Location is perfect, all the main sights are nearby, restaurants are just few steps away.
Room (mini as they call it) has everything you need - minibar, coffee/tea set, A/C etc. Bed is quite good.
But.. room is smelly and humid. Opening a window helps a bit, but bathroom still smells.
After shower in a tiny bathroom there is a private lake :)
Staff is just sitting there (or eating), most of the times no greetings.
Breakfast itself is okay and is served in a nearby theatre restaurant. Depends on day it's components vary, even if the menu is the same. Service there varies from rude to friendly, some even asked us to write 5* review - 5* needs to be earned, not asked :)

Clean and comfortable. Very central location, and a good value.
The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear they prioritize hygiene and attention to detail.
The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication seamless. They were always eager to assist with recommendations, answer questions, and ensure everything went smoothly. They were also very understanding and flexible with my request for a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.
The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and the surprise room upgrade made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!
