The customer service is non-existent. We tried to discuss an issue with the booking we had made and the host did not even bother to reply ... I would strongly suggest looking into booking another hotel - there are plenty of other places in Plovdiv!

Great hotel, good location and private parking. The staff is very nice and friendly and we were with a baby which had a crib. Nice touch :)

Very satisfied with our stay at the hotel,rooms are nice,fully loaded with everything you need for comfortable stay,free parking for the car and most important is amazingly friendly manager/staff!

The price is good, the rooms looked nice and clean, it was quiet, it has an elevator, air conditioning, everything you need. We liked it here!

And one star does not deserve! From 7:30 a.m. knocking! And there is no one at the reception all day! Like a ruined inn! How is this possible !!! Absolute lack of control!

New hotel, relatively close to the center, very clean with spacious and well equipped apartments. It has its own parking. I recommend.

The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and has a great location. It is situated in a quiet living area, which felt very safe. At the same time, it is very close to the main street with all the sights and the old town, everything within walking distance. The complimentary juice and fruits were a very nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay and will gladly come back!
The hotel is new and some things, like the cafe bar in the lobby, were not open yet. However, there are several shops and a very nice bakery close by, so in the end, we did not miss anything.
