Location: in the heart of the resort of Borovets and 75 km from Sofia airport and 200 m from the initial station of the gondola lift, 50 m from the 4-seater chair lift "Martinovi Baraki" and 50 m from the 4-seat chair lift "Sitnyakovo Express".
Consists of one 9-storey building.

Everything was fine except the water temperature in the kids' pool. It was too cold , we spoke many times with the reception but nothing changed. Only in summer you can enjoy the kid's pool.

Excellent hotel. Great value for the money. Spa services were just right - Turkish bath, saunas, steam room, massages, gym, pool.
Because we were attending a conference event the food in the restaurant was buffet style. The food offered was repetitive and overly salty.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I'm very pleased that they provided us with a wheelchair accessible room, since my wife required those amenities at the time.
The drive from Sofia was an hour long through mostly winding, mountainous roads. Very picturesque and beautiful.
Overall very happy with our stay there.

We just had out wedding at this amazing hotel and we cannot be happier with everything : the view is amazing, the rooms are perfectly comfortable and luxurious, the facilities are everything one can ask for (pool, spa, etc.) and all the staff that we interacted with are very professional but also very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is a must-visit not only if you're going on vacation there, but also if you're goong skiing, or planning any sort of event - corporate, wedding, etc. We look forward to visiting again many many times :)

Perfect hotel with perfect view, great atmosphere & food. Unfortunately we had a problem with Mr.Krustev the duty manager who told us we booked resort view and not slope View, but since we wanted the slope View and the hotel was half empty in August he gave us the slope View. On the checkout he surprised us with 40€ more for the view. Beside his unprofessional behavior the hotel is highly recommend!

The hotel is quite ok, the rooms are big and have some beds (of course depending on what you booked).
There are two pools, one indoor and one outdoor.
The food at breakfast is good and tasty but expensive as well as the dinner at the hotel (if you want to eat at a "Swiss table" at dinner) then it comes out to BGN 50 for 1 person,
That's one of the reasons I didn't give them the last star and also because Saunas and spa services are limited to children over 16 years.
Plus they offer games but when you get there you find that it requires game coins that are sold to you in the lobby at an exorbitant price,
But other than that the hotel is great and also in an excellent location with many restaurants and shops around;
Maybe I'll come here again but I'll consider it seriously 🤔

The hotel is with great location just in front of the slopes, renovated with modern design, spacious rooms. The personal is polite and helpful or at least try to be, as a lot of them are people from the local rural area! The main problem is a food: limited variety and poor quality!

Great hotel with very good services. I was impressed by the multitude of options you have for leisure, sports or entertainment. I will surely come back.

The hotel has been renovated, and the rooms look fantastic. They are not overly spacious but are more than adequate for a comfortable stay. My room had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of both savory and sweet options. However, the coffee, sandwiches, and other food items in the lobby are significantly overpriced. The swimming pool is large, and the spa is delightful, especially when it's not crowded.

Great location, great breakfast, rooms were clean and had a great view of the slope from our balcony. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Loved going in the spa (included in room cost) every night after skiing.

2nd time at this hotel. Love the place, room was off to the side this time even though we paid for mountain view? Most staff are great however the guy in ski locker room was awful and made us very uncomfortable.
