Amazing place so calm for relaxing

In general lovely and calm. A nice piece of mind was what I was looking for and I found it here. Hygiene is good too and they taje care of their pool. The menu is great prices around 8 lev for a healthy dinner. Now I'm enjoying with my frappe ☕.

We have been there for one night stay, however I would definetely reccomend the hotel and use it again, a bit away from the city center, but on 5 mins with car. The place is tidy and the food is really delicious. Marvelous garden!

Nice, clean family hotel with a small outdoor pool. The pool is perfect for cooling off in after walking any of the great trails in the surrounding countryside. All staff encountered we polite, helpful and welcoming. Even though it's a reasonable way from the town, it's not 10 mins by taxi, and is quiet and clean. On occasion you can hear other guests, but in our experience this was no better or worse...

We visit it more than once and call it our place. The hosts are wonderful, especially with the radiance of the lady / shines /. Clean, cozy. Restaurant with delicious food. In front of a coffee machine / for very early risers /, a well-stocked grocery store / and something else /. Convenient location. In short ... we feel great there and we recommend it 100%

Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.

Looks more modern Hotel looks modern but lacks some practicalities, restaurant was closed, the bathroom was enclosed in glass with sticker on it. Sink was inside the room near the door where the lighting switches on with a sensor and goes off after 10seconds. Not practical. The receptionist helped us to get some food although not know one word in english. Google translate really helped in these...

Wonderful "all in" hotel & spa complex, great service (incl. taking care of the children) and impressive restaurant - we went for à la carte but the buffet looked amazing as well. It's worth paying extra for one of their VIP apartments, we will definitely be back!

It is very nice place with quite big and hot 40C inner pools and big outer one.The pools are clean and checked often. Its very convenient for children because there are many utilities made for them. Great hotel with absolutely stunning kids park! There is a donkey and little ducks! The restorant had good food, the pools were clean, the staff were attentive! I never used the spa, but there was nice inside pool and jacuzzi, good for winter months.

The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

The hotel is really nice, the personel from the reception also. Tasty drinks at the bar where they have also a terrace. Nice location. And if you are a karting passionate person, in the front of the hotel, there is a very nice karting track with very nice and speedy kartings that needs to be tried. The location of the hotel is good is nearby the bus station to Turkey. A large supermarket Lidi is nearby and free parking is available. Some apartments equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. You can save a lot if you need washing your clothes and make dinner yourselves.

The hotel is located in a small street in quiet residential area of apartment blocks 1 km away form city center. Parking is "as available" - 5 places reserved by the hotel on the street and underground places available for payment. Excellent services. Good location near down town. Offordable prices - 30 euro per night for single room. There is an Italian restaurant with Italian chefs preparing pasta, spaghetti and pizzas.

Hotel has pretty old feeling, bathrooms were pretty unpleasant and in the hallway there was cockroach. Good place if you need place just for overnight stay, because of prices.

The hotel is in a decent location. It's about a half mile walk to the main area of the pedestrian walk. The rooms are a bit run down, tired and not kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, very hard. The bathroom has an old-fashioned tub, so you have to be careful getting in and out. The buffet breakfast was very average. The pool was nice.

It is my first time to go to Bulgaria and Plovdiv in a foreign country, so the first impression of the hotel may become the first impression of this new city and country, so the good impression brought by this hotel makes me have a better understanding of this country and city. Like.

Got a free upgrade from Beysim and Aysen and had a pleasant stay. The Victoria restaurant in the building is a great place to eat as well. Breakfast has a wide choice of food and drinks but some of the food is cold which is a pity. It’s a beautiful hotel but renovation is needed

This hotel has a very good location, right in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street. The hotel environment is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor with many people swimming and sunbathing. There is a bar next to it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.

Brand new hotel in the city centre. The room is clean and spacious. The restaurant is good and provides good services.

It is a decent hotel (3stars) near the center of the city of Plovdiv. Clean but old. The people working here are very friendly and polite. Breakfast typical but many choices that can give you the energy to start your day. If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. You can walk to there, not recommended. I gave 4 stars because of same details that they have...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

lovely stay! incredible view! very attentive personnel. tastefully selected artwork. the only drawback was our heating system refusing to work and there was an "interesting" aroma in the bathroom that had poor ventilation. however, in spite of the minuses, i loved the place and would stay there again. ps they have the best sunrise view (though a poorly hung tv is blocking it partially)

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

Old but nice hotel in the historical center of Plovdiv. Have a bar and friendly staff. On zero floor have zone for breakfast and conference hall
