This is a great hotel with a chilled out vibe. No rushing for sunbeds, or queues for the buffet. The food was nice and for the youngsters, they have a pizza oven, which is on all day. The staff are nice, and a special shout out to the animation team for always putting on a great show. The gym needs a good upgrade as some machines were broken, and were broken throughout our stay.

Probably one of, if not the best hotel in Sunny Beach. When we booked, they said it had a beach bar that's not been open for a while, apparently, and has been removed from the website. Good and cheap hotel. Nice and clean rooms. Food was really really good. Not a lot of choise but what they serve is fresh and tasty and that's what mates the most. Cocktails are not amazing they put way to much alcohol in. But for what i paid i got an amazing holiday.

Very clean hotel, fantastic water park for the kids and entertainment in the evening for them. Food is really good quality and you always find something you fancy. Pour yourself beer taps in snack bar and premium restaurant. Pool beach side is nice and quiet. I would definitely go there again.

I spent 4 days in this resort late September and I really had a great time. The front desk manager Nasko is an absolute gem, 1000000 stars to whoever hired him. Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location. I recommend the hotel, the rooms are large and clean, the food is fresh, diverse and very tasty, the yard is large and it has a lot of plants and trees. The only thing the bothered me were two waiters at the a la carte restaurant who were really rude. I would only suggest to install a small playground (some swings, a slide etc) which would be helpful for parents to keep children busy.

Helena Sands is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and believe me, that's many. The location is superb and the seaview rooms are fantastic. The spa is incredible and I've always enjoyed my stays. Stayed as a family of 5 in August 2023. 2 rooms but only one was cleaned in the week stay. The food was to a good standard. The quests were mostly Eastern European. The staff speak English and are helpful. 2 of our group were poorly for 24hrs, a theme for most of the hotel. All in all can not complain for the price

We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. Very clean, big rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, well trained personal. What we didn’t like was that half of the beach seats were occupied with towels at 6 am, even though the hotel policy forbids it. Most of the time people never even come back to their seats or stay very little, while the ones who actually stay at the beach have to wait for someone to take their towels.

Really nice place to stay and rest. Good food and nice service. Only two things that are minus and why I give 4 stars: 1.The private beach is always full from the early morning and you can't find a spot even before 8am. 2.Fire alarm woke up us in the mirning around 8am. without any reason.

The best hotel I have been to in my life! The pools and aquapark are amazing! Was 1-8 June 2016. I liked everything... Many Germans pensioners. The food is OK. The alcohol is cheap. Animation only for German pensioners. The rooms are clean clean. Towels are changed every day. First line, left-pool and from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid on the beach. Get a room with sea view-sooo cool!!! View of dining - we had the top floor...the view is just super-duper!!!!!!

This Hotel is lovely, prime location for beach, shops, bars & restaurants. We were in room 12A, beautiful room with a view that was gorgeous. Facilities in hotel were good, staff all friendly and helpful. The reason why not 5 stars was the food, it was ok, but not very warm and samey every day. But other than that it was a perfect holiday and we will definitely return.

Even tho we faced a tiny issue upon arrival the services have been great so far, staff is great - Angel, Kris, Daria and the ever funny Barush make the evenings at the bar fun and precious. Food is great, sea is a step away from you and as a guest u truly feel appreciated.

It is a good hotel, well placed , almost on the beach. The pool was great, clean, enough space, enough sun beds. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was a big plus, spacious rooms, good food, enough variaties of foods. The minuses were that the water presure for the bathroom sink was very low, almost non existent, hot water not always available for the shower. The biggest minuses for us were lack...

Had a great time in my two week stay. Enjoyed my 9am fitness swims before others got in the pool. Food was top quality and plenty to choose from. Location was good for the beach but abit of a walk for the main bars ie: Flower street etc. Staff inc' cleaning staff are hard working and friendly.

Wonderful hotel with an amazing view and excellent location. The service and food were perfect, and the room exceeded my expectations with its comfort and amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Clean room, nice stuff, good food and services. Next time I will choose again this hotel. Only 4 star because the WiFi doesn't work or it's very very slow 😉

Best hotel in sunny beach, i am recommending to go there. Good food and also best location, only a few minutes from the beach and also the centre

The hotel is super! Food was always enough, even if coming at the end of all imposed with the mountain. To the beach: 100 m sunbeds free. Room cleaned every day, bed sheets every three days. Cocktails and ice cream fill up.

Fine - very good hotel. Their loungers on the beach. Liked the themed evenings which are sometimes made in the dining room, with the décor and cuisine of different countries.

Pretty decent hotel with a swimming pool and a bar. Not far from the beach. The kitchen good. They're throwing a themed evenings. The paid WIFI.
