A 2 star hotel with a half board reservation at a very good price. It could be easily a 3 star ,is very clean. The food was ok nothing special and the service good I go for 5 star because of the small price I pay for the stay

Great place to rest, calm and cosy, next to beach. Clean and friendly, but... INTERNET very very poor, no chance to "work at holiday" 😱, even YouTube not working. So - great to stay, especially with kids, lovely place, but no chance to stable connection. Generally 5 stars.

The hotel is 2 stars but we were pleased to find out the room was cleaned every day, which we didn't get even in some 4 stars hotels in that area. The half board has a good choice of food and is a very good value for the price we paid. It was very busy with tourists from all over Europe (Hungary, Scandinavian, Russian, Romanian, French) but still quiet and restful. Staff is very friendly and polite...

Quiet and peaceful place, clean and tidy in the complex, the beaches are small but not overcrowded, the river is a more normal size, the sand is black. Ideal for young children! The only downside is that the restaurant and shop are closed this year, the shop is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. :)

I’m going there to play squash, because there are two courts in the hotel. Not sure about everything else, but the courts are good enough. The restaurants inside the complex are also nice.

If it weren’t for the stench from the nearby sewage treatment plant, the sea full of algae, and the lack of more organized infrastructure such as a promenade or sidewalks, this place would be beautiful.

Nice facilities,rooms,great food and service. The parking is paid and bring your own beach umbrellas (not enough). A lot of people from Poland, Ukraine and Czech Republic.

First time visiting this complex. Amazing place. Great pools, bars and restaurants. Everything you might need is available on-site. Next year we will be back for sure!

First line located gated holiday complex with 2 Pool areas, Restaurants, Supermarket, Gym and Wellness. Very friendly service and a good place for a relaxed family vacation.

The Good - nice pool, big rooms, sufficient parking space, mostly quiet and relaxing place, not overly crowded. The Bad - NO facilities at all! No bar, no restoraunt, no spa, no fitness, nothing! Room and pool is all you got.

Very peaceful and quiet. Most apartments are sold and are not being rented. For that reason, there aren't many people.

Clean, quiet nice hotel, suitable for families with small children. I recommend! The beach is not far, but the path is quite steep and the beach is gorgeous, white sand clear sea!

Melia is a good complex territory, although small, but everything is of high quality. Close to the sea. It is a pity that they closed their restaurant - it was tasty and cozy there .... but in general Ravda is a very good and pleasant place in Bulgaria. There is no fuss of the city, quietly safe, comfortable ..

This is the second year I've stayed. The apartments are nice and clean. This year mine was in the second building and had some small issues. The TV did not work at all and while there was Wi-Fi available it had no actual Internet access. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes as is the walk to nearby shops and restaurants. All in all a good experience and I'll look to stay again next time.

I would have easily given 5* if the initial description of the place wasn't misleading. We booked a room with sea view and sofa. It looks they all are advertise like that. We got a room with a pool view, no problem and no sofa, also no problem as we really only used this apartment to sleep. There is a big fridge but nothing absolutely nothing in the kitchen. No kettle, cutlery, plates. Nothing! Again...

Very pleased with the hotel. We had kitchen and a small pool. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and you have all kind of stores and restaurants around you. The only negative thing is the wifi which you can use on first floors and the pool.

Our family has visited Bulgaria to vacate there in the past years as well, and this was the best hotel residence we've had an opportunity to be accomodated in so far. Our apartment was clean, bright, spacious even for 5 people as promised, modern - also in a practical sense, as there was a kitchen corner with 2 hobs, big fridge (again, very handy when it comes to 5 people), oven, washing maschine etc...

Pools and garden are first class. Apartments are spacious and clean. Design is typical Bulgarian, glittery to kitch. Low quality beddings, pillows, courtains, toiletries. Brown towels while the hotel standard is white. 400m to the beach which is nice and good for kids. Overall good experience if you are able to skip the details.

Everything exceeded our expectations! The location is just stunning! Very large clean swimming pools, surrounded by green areas that turn the place into a relaxing oasis. Simply a wonderful and peaceful place to stay! An incredibly clean place where you can enjoy peace and quiet, combined with an incredible view of the sea and the sound of the waves. The staff is incredible, always ready to respond to our smallest whims. :) We will be your guests again!

From my point of view staying in this apartment with family was good decision. Despite of narrow location of buildings the complex on the whole is felt like a reliable fortress and makes the safety inner yard area with neighbours and without outside noise. It's location was another advantage you easily can get by foot with children the free zone on cute Kiko beach or have the evening breathtaking promenade...

Always love my stay at Julia Famt Apartments. My dad discovered it a few years ago as somewhere nice and quiet with secured parking. We have returned every year other than during lockdown. It is a lovely family run place with great sized apartments. There is one pool which is plenty big enough and a children's small pool to keep them entertained. Been staying here nearly 10 years now and love it so much, large spacious apartments, great pool, friendly staff, cleaning on request so as to not disturb you, towels changed regularly but if you need more just ask. The position is perfect for me as I can walk, New Nessebar, Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach but also bus is every 15 mins and only 2 Lev's. Can't wait to come back each year.

Self catering budget apartments run by friendly staff and very suited to young families. Basic accommodation which has everything you need for a self catering holiday. However rooms could do with a bit of TLC as is shown on the photos. Beds did the job for our week stay but mattresses were different sizes and stained. Wonderfull place for holiday on the seaside. The rooms are clean and tidy . All of them has a huge balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. It is situated on a best location of Sunny Beach as the most famous beach "Cacao Beach" is just infront of the complex in 7 walking minutes. Absolutely normal prices. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull on every each point...
