It is a decent hotel (3stars) near the center of the city of Plovdiv. Clean but old. The people working here are very friendly and polite. Breakfast typical but many choices that can give you the energy to start your day. If you have to use a taxi from down town to the hotel is about 3,5€ or about 7 leva. You can walk to there, not recommended. I gave 4 stars because of same details that they have to take care in the rooms, like noisy fan at the bathroom and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling ( just a little breeze to our food and water). Maybe our room was the exception.

Fabulous experience. Room was exactly as shown and described, waow. Plenty of fresh bottled water each day, complimentary wine offered and great to have a mini fridge in the room

The rooms were clean and the prices were affordable. There was no parking problem. Turkish language support available

Nice hotel with relative small rooms but Very clean.Staff is very kind and helpful and the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient.The only negative is that there is no restaurant so you have to leave the hotel and search around.

False advertising:
We got scammed by the ads on booking of the hotel which tells that there is a nice spa in the hotel but in reality there is none!
Same on Google Maps where you can see pictures of the spa but when you ask about it to the staff of the hotel they just tell you it doesn’t exist...
There is even a big poster at the first floor showing how nice the spa is..
Not nice to be scammed!
