We stayed for two nights at this small hotel located in the heart of Plovdiv, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is unbeatable—right on the main pedestrian street, just minutes away from the Old Town, the city center, the ancient Roman stadium, and a plethora of fantastic restaurants and shops. If you're looking to explore Plovdiv, this hotel is ideally situated.
Our room was facing the Main Street, offering a wonderful view of the bustling area. It was the perfect size for two people, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless, making it a very comfortable stay.
What really stood out during our visit, though, was the hospitality of the hotel staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always available to answer questions and give great recommendations for things to see and do. They made sure we didn’t miss any must-see sights and were so easy to communicate with, from check-in to check-out.
One tip to keep in mind: don’t follow GPS directions directly to the hotel, as it will take you down a one-way street that’s tricky to navigate. Instead, contact the hotel beforehand, and they will give you detailed instructions on how to park across the street. Parking is available for about 13 euros per day, which we found to be well worth it for the convenience of having a secure spot in the city center.
Overall, we had a 5-star experience and will definitely be back the next time we visit Plovdiv. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located hotel with top-notch service!

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

Brilliant location on the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes walk from the old town. The room is very clean and spacious with a very large walk in shower and the staff were very friendly.

I stayed for two nights at the Plovdiv City Centre Hotel as part of a tour of Bulgaria. The hotel is really in the centre of the city and very convenient for most attractions. It is a 20-minute walk (more or less) from the railways station but it is flat so it is easy. The hotel is on the first and the second floor of the building, but there is no elevator. It has been renovated / done recently so everything is fresh and white. Rooms are modern, nice, clean, well furnished and with all amenities. My room was on the inside so sleep quality was very good even if it was just above the terrace, where smoking was unfortunately possible. There is no breakfast available and this is the only reason why I am giving a value of "good" to this property and not "excellent". Staff were helpful, even if not too smiling. A very good experience.

The hotel was perfect. Plenty of dining close by, short walks to the Roman amphitheater, Kapana and Old Town. Clean and comfortable room.

Comfortable room, and the staff are always ready to help with anything. The room was very clean and lacked nothing, and it is very good value for money. It is on the main pedestrian shopping street, which is very convenient for exploring and shopping. The only downside for some might be that there is no elevator.

Within its category it’s a great find. Large immaculate rooms with excellent bathrooms. The location is absurdly good, in the centre of the Main Street with all of Plovdiv attractions almost equally distanced around it. The staff were very helpful and it is very affordable. It’s not a luxury hotel but you are not paying for that, there’s no lift and it’s a converted building so no grand entrance, but I can’t imagine a better place to stay to explore Plovdiv

Hotel’s location is beyond 5 stars. Perfect for those who have no car and actually is better to visit without car. Inside is wonderfully renovated, clean and staff are very accommodating and welcoming.
