The bed sheets are super disgusting…
They don’t even have proper facilities in the room
Location is a little far away from the center and they have only limited shuttle Van
No elevator

Totally not worth it
The food of breakfast and dinner are just fine
The best part is that you wake up with birds singing
However I think you can find every hotel here like that !

A great value hotel, pleasant staff and all amenities for a good skiing hotel. The location is 12 mins walk to the main ski gondola and uphill. The ski shuttle is free and very efficient and the driver is very helpful.

The staff is nice and polite but we jad some issues with English comprehension! Be careful with the keys at the reception because people there get confused with the numbers 😅
They have a sauna at the last floor and a special place for smokers like a saloon.
Food was great. They give water only in the morning. Coffee is not that great.

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff! Excellent variety and exceptional tasteful food. The views from the hotel to all the slopes are breathtaking. The rooms are warm and clear with very comfortable beds. Although the hotel is little bit far from the ski slopes there shuttle bus several times all day long. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

All staff at the hotel were exceptionally hospitable, warm and friendly, making myself and my partner feel very welcome. They were extremely helpful with any information we required about the surrounding area and arranged a shuttle bus for us to the nearby ski slopes every morning. Although the rooms are a bit dated, the food was absolutely amazing and had so much variety. If you are not bothered about having a luxury room, but want to stay at a welcoming, warm and friendly family run hotel with delicious food and only a short distance to the slopes, I could not recommend this hotel enough. 100% would absolutely stay again

This hotel is a reasonably priced yet good place to stay among the tall pine trees of Borovets! The staff is great! The decor and furniture could use some upgrade. The breakfast is some feta, some salami, some bread, boiled egg, some yellow cheese, and some jelly and some butter. No elevator.

Good food, nice hotel.
If you have breakfast and dinner included, during the week they give the food, on week end it is buffet.
In the end I like it, nice staff.

The hotel is really clean and in accordance to the covid measures. The staff is really nice and the food is good. A great deal for the price!
