All in all a good experience. One big downside - it's a smokers paradise. The hotel should seriously consider smoking zones, or at least smoking free zones. Clean and spacious throughout the hotel. Plenty of good quality food options in the main restaurant and in other parts of the resort. We found the staff to be friendly. HONEST REVIEW! NOT A 5 STAR! I have just got back from the Sol Nessebar Palace and am honestly so glad to be home. First of all the pools. They are far too deep, I am 5,7 and can just about touch the floor the water comes up to my neck so not ideal for little ones. The pools are also freezing cold the little ones don’t mind but as an adult wanting to get in it’s not pleasant. The food is terrible....

old but quality hotel. the food is delicious. the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied. cocktails are good. the only misunderstanding is that the territory of the three hotel complex is shared, and only after buying they say that you can't walk in the others (although no one checks).

Well I'm here now as a British solo traveller and I've travelled a lot around Europe and I am more than happy with this hotel. Yes they have a lot of rules but dont seem to enforce them, no one worrying you around the pool and often open until 7pm. Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Check in was great, staff is kind and smiling. AC was not working so it was a bit uncomfortable. The walls need some repainting or cleaning, but overall decent experience.

The service definitely prefers customer satisfaction over immediate cash gain. Staff speaks excellent English and acts very professional. Oh, and the hotel´s location right by the entrance way to Old Nessebar is just awesome. I can definitely recommend this place to my best friends.

The hotel is in the best place. It is right at the edge of the new city with a beautiful view of the old city. Both the old city and the new one are within walking distance. The room we booked for our stay was very comfortable and had a great view. There is also parking for the guests of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful. Loved the place, great location on the beach, staff friendly and prices very reasonable. We went end of September when most places were closing for the season so that was dissapointing but had a lovely relaxing break all the same. Hotel, 3 stars, good location. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the manager of Radostina for her prompt assistance in resolving an issue. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Our stay in Paradiso overall was very good. Hotel located just opposite a beach and a walking distance from Old town. We had a double room, very spacious with lots of storage. Everything was perfect. Great location next to the beach and near the old town. The hotel is lovely and calm, a nice green garden with shade and swing and slides that our young children loved. The room was big, very confortable and clean. The staff was was lovely, very kind and helpfull. We will definitly stay here again if we go back to Nessebar. Thank you for everything 😊

Nice and cosy place, great location with 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, bus stop, local shop and restaurants. Clean, decent sized rooms with a proper shower facility. Super friendly and approachable owners. We stayed mid September, after season and if you're looking for quiet holiday by the sea at decent price - we highly recommend Elizabeth Dy.

Hotel is nice and clean, great location too with free parking next to the property. Dog friendly! Didn’t try the breakfast. Minus for: - lack of transparency on the cost, make sure to agree on an offer via email beforehand. - light in the bathroom is sensor activated. A bit annoying to take a shower in the dark and have to wave at the sensor. - the toilet didn’t flush well.

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. The only thing I wish was different/better is that the location of the hotel is in a totally over-crowded beach with practically no sand strip to accommodate anyone...
