old but quality hotel. the food is delicious. the environment is big and tidy, drinks are varied. cocktails are good. the only misunderstanding is that the territory of the three hotel complex is shared, and only after buying they say that you can't walk in the others (although no one checks).

First I want to say a big THANK YOU to the chef from the Bay restaurant! Keep up the good work guys!! We have been visiting many 5* hotels but the food was not so good as it is at Bay!! The beach is nice, clean rooms, lots of activities for kids on evening but you have to pay for. The room was cleaned every day!! Cons: - the minibar is empty; - poor quality coffee and drinks - the water in the outside...

I was there at the beginning of September with my family. We were with 2 small kids. It was fantastically. The service was awesome. Everyone were polite. There were a lot of things which kept the children busy and happy. I can't think of something bad to say... We will go again for sure...

A top ten complex. The room was very ok, equipped with quality air conditioning. The bathroom is very nice. The hotel staff is also very helpful and attentive and smiling.The food is incredible, you eat as much as you want, not as much as you can. However, I must mention that allowing guests to smoke on balconies is a significant inconvenience for families with children and individuals with allergies to tobacco smoke. Excellent experience. Beautiful, side view, of the sea. Large rooms. Close to the beach and also restaurants pedestrian area. Be aware - the boiler for hot water doesn't have a big capacity. We were a group of 4, but the last 2 always had to wait for hot showers.

Views were amazing (+10Leva for the beach view). Hotel itself was nothing special. Water levels for shower were too low, wifi in the room was weak, the room was not very clean (random hairs on bed sheets, coffee stain on drapes and dirty carpet). This hotel is good for the view and the proximity of the beach. If you're looking for a "hotel experience" I would go somewhere else.

Great place, first line with a view of the sea, brand new room interior and excellent maintenance. The staff are polite and helpful, very family-friendly. The restorant of the hotel is above the beach and provides wight variety of food as well as 10% discount for hotel guests. I'll recommend it to friends with kids.

Totally recommended! We spent 3 nights not at the hotel but a apartment in front of. Really good and nice apartment will bath (not common in Bulgaria), A/C, minibar and smart TV.
