melia is a good complex territory, although small, but everything is of high quality. Close to the sea. It is a pity that they closed their restaurant - it was tasty and cozy there .... but in general Ravda is a very good and pleasant place in Bulgaria. There is no fuss of the city, quietly safe, comfortable ..

This is the second year I've stayed. The apartments are nice and clean. This year mine was in the second building and had some small issues. The TV did not work at all and while there was Wi-Fi available it had no actual Internet access. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes as is the walk to nearby shops and restaurants. All in all a good experience and I'll look to stay again next time.

Excellent place, the rooms are clean with balcony all that needs, quite place near Market, and 5 minutes from beach, the owner give me olso free parking, fully satisfied from guys, no English speakers but friendly and professionals.

Good value for money, given the area in which it is located, which is very expensive as it is a beach area We booked through booking, everything correct. I would recommend that payment by card be facilitated or at least be notified before the payment must be made in cash

The Hotel is very good. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, the check-in and check-out was smooth and took no more than 5 minutes combined. We stayed for one night and you couldn't really ask for much more from the stay. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience.

The pool was very clean. The staff is super friendly and with good service! They allowed our cats to sleep with us. The parking is under the ground so the cars are not outside during the hot days. Me, my wife and our cat’s recommend this place!!!

Beautiful, peaceful place, suitable for families with little children. Polite and friendly staff. Hotel is located in the calm part of the Ravda. Rooms are clean and in my case not dameged, but of course they are not new. Hotel room service was in my point of view OK. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were OK (size) but it cannot be compared with much larger hotels with all inclusive

Beautiful views and friendly staff! Close to the beach, has private underground parking and a clean swimming pool which is open til midnight. We were let down a little by the standard of the rooms. It's clean but our air-conditioning wasn't working properly and the plug was broken. In another room the fridge wasn't working. The bathrooms are small and don't have a shower curtain.

Clean and quiet hotel by the sea with a swimming pool, restaurant and playground for kids. The food in the restaurant was very good. The kitchen boxes in the rooms lacked stoves.

We were here from 7 to 14 September with two children 10 and 13. We were absolutely satisfied with everything, accommodation was like on the pictures on booking, breakfast and dinner was good bulgarian food and we were happy to try it. Every day were rooms cleaned and towels changed. Near the sea, near the town and restaurations. Pleasant family hotel with sympathetic owner and their family.Wery good...

Last week i found what i've been lookin for at the Bijou Hotel in Ravda. It's a nice not to big hotel directly located at the Black Sea and on walking distance from Ravda centre. I had full service for the whole week and the staff is very helpfull and friendly. The bar/pool on top of the hotel gives a nice view over the sea and coast. Thanks to the staff and i will be back.

Excellent service in the dining room and at the reception. Amazing bulgarian cuisine, traditional even seaside.Great fish, octopuses, mussels, excellent wine and beer, which the staff can treat well. I can only recommend the services and staff of this hotel.

The hotel is situated right next to the sea and offers great views to its guests. The room was nice and clean and from the balcony we could look at the beautiful Black Sea. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they make you feel at home. Thank you! We will definitely come again!

I like it very much. It's quiet and you don't have noisy neighbors to disturb you. The view from the terrace is of the buildings, blocks and car park which I don't think is a bad thing. It doesn't have to be towards the sea. That works too.

I would have easily given 5* if the initial description of the place wasn't misleading. We booked a room with sea view and sofa. It looks they all are advertise like that. We got a room with a pool view, no problem and no sofa, also no problem as we really only used this apartment to sleep. There is a big fridge but nothing absolutely nothing in the kitchen. No kettle, cutlery, plates. Nothing! Again...

Very pleased with the hotel. We had kitchen and a small pool. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and you have all kind of stores and restaurants around you. The only negative thing is the wifi which you can use on first floors and the pool.
